The proposed invention is meant to impart some intelligence to the mobile device phone book storage. The thought applied is to implement the phone book storage, zone wise/ region wise / country wise/ in addition to some common storage for important contacts like family, friends etc. Once the user is in a particular zone /

country / region, the respective zone's phone book entry will be enabled and listed in addition to the common entries.
This will be advantageous in categorizing and also searching the entries in the phone book wherein the storage capacities are huge in number. Larger the number of records entered, more the time required for searching, hence the categorization of the phone book entries according to the respective regions/zones can be adapted.
A bunch of RF/Carrier sensors and an intelligence module could do just that, by analyzing the different roaming locations to determine and list the exact phone book entries respectively as and when required.
A processing unit coupled with the phonebook listing and display module, which in turn retrieves the respective location information as designed, resulting in listing the phonebook entries accordingly.
