The system is cost effective and very simple to obtain and therefore would have wide application / usage to operate variety of powered/energy driven gadgets / equipments. BACKGROUND ART It is well known that to operate various powered / energy driven gadgets / equipments, it is important to supply the required power as input to the unit to be driven, as otherwise, there can be no functional output. Thus it is well known that to drive any gadget or operatory system it is important to provide necessary input power otherwise the system can never work. The power input is, therefore, crucial and due to the complexity and the wide variety of equipments made available the consumption of power is immense and this has lead to a situation were power source is found to be essential on one hand and its demand making it cost extensive on the other hand. Such scarcity and expense involved in power generation and the consequential high tariffs of power has made it is important to look for some alternative to the conventional power sources and to make its effective use in driving / operating various unit / gadgets. Moreover, apart from the scarcity and expenses involved in the generation of the power, due to its technical complexity in generation, usually the power sources / generating units are available and serve the demands of the urban location and the metropolitan cities. As far as the rural sector is concerned although there has also been demands for power there for regular use, suitable sources of power for operating apart form various gadget / equipments to operate systems of basic human needs such as fans, lights, pumps etc. there has been not much of effective development to meet such power requirement by way of a simple and cost effective system which can be applied and used even in rural not so developed locations. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION It is thus the basic object of the present Invention to provide for an alternative and cost effective means for generation of power which would be suitable to drive various equipment / gadgets simply and cost effectively. Another object of the present invention is directed to provide a simple and alternative means for generation of power involving conventional input power which can be readily and easily provided in remote location such as rural and village areas. Another object of the present Invention is directed to provide a system for simple and alternative means for generation of power using a simple input source such as a swing system which can be almost readily and easily made available anywhere including in remote rural areas. Yet another object of the present invention is directed to serve the much required present day need for alternative and cost effective sources of power to make it available simply and cost effectively for advantageous and effective use by one and all and thereby in effect meeting the public demand of cost effective and alternative power sources for use in driving various day to day utility equipment / gadgets including the gadget of regular use such as lights and fans etc. Yet further object of the present invention is directed to provided a system for simple and cost effective alternative power generation which can be used by any ordinary person without the need for any specialized skill / knowledge and therefore make the process for generation of power convenient and comfortable for wide scale use / application. SUMMARY OF THE INVETION Thus according to basic aspect of the present invention there is provided A drive system for generating power / energy comprising: a swing means adapted for swinging motion having a weight applied thereon and a drive unit to activate the same operatively connected thereto; means to convert said swing motion into a rotary motion including gear means ; means to operatively connect said rotary motion thus generated to drive /operate equipment /utility systems. In the above system of the invention the said means to convert said swing motion into a rotary motion including gear means comprise accessories including said gear system. Importantly, the rotary motion output is dependent upon various factors including the weight applied to the swing means. The effective weight is dependent on the lever rod distance from the weight disposition and the central rod being driven. The system is adapted to generate the driving rotary motion as long as the swing means continue to be activated. In accordance with a preferred aspect of the invention, the drive system comprises drive unit to activate the swing means. In particular, according to such preferred aspect said swing means is activated by cooperating means / system adapted to provide movement to the weight carrying swing means. In accordance with an aspect of the invention the said swing means comprise a pair of vertically disposed lever rods supporting a platform carrying weight at its lower end and supported at the top by a horizontally disposed central rod, said central rod operatively connected to accessory / gear means and the latter operatively connected to any selected power driven unit. The central rod is preferably supported on bearings and operatively connected to gear / accessory system. In accordance with yet further preferred aspect the drive system comprises said central rod operatively connected to a main big spur gear which in turn is connected to two small spur gears which are driven opposite to one another, said two small gears are further operatively connected to a respective cyde gear means, each said cycle gear means operatively connected to a respective free wheel gears connected by chain drive means, said free wheel gears supporting a rotatable shaft means which rotates due to the corresponding motion of free wheel gears transmitted by said cycle gears. In accordance with yet further aspect the system comprises mechanized drive for the swing means. In accordance with a preferred aspect the said system for the mechanized drive for the swing means comprise supporting said swing means in a top frame member, said top frame member being in turn supported with respect to a bottom frame with intermediate spring, means and a drive system operatively connected to provide the top frame with an upward and downward motion whereby the weight on the swing activates the swing means. The drive system preferably indudes a motor operatively connected to a shaft to drive a cam member to activate said up and down motion of the top frame. It would be apparent for the above that the system of the invention on one hand meets the required need for simple and cost effective means for the generation of power to drive various units / gadgets and on the other hand utilizes in such power generation a simple swing means. The swing means can be adapted to facilitate carrying the required weight to achieve the swing motion on slight displacement of the weighted swing and provide for a very simple and cost effective conversion of the power generated by the swing into a rotary motion which can be readily adapted to drive any power driven system such as a fan or to light a lamp. In order to facilitate automatized and less manual intervention in generation of power using the system of the invention in accordance with a preferred aspect of the invention there is proposed a simple and cost effective co-operative means which can be activated to bring in action the swing motion of the weighted swing used by the system of the invention. Such a system can be a simple cam driven motor to provide a slight displacement motion to the weighted swing which in turn following the system of the invention is adapted to transform the swing motion into desired rotary motion useful as input power to various equipments / gadgets. It would thus be possible by way of the drive system of the invention to effective use the power generated by a swing and transform and effectively use the weight power applied to the swing to produce / generate energy in a different form such as by rotary motion of a shaft which can be used for cost effective power input to drive other system. Importantly, the invention avoids and provides a cost effective alternative to the conventional cost extensive energy sources such as petrol, diesel, coal and atomic energy which have apart from high cost other limitations to continue to serve as a viable power sources especially to people who may not be able to afford such conventional expensive energy sources. Moreover it is important to mention that such conventional energy sources presently available apart from being cost effective and not affordable to all are known to be associated with environment pollution and therefore have further limitations in its wide scale and long term use. The drive system of the invention which utilizes simple mechanical power generated by a swing is directed to benefit power generation by way of very simple and cost effective drive system. The drive system of the invention which is basically developed using the swing as the power source is adapted to produce power of capacities which would depend upon the shape , size and the weight applied to the swing. The distance from the central rod to the disposition of the weight in the swing also has relevance as to the power generated by the system. Thus the accessory / gear means used in the system is adapted to convert to and fro motion of the swing into a rotary motion. As mentioned above the power generated by the swing system by way of the rotary motion output would also depend upon weight applied to the swing. While the above discussed drive system of the invention is adapted to generated power to drive any equipment, advantageously, it is also possible to utilize the transformed rotary motion generated by the system by operative connection to alternator to enable generation of current. In the above system of the invention the power continue to be generated and the energy output will continue as long as the weight containing swing continue to oscillate. In order to stop the generation of power the swing action of the system need to be only stopped. It is also possible to achieve such swing motion of the weighted swing to be attended by way of co-operating mechanized / automatised units. For the purpose simple drive may be used to provide slight displacement to the weighted swing to continue the swing action. Simple motor and operative shaft and cam mechanism can be used to achieve such purposes. It would thus be apparent that the drive system of the invention not only involves very simple and cost effective means for the generation of the energy but the same is also environment friendly and would therefore serve the present day need for environment friendly power sources. The details of invention its object and advantages are explained hereunder in greater detail in relation to non limiting exemplary illustrations as per accompanying figure wherein :- Figure 1 is a schematic illustration of an embodiment of the swing based drive system of the present invention; Figure 2 illustrates a swing drive system of the invention involving the motorized driving unit to activate the swing for generation of energy; Figure 3A is an illustration of the back view of the swing drive system of Figure 2; Figure 3B is an illustration of the side view of the swing drive system of Figure 2;and Figure 3C is an illustration of the front view of the swing drive system of Figure 2. References is first invited to Figure 1 which illustrates in detail schematically the arrangement of the drive system in accordance with the present invention. As illustrated in said Figure the system basically involves a swing (IS) which is supported with respect to a frame (IF) .The swing (1) comprises of pair of vertically disposed lever rods (1A) which at the bottom support a platform (IB) for carrying a weight to be applied to the swing and at its top is operatively connected to a central rod (ID). The central rod is maintained rotatable by bearing block (IE). In order to convert the swing action of the swing means (1), into a rotary output, the central rod (ID) is shown operatively connected to accessories (2A) including the gear system. In particular as apparent further from said figure the central rod (ID) is connected at an end to a big spur gear (2BS) which in turn operatively connected to a pair of small spur gears (2SS). The rotary motion of the big spur gear (2BS) on working of the central rod by the swing movement operates the two small gears (2SS) adapted to rotate opposite to one another. Two small gears (2SS) are in turn operatively connected to cycle gears (2C1) and (2C2). The cycle gears are further operatively linked to free wheel gear (4F1 & 4F2) which support a shaft member (4C). The rotation of small spur gears (2SS) which are operatively connected to the cyde gear (2C1 & 2C2) provide for rotary motion the free wheel (4F1 & 4F2) and in turn the shaft (4C). Thus in effect the swing motion of the swing means (IS) by way of accessory / gear system(2A) translate the swing motion into a rotary motion. As further illustrated in said figure the rotary shaft can also be operatively linked through gear box system (5) to drive any equipment / device with input power of the rotary shaft. Such equipment / system indude possible operative connection to alternator means (6) to generate current. Reference is now invited to accompanying Figure 2 which illustrate in accordance with a preferred aspect the system of the invention induding an operative mechanized unit (1M) for activating the swing means. As dearly apparent from Figure 2 and Figures 3A to 3C while the basic system involving the swing (IS) and the accessory / gear mechanism (2A) uses to generate power / energy discussed in relation to the Figure 1 above remains the same.In this embodiment, the means for providing the mechanized displacement of the swing to fadlitate the power generation is the added feature in this embodiment. In particular as shown in said Figure 2, for the purpose, the frame supporting the swing (IF) is placed on a bottom frame (1MB) with supporting spring means (IMS) there between the top frame (IF) and bottom frame (1MB) .As further illustrated in said figure by way of a simple motor (lMM)and operative shaft (IMS) and cam (IMC) the top frame (IF) can be angularly displaced were by due to the weight in the swing the later attains the momentum to generate the swing action and thereby generated power using the system of the invention as explained in relation to Figure 1. The mechanized displacement system used is shown in greater detail in accompanying Figures 3A to 3C. As clearly apparent from the above figures the top frame is situated on the bottom frame such that the top frame can move up and down as illustrated in the side view. The spring means at the other end is adapted to maintain parallel level to facilitate the swing action. The front view shows in detail the disposition of two bearing blocks fitted with shaft at the bottom frame. At position C the shaft is shown fitted with cam and a big bearing. The bearing is fitted with the top frame such that it moves free as far as required. Thus when the driven unit move the top frame it is adapted to move the swing fitted with respect to the top frame to thereby initiate the process of generation of power / energy by converting the swing motion into rotary motion as a suitable power / energy input to drive any other equipment / utility device such as to run a fan or light a lamp or operatively connect to an alternator to generate current.
