A METHOD FOR OBTAINING PERFLUOROCARBON GAS TRANSFERRING EMULSION

Abstract A composition, method and application of agents on the basis of perfluorocarbon emulsions as blood sustitues. The mixture of two perfluorocarbons: rapidly eliminated (C8-C10), and/or slowely eliminated (C11-C12), like PFD/PFMCP, or PFD/PFTBA, or PFOB/PFMCP, or PFOB/PFTBA, or PFOB/PFD, or PFMCP/PFTBS in rations from 1:1 to 10/10, respectively; of the mixture of three perfluorocabons: two rapidly eliminated (C8-C10), and one slowly eliminated (C11-C12), or one rapidly eliminated (C8-C10) and two slowly eliminated (C11-C12), like PFOB/PFD/PFMCP, or PFOB/PFD/PFTBA, or PFOB/PFMCP/PFTBA, or PFD/PFMCP/PFTBA in ratios from 1:1:1 to 10:10:10, respectively; of the mixture of four perflouorocarbons: two rapidly eliminated (C8-C10) and two slowly eliminated (C11-C12), PFOB-PFD-PFMCP/PFTBA in ratio from 1:1:1 to 10:10:10, respectively; the mixture of perfluorocarbons in the emulsion with concentrations from 1% (0.5% (vol.)) to 100% (50%(vol.)) with mean particle size 30-80 nm is emulsified by proxanol 268 (0.2-20%) with molecular mass 6-12 kDa and has acceptable electrolytic component.
