Abstract	Abstract This invention is in respect of tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher which can be attached to any tractor and used to make deep and wide trapezoidal trenches for agriculture, horticulture and forest development activities. The said invention envisages tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher compatible to attach on any tractor above 35 HP for digging trenches and comprises of a body having cutting tools mounted on either side of body comprising of adjustable slot fastened by nut and bolts such that the trencher size is at least 24 inches width on top, 12 inches width bottom and 24 inches height. The mould board and curved shank is disposed to hold body and chassis.The said chassis is being fitted in three hitch point to tractor .the cutting tool is disposed at an angle of 8-10 degrees from horizontal axis and the mould board is inclined at an angle of 30 degrees to vertical axis of trencher for lifting soil and throwing it out.

Full Text	This invention relates to multi purpose trencher which is compatible as an attachment to tractor in order to dig trenches, these trenchers finds advantageous application in Agricu¬ltures Horticulture, forest land development activities in an easy, economical manner. It is the object of invention to device trencher with this equipment it is possible to dig tenure of at least size 24 inches Top, 24 inches deep and 12 inches bottom for agricultural land waste land, dry land, Horticultural land and forest development activities, In Horticulture, it can be used to form trenches to plant saplings of Areca nut papaya, Banana, Apple Sapporo, sugarcane, and ginger, mango est.’s per recommended spacing It can also be used to form trenches to lay pipelines for drip irrigation. It can also be used in forming trenches to eliminate perennial weeds, social forestry for planting trees, furrows and ridges, seepage drains in submerged soil, side drain in roads etc. It is still another object of invention to provide a trenches simple in construction with easy interchangeability compatible to tractors above 3511P, Accordingly the present invention provides a tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher comprising of body having at least two cutting tools, mould board and curved shank ' disposed to hold body and chassis and chassis being fitted in three hitch point to the tractor where in cutting tool is disposed at an angle of 8-10 degrees from horizontal and mould board inclined at an angle of at least 3 0 degrees to vertical axis for lifting soil and throwing it out. Now the invention will be described is detail with reference to drawings, the trencher comprises of cutting tool 1 is fixed to body 2, by way of slot and fixing by bolts and nuts and the curved shank is connected to body and holds rigidly cutting tool and mould board which will take out dogged soil and throw it side ways. Further cutting tool assembly is mounted on chassis rigidly on chassis 15 which can be eventually fitted to tractor through a draw bar 09 and locked by way of draw bar pin-10. The chassis is additionally supported by top link support that. Further an additional attachment of carrier 18,19 is provided for giving additional weight in case required for efficient removal of soil. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1 Trencher in its complete assembled condition is shown in Fig. 1 It can be easily assembled and dismantled by the user as per the part details given in fig 2 and assembled draw in Fig 2. 2 The parts list, quantity, materials and weight of each component is given in Fig 2. 3 The most important item of the trencher is the cutting tool Fig 1. which is made of EN-9 Material and consists of two square rod shares entering into the soil at an angle of 8-10 degree from the original. 4 The cutting tool fig 1. is mounded onto the body fig 2. made of S.G. iron using bolt, nut and washer fig 17. made of EN-8 material. The position of the cutting tool can be adjusted by changing the positions of the nuts and bolt: on the body fig4. 5 At the back of the cutting tool is a rectangular scraper board fig5. which helps to push the cut soil and lift it up. 6 The mould boards fig 3. are bolted onto the body at an angle of 30 degree to the vertical axis. They do the function of lifting the soil and throwing it out onto the sides. The mould boards are fastened to the body by using angle holders fig 6. and mould board supporter fig 7. 7 A chassis fig 15 draw bar fig 9. and top link support flat fig 13 and top link flat figS are provided as stauncher supports for the trencher to be connected to the tractor. They are designed to provide sturdiness, timidity and enable smooth movement of - the trencher while deeply embedded in the soil. 8 The height of the trencher can be raised or lowered by bolting them at higher or lower positions on the curved shank plate fig 4. 9 All the items (from fig 1 to 19) can be easily assembled as shown in the assembly fig. 10 The assembled equipment is hitched on to the 3- point hydraulic as shown in the assembly fig 1. 11 In order to increase the depth of cut, a rectangular shaped carrier flat fig 18 which is supported by two carrier supporters fig 19 is provided. Any suitable weight can be placed on the carrier there by increasing the pressure on the cutting tool and consequently the depth of cut. Further this invention is in no way restricated to and other variants and embodiments are possible with in scope of invention without departing from ambit and scope of invention. I Claim, 1. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher for digging trenches comprising of a body having at least two cutting tools; A moulded board and curved shank disposed to hold body and chassis, said chassis being fitted in three hitch point to tractor wherein cutting tool is disposed at an angle of 8-10 degrees from horizontal axis and the mould board inclined at an angle of 30 degrees to vertical axis of trencher for lifting soil and throwing it out. 2. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting tools are mounted on either side of body comprising of adjustable slot fastened by nut and bolts such that the size of trencher is atleast 24 inches width on top, 12 inches width bottom and 24 inches height for digging trenches of substantially trapezoidal shape. 3. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher as claimed in claim 1, wherein cutting tools are made of EN-8 steel. 4. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher as claimed in claim 1, where in the trencher is compatible to assemble on tractor above 35 HP. 5. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher substantially as herein above described and illustrated with reference to accompanying drawings.

Accordingly the present invention provides a tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher comprising of body having at least two cutting tools, mould board and curved shank ' disposed to hold body and chassis and chassis being fitted in three hitch point to the tractor where in cutting tool is disposed at an angle of 8-10 degrees from horizontal and mould board inclined at an angle of at least 3 0 degrees to vertical axis for lifting soil and throwing it out.

Now the invention will be described is detail with reference to drawings, the trencher comprises of cutting tool 1 is fixed to body 2, by way of slot and fixing by bolts and nuts and the curved shank is connected to body and holds rigidly cutting tool and mould board which will take out dogged soil and throw it side ways. Further cutting tool assembly is mounted on chassis rigidly on chassis 15 which can be eventually fitted to tractor through a draw bar 09 and locked by way of draw bar pin-10. The chassis is additionally supported by top link support that. Further an additional attachment of carrier 18,19 is provided for giving additional weight in case required for efficient removal of soil.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1 Trencher in its complete assembled condition is shown in Fig. 1
It can be easily assembled and dismantled by the user as per the part details given in fig 2 and assembled draw in Fig 2.

4 The cutting tool fig 1. is mounded onto the body fig 2. made of S.G. iron using
bolt, nut and washer fig 17. made of EN-8 material. The position of the cutting tool
can be adjusted by changing the positions of the nuts and bolt: on the body fig4.

5 At the back of the cutting tool is a rectangular scraper board fig5. which helps to push the cut soil and lift it up.
6 The mould boards fig 3. are bolted onto the body at an angle of 30 degree to the vertical axis. They do the function of lifting the soil and throwing it out onto the sides. The mould boards are fastened to the body by using angle holders fig 6. and mould board supporter fig 7.
7 A chassis fig 15 draw bar fig 9. and top link support flat fig 13 and top link flat figS are provided as stauncher supports for the trencher to be connected to the tractor. They are designed to provide sturdiness, timidity and enable smooth movement of
- the trencher while deeply embedded in the soil.
8 The height of the trencher can be raised or lowered by bolting them at higher or lower positions on the curved shank plate fig 4.
9 All the items (from fig 1 to 19) can be easily assembled as shown in the assembly
fig.
10 The assembled equipment is hitched on to the 3- point hydraulic as shown in the assembly fig 1.
11 In order to increase the depth of cut, a rectangular shaped carrier flat fig 18 which is supported by two carrier supporters fig 19 is provided. Any suitable weight can be placed on the carrier there by increasing the pressure on the cutting tool and consequently the depth of cut.
Further this invention is in no way restricated to and other variants and embodiments are possible with in scope of invention without departing from ambit and scope of invention.

I Claim,
1. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher for digging trenches comprising of
a body having at least two cutting tools; A moulded board and curved shank
disposed to hold body and chassis, said chassis being fitted in three hitch point to
tractor wherein cutting tool is disposed at an angle of 8-10 degrees from
horizontal axis and the mould board inclined at an angle of 30 degrees to vertical
axis of trencher for lifting soil and throwing it out.
2. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher as claimed in claim 1, wherein the
cutting tools are mounted on either side of body comprising of adjustable slot
fastened by nut and bolts such that the size of trencher is atleast 24 inches width on
top, 12 inches width bottom and 24 inches height for digging trenches of
substantially trapezoidal shape.
3. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher as claimed in claim 1, wherein cutting tools are made of EN-8 steel.
4. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher as claimed in claim 1, where in the trencher is compatible to assemble on tractor above 35 HP.
5. A Tractor mounted multipurpose deep trencher substantially as herein above
described and illustrated with reference to accompanying drawings.
