Abstract

A process for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or degradation of organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: subjecting the said water/liquid/solid to high frequency waves or bio waves to energize the substance /contents therein and in the process treat the acid water, liquid or solid substance to free it of harmful contaminants and/or impart desired characteristics therein AND A system for treating water, liquid or soHd substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: means for generation of high frequency waves or bio waves and means for directing the waves to energize the substance/contents therein in said water, liquid or solid substance so as to treat the water, liquid or solid substance to free it of harmful contaminants and/or impart desired characteristics therein.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to treatment of water, liquid and solid substances for elimination and reduction of harmful contamination and ,in particular, to a process and a system of treating flowing water to make it po table, to suppress undesirable substances present in water and further to energies the water to impart healing characteristics to the water. The process and the system would be simple and cost effective and directed to favour wide scale application and use for a relatively low cost benefit for people desiring portable water and safe guard the health concerns. Importantly, the invention is directed to dynamisation of substances through its contents and in the process make it contamination free and / or impart desired characteristics for the benefit of the end user / consumer. BACKGROUND ART It is well known that many undesirable man made substances contaminate raw water which are the sources for po table waters that are bottled for human consumption. Reverse osmosis as well as activated carbon filtration are widely used processes to remove heavy metals and pesticides from raw waters. However, owing to a natural characteristics of the activated carbon, bacteria can easily infest the carbon filter, causing bad taste, bad odour and risk bacteriological contamination. This is one of the reasons why activated carbon is not as widely used, as it should have been. Being of relatively low cost, its utilization could be more widely extended for the benefit of large population and wide section of the society. It is important to have means to improve the elimination and / or degradation of organic contamination such as due to pesticides and heavy metals. Importantly, it is found that even the taste and life charastistics of water get affected due to the presence of organic and inorganic contaminants which usually contaminate water. OBJECTS QF THE JtNVENTTON It is thus the basic object of the present invention to provide method to improve the elimination and / or degradation of organic and inorganic contamination such as resulting from pesticides and heavy metals by way of a simple and readily applicable process which can be widely used to avoid contamination in water or any specific liquid or solid substance. Another object of the present invention is directed to a method and system to improve the elimination and / or degradation of organic and inorganic contamination from water or any specific liquid or solid substance by the combined action of artificial and natural vibration / waves submitted to material in direct contact with the media to be treated. Yet another object of the present invention is directed to a method and system to provide quality potable water which would be free of contamination, good taste and life characteristic. Another object of the present invention is directed to improving the possible effective and advantageous use of activated carbon which is of relatively low cost for the treatment of raw water without the risk of bacteriological contamination and thereby facilitate effective and advantageous use of low cost activated carbon for the benefit of larger population and to the society at large. Yet another object of the present invention is directed to imparting special properties/characteristics of water so as to improve its quality as po table water with good taste and health characteristics. A further object of the present invention is directed to a process by which activated carbon as a filtration substrate is energized or dynamised for better and improve application / use as a filtration media by impeding the built-up of bacterial colonies in such filtration media. Yet another object of the present invention is directed to impart energy, dynamised characteristics of activated carbon which would enhance the capacity of the activated carbon to absorb and degrade water contaminating substances like heavy metal and pesticides. Yet further object of the present invention is directed to a process and a system of water de-contamination following and economical process by energizing the water such as to transform it into living water with proven healing characteristics. SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION Thus according to the basic aspect of the present invention there is provided a process for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or degradation of organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: subjecting the said water/liquid/solid to high frequency waves or bio waves to energize the substance /contents therein and in the process treat the water, liquid or solid substance to free it of harmful contaminants and/or impart desired characteristics therein. the above process thus involves high frequency waves under action of oscillating circuits, ultrasonic, electric, electromagnetic energies, artificial or natural, tellurian, cosmic or combinations thereof. The process can be used to preferably submit water or any specific liquid or solid substance to combined action of artificial and natural vibrations, generated either from an antenna or from the electrical main line working as an antenna preferably filtered and amplified for effective action. The substance being treated are submitted to a concentrated high frequency wave and transmitted to the substance through the intermediary of an electrode. The concentrated high frequency wave is obtained by an action of oscillating a filter condenser in which the dielectric is mainly composed of beeswax connected to an antenna and excited by a rotating condenser or any frequency generating device similar to the pulse accelerator. The electrode used in the above process is preferably made of pure metal, metalloid, crystals or natural or biochemical compounds combined or not with the metal or metalloid. Preferably, the high frequency waves are transferred to whichever material the water is in contact with selected from sand , silica, activated carbon or any other natural or artificial compounds. The activated carbon as a filtration substrate is thus energized or dynamised by high frequency bio waves such that the dynamism of the activated carbon enhances the capacity of the activated carbon to absorb and degrade water contaminating substances and/or impede the built-up of bacteria colonies onto the filtration material. The said dynamism of the activated carbon is transmitted to water which acquires special energized properties/characteristics. In accordance with another aspect of the present invention there is provided a system for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: means for generation of high frequency waves or bio waves and means for directing the said waves to energize the substance/contents therein in said water, liquid or solid substance so as to treat the water, liquid or solid substance to free it of harmful contaminants and/or impart desired characteristics therein. In accordance with an aspect the said means for generating high frequency waves comprise natural or artificial vibrations collected from an antenna or from the electrical main line adapted as an antenna, means for filtering and amplification of the same. In accordance with a preferred aspect the system comprises means for concentrating the waves and finally transmitting the same to through an electrode. The said means for concentrating the waves comprises filter condenser adapted for oscillating action in which the dielectric is mainly composed of beeswax; an antenna operatively connected to said filter condenser and excited by a rotating condenser and/or any frequency generating device preferably pulse accelerator. The electrode used in the system is preferably obtained of pure metal, metalloid, crystals, natural /biochemical compounds or combinations thereof. For treatment of water wherein the high frequency wave is transferred to water through material in contact with said water preferably selected from sand, silica, . activated carbon, natural /artificial compounds. In accordance with an aspect for treating water the system comprises : a vessel/container containing activated carbon; atleast one electrode means plunged into said activated carbon; means for allowing the water to be treated to flow through said vessel/container; said electrode operatively connected to a filter condenser preferably composed of preferably 2 multi blade sections separated by a space filled substantially with natural beeswax as a dielectric; said condenser further connected to atleast one further condenser; means to amplify selectively the grass harmonics produced in the beeswax condenser before transmitting the same to the electrode. The said further condenser used in the above system is driven by a motor or any revolving condenser. Alternatively, in the system the said further condenser is operatively connected to an equipment or electronic device adapted to produce a wide range of high frequencies or quartz crystals. In accordance with another preferred aspect the system for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprises: a power source preferably an alternative current supply 220 Volts; a pulse accelerator with a variation of amplitude between 50% to 300% operatively connected to said supply and adapted to activate a high energy bio wave generator to generate bio waves; means to conduct the bio waves to atleast one electrode housed in a vessel/container having loosely compacted granules/particles to be energized; means to allow the flow of water or liquid to be treated through said container having the electrode and said energisable granules/particles. According to yet further preferred aspect the system for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprises: a power source preferably an alternative current supply transformed to direct current; said supply operatively connected to a pulse accelerator to activate said pulse accelerator with a variation of amplitude between 50% to 300% (from 12 to 24 Volts); from said main line of the supply multipurpose condenser are coupled with a condenser having beeswax as a dielectric with said beeswax condenser further connected to the said pulse generator for generating variety of bio waves/harmonics means to conduct the bio waves/harmonics to atleast one electrode housed in a vessel/container having loosely compacted granules/particles to be energized; means to allow the flow of water or liquid to be treated through said container having the electrode and said energisable granules/particles. In the above system the said vessel/container is provided with an inlet and an outlet for continuous flow of water/liquid to be treated there through with the collection of dynamised water at said outlet It is thus possible by way of the present invention to submit water or any specific liquid or solid substance to combined action of artificial or natural vibration and thereby energize and treat the water or the substrate to impart special properties/ charastistics and / or provide it in a state which would impede its contamination and facilitate elimination and degradation organic and inorganic contamination such as resulting from pesticides and heavy metal. Importantly, the invention is directed to a process and the system for treating flowing water in order to make it pc table, to suppress undesirable substances which might be present and to energies it so as to transform it into living water with proven healing charastistics. Advantageously the invention would enable safe application and use of activated carbon as a filtration media for treating water by way of energizing or dynamising of activated carbon such that bacteria can not be easily infested in the filter and in the process avoid bad taste from bad odour and bacteriological contamination of treated water. In fact, the invention would facilitate safe and wide scale application and use of the relatively low cost activated carbon as an effective filtration media for treating water thereby enable making available safe and quality drinking water thereby safeguarding the health concerns resulting from contamination of water. As apparent from the above disclosure the invention utilizes high frequency waves to energize the carbon and avoid bacterial contamination. These high frequencies are also known as biowave which can be advantageously and effectively utilize to improve the elimination and degradation of organic and inorganic contamination such as for instance resulting from pesticides and heavy metals. Moreover, it is found that by way of such energizing involving high frequency waves and biowave there is also improvement in water taste and life charastistics. According to the invention water is subjected to action of oscillating circuits, ultrasonic, electric, electromagnetic energy, artificial or natural, tellurian, cosmic or else whereby water is imparted with special properties which can be advantageously utilized in various fields. The combined action of artificial and natural vibration is preferable collected either from an antenna or from the electrical mainline, working as an antenna and filtered and amplified by the system. Advantageously, high frequency waves and biowave can be concentrated before transmitting the same to the substance to be treated. For such purpose the substance to be treated is preferably submitted to the action of oscillating a filter condenser in which the dielectric is mainly composed of beeswax connected to an antenna and excited by a rotating condenser or by a frequency generating device similar to a pulse accelerator. The biowave thus concentrated by the above process are transmitted to the substance to be treated through the intermediary of an electrodes. The electrode used is preferably obtained of pure metal, metalloid, crystals or natural or biochemical compounds or combination thereon. The high frequency waves or biowave are transmitted to water for the media to be treated through material which is in direct contact with the water or the substrate to be treated. Such materials in contact with water / media to be treated can be preferably selected from sand, silica, activated carbon or other natural artificial compound. Importantly, moving water into the filtering media such as the energize activated carbon increased considerably the dynamising capacity of the treated media and in the process avoid its unwanted contamination. The system for the generation of biowave and treatment of water in accordance with invention as apparent from the above basically involves the water to be treated to be filled by inlet into a vessels containing the activated carbon. One or several electrodes preferably pure metal rods are maintained plunged into the activated carbon. The electrode is connected to a filter condenser preferably composed of two multi blade sections separated by a space filled mainly with natural beeswax as a dielectric. This condenser is further operatively connected to a second condenser or a series of condenser which can be driven by a motor or any revolving condenser. An equipment or electronic device adapted to produce wide range of high frequencies or quartz pistons could be used in place of the rotating condenser. Wide range of harmonics further produce which amplifies selectively grass harmonic produced by the beeswax condenser. The connection of the system to the electrical grid is made in such a way that the electrical mainline works as an antenna with a screw driver tester lighting when the right phase is connected. Importantly the substance to be treated should never in contact with metals other than the electrodes. The system of the invention thus is adopted to generate high frequency waves or biowave which are transmitted to the water and the mass of activated carbon in contact with water by means of electrodes. Such high frequency waves generated by the system which are preferably of the order of about 1040 hertz, display on the oscilloscope, numerous high frequency impulsions which super impose onto the usual curve, a considerable number of harmonics known as "GRASS HARMONICS" The details of the invention, its objects and advantages are explained hereunder in greater details in relation to non limiting exemplary illustration of the system and its manner of operation involving generation of biowave to treat water in accordance with present invention as per the following accompanying figures : BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES Figure 1 illustrates an embodiment of a flow diagram of water purifier cum dynamisation system in accordance with invention ; Figure 2 illustrates another embodiment of a flow diagram of water purifier cum dynamisation system in accordance with invention ; Reference is first invited to accompanying figure 1 which illustrates by way of a flow diagram the stages of dynamisation of fluid by high energy of biowave in accordance with the system of the invention. As illustrated in said figure, a pulse generator (2) with a variation of amplitude for instance between 50% and 300% powered by an alternative current supply (1) preferably 220 volts with 50 (or 60) hertz frequency is used to activate a high energy biowave generator (3). The biowave generator (3) is adapted to generate a variety of biowave harmonic which is conducted to various electrodes (4) such as made of silver. Such electrode is adapted to energize a mass of loosely compacted granules or particles (5) such as activated carbon containing in a container made of appropriate material (6) in which the liquid, for instance water to be treated is allowed to flow continuously from an inlet (7) at the top to an outlet (8) providing the dynamised water / liquid at the bottom. Reference in now invited to another embodiment of the stages involved in continuous dynamisation of fluids / water by high frequency biowave in accordance with the system/method of the invention. According to this embodiment as illustrated in said figure, alternative current supply preferably 220 volts with 50 (or 60) hertz frequency is transformed (1) to direct current preferably 12 volts for instance. The direct current is adapted to activate a pulse accelerator (2) with a variation of amplitude comprising between 50% and 300% for example from 12 to 24 volts. As further illustrated from the said figure, from the mainline of the A.C., to multipurpose condenser (3) are coupled with a condenser where beeswax has been used as a dielectric (4). The pulse generator is also connected to the beeswax condenser in order to promote a grade variety of harmonics. The high frequencies biowave thus generate are conducted to an electrode (6) preferably of metal silver. As shown in said figure, the electrode plunges into a mass of loosely compacted granules of particles, for example, of activated carbon (7) contain in the vessels, in which a liquid for instance water is allowed to flow continuously from an inlet (5) at the top and to an outlet (6) providing the dynamised / treated water. It is thus possible by way of the above invention to provide for a process by which activated carbon as a filtration substrate is energized or dynamised by high frequency biowave to impede the built-up bacterial colonies onto the filtration material. Importantly such dynamisation of activated carbon enhances the capacity of the activated carbon to absorb and degrade water containing substances like heavy metals and pesticides. Advantageously, the dynamisation of the activated carbon is transmitted to enhance the capacity of the activated carbon and thereby impart special energized property to the water which can be further identified by copper chloride crystallization, eye crystal photography, Kirtian photography etc. The invention is thus directed to provide for a simple, cost effective and reliable manner of treating water / liquid / solid by effective decontamination by imparting energy / dynamism characteristics of high frequency biowave which is directed to meet large scale demands for effective processes for providing quality po table water. WE CLAIM: 1. A process for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or degradation of organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: subjecting the said water/liquid/solid to high frequency waves or bio waves to energize the substance /contents therein and in the process treat the water, liquid or solid substance to free it of harmful contaminants and/or impart desired characteristics therein. 2. A process as claimed in daim 1 comprising using high frequency waves under action of oscillating circuits, ultrasonic, electric, electromagnetic energies, artificial or natural, tellurian, cosmic or combinations thereof. 3. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 or 2 comprising submitting water or any specific liquid or solid substance to combined action of artificial and natural vibrations, generated either from an antenna or from the electrical main line working as an antenna preferably filtered and amplified for effective action. 4. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein the substance being treated are submitted to a concentrated high frequency wave and transmitted to the substance through the intermediary of an electrode. 5. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein the concentrated high frequency wave is obtained by an action of oscillating a filter condenser in which the dielectric is mainly composed of beeswax connected to an antenna and excited by a rotating condenser or any frequency generating device similar to the pulse accelerator. 6. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein the electrode used is preferably made of pure metal, metalloid, crystals or natural or biochemical compounds combined or not with the metal or metalloid. 7. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein the high frequency waves are transferred to whichever material the water is in contact with selected from sand , silica, activated carbon or any other natural or artificial compounds. 8. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein activated carbon as a filtration substrate is energized or dynamised by high frequency bio waves such that the dynamism of the activated carbon enhances the capacity of the activated carbon to absorb and degrade water cantaminating substances and/or impede the built-up of bacteria colonies onto the filtration material.. 9. A process as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein the said dynamism of the activated carbon is transmitted to water which acquires special energized properties/characteristics. 10. A system for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: means for generation of high frequency waves or bio waves and means for directing the said waves to energize the substance/contents therein in said water, liquid or solid substance so as to treat the water, liquid or solid substance to free it of harmful contaminants and/or impart desired characteristics therein. 11. A system as claimed in claim 10 comprises said means for generating high frequency waves comprise natural or artificial vibrations collected from an antenna or from the electrical main line adapted as an antenna, means for filtering and amplification of the same. 12. A system as claimed in anyone of claims 10 or 11 comprising means for concentrating the waves and finally transmitting the same to through an electrode. 13. A system as claimed in claim 12 wherein said means for concentrating the waves comprises filter condenser adapted for oscillating action in which the dielectric is mainly composed of beeswax; an antenna operatively connected to said filter condenser and excited by a rotating condenser and/or any frequency generating device preferably pulse accelerator. 14. A system as claimed in anyone of claims 10 to 13 wherein said electrode is obtained of pure metal, metalloid, crystals, natural /biochemical compounds or combinations thereof. 15. A system as claimed in anyone of claims 10 to 14 for treatment of water wherein the high frequency wave is transferred to water through material in contact with said water preferably selected from sand, silica, activated carbon, natural /artificial compounds. 16. A system as claimed in anyone of claims 10 to 15 for treating water comprising a vessel/container containing activated carbon; atleast one electrode means plunged into said activated carbon; means for allowing the water to be treated to flow through said vessel/container; said electrode operatively connected to a filter condenser preferably composed of preferably 2 multi blade sections separated by a space filled substantially with natural beeswax as a dielectric; said condenser further connected to atleast one further condenser; means to amplify selectively the grass harmonics produced in the beeswax condenser before transmitting the same to the electrode. 17. A system as claimed in claim 16 wherein said further condenser is driven by a motor or any revolving condenser. 18. A system as claimed in claim 16 wherein said further condenser is operatively connected to an equipment or electronic device adapted to produce a wide range of high frequencies or quartz crystals. 19. A system for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: a power source preferably an alternative current supply 220 Volts; a pulse accelerator with a variation of amplitude between 50% to 300% operatively connected to said supply and adapted to activate a high energy bio wave generator to generate bio waves; means to conduct the bio waves to atleast one electrode housed in a vessel/container having loosely compacted granules/particles to be energized; means to allow the now of water or liquid to be treated through said container having the electrode and said energisable granules/particles. 20. A system for treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic /inorganic contaminants comprising: a power source preferably an alternative current supply transformed to direct current; said supply operatively connected to a pulse accelarator to activate said pulse accelerator with a variation of amplitude between 50% to 300% (from 12 to 24 Volts); from said main line of the supply multipurpose condenser are coupled with, a condenser having beeswax as a dielectric with said beeswax condenser further connected to the said pulse generator for generating variety of bio waves/harmonics means to conduct the bio waves/harmonics to atleast one electrode housed in a vessel/container having loosely compacted granules/particles to be energised; means to allow the flow of water or liquid to be treated through said container having the electrode and said energisable granules/particles. 21. A system as claimed in anyone of claims 19 or 20 wherein said vessel/container is provided with an inlet and an outlet for continuous flow of water/liquid to be treated there through with the collection of dynamised water at said outlet. 22. A process far treating water, liquid or solid substance for elimination and/or reduction in organic Anorganic contaminants and a system for carrying out such method substantially as herein described and illustrated with reference to the accompanying figures.
