| Abstract | A quick connector includes: a connector body having a retainer holding portion, a tube connecting portion to be press fitted into a tUbe, and a housing between the retainer holding portion and the tube connecting portion, the tube connecting portion being formed wi th a plurality of annular proj ections being axially spaced apart from each other; and a retainer which is held in an axially fixed state by the retainer holding portion. A portion of an outer surface of the tube connecting portion extending from the annular projection, which is closest to the housing, toward the housing is fonned into a tapered surface whose diameter is gradually enlarged toward the housing, and a diameter of an annular proj ection side of the tape'!:ed surface is set to be larger than a diameter of the outer surface of the tube connecting portion 5 between the annular projections. |
