Full Text	This invention relates to a container with a pick for dispensing the contents of the container, particularly, a flavored tobacco paste known as 'Kiwam' containing saffron and silver leaves. BACKGROUND Traditionally, for packing kiwam paste, glass jars with plastic caps are used. Since 'kiwam' contain saffron, silver leaves and the like, this product is consumed in a small quantity along with beetle leaves (paan). This product is taken out with the help of a match-stick or using one's own finger. This unhygienic practice is being continued for the past few decades. The object and summary of the invention The object of this invention is to obviate the unhygienic practices by providing a special container with a pick for the purpose of withdrawing a portion of the paste (kiwam) required each time from said container. To achieve the said objective, this invention provides a container with a pick for dispensing the contents of the container, said container closed with a plastic cap characterized in that a housing for firmly holding the pick for dispensing the required quantity of product from said container is either provided in said cap or at the bottom or side wall of the container to avoid unhygienic practices. Brief description of the drawings: This invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 8 shows the container having housing at the bottom for holding the pick at the bottom of the container Figure 9 shows the container with housing on the side wall of the container for holding the pick, according to this invention Detailed description of the drawings Referring to the drawings in figure 1 item (1) shows the container with threads (3) on the neck (2) of the container. Item (4) shows the cap of the container and item (9) shows the pick held between cap (4) and cap (7) in the housing (8) provided in the top cap (7). In figure 2 & 3, pick (9) is shown. In figure 4, only container (1) with the neck (2) and the thread (3) is shown. In figure 5, cap 4 with dents (5) and (6) are shown to hold pick (9) firmly. In figure 6, top cap (7) and a housing (8) for holding the pick (9) firmly with the dent (6) of the cap (4). Figure 7 shows the side view of the top cap with housing for firmly holding the pick. In figure 8 the housing is provided at the bottom of the container with a pick firmly held. Similarly, in figure 9 housing is provided on the side wall of the container which holds the pick (9) firmly. WORKING: The pick is removed from the housing and thereafter the cap (4) is removed and the product (kiwam) inside the container is taken out with the help of pick (9) and is applied on the Pan and thereafter the said pick is pushed back in the housing thereby avoiding the unhygienic practice. The said pick can be used for mixing the paste in the container. We Claim: 1. This invention relates to a container with a pick for dispensing the contents of the container, particularly, a flavored tobacco paste known as 'Kiwam' containing saffron and silver leaves.
BACKGROUND
Traditionally, for packing kiwam paste, glass jars with plastic caps are used. Since 'kiwam' contain saffron, silver leaves and the like, this product is consumed in a small quantity along with beetle leaves (paan). This product is taken out with the help of a match-stick or using one's own finger. This unhygienic practice is being continued for the past few decades.
The object and summary of the invention
The object of this invention is to obviate the unhygienic practices by providing a special container with a pick for the purpose of withdrawing a portion of the paste (kiwam) required each time from said container.

Detailed description of the drawings
Referring to the drawings in figure 1 item (1) shows the container with threads (3) on the neck (2) of the container. Item (4) shows the cap of the container and item (9) shows the pick held between cap (4) and cap (7) in the housing (8) provided in the top cap (7). In figure 2 & 3, pick (9) is shown. In figure 4, only container (1) with the neck (2) and the thread (3) is shown.
In figure 5, cap 4 with dents (5) and (6) are shown to hold pick (9) firmly.

In figure 6, top cap (7) and a housing (8) for holding the pick (9) firmly with the dent (6) of the cap (4). Figure 7 shows the side view of the top cap with housing for firmly holding the pick.
In figure 8 the housing is provided at the bottom of the container with a pick firmly held. Similarly, in figure 9 housing is provided on the side wall of the container which holds the pick (9) firmly.
WORKING:
The pick is removed from the housing and thereafter the cap (4) is removed and the product (kiwam) inside the container is taken out with the help of pick (9) and is applied on the Pan and thereafter the said pick is pushed back in the housing thereby avoiding the unhygienic practice. The said pick can be used for mixing the paste in the container.

We Claim:
1. A container with a pick for dispensing the contents of the container, said container closed with a plastic cap characterized in that a housing for firmly holding the pick for dispensing the required quantity of product from said container is either provided in said cap or at the bottom or side wall of the container to avoid unhygienic practices.
