| Abstract | In an OHC-type internal combustion engine including a camshaft rotating in conjuction with crankshaft provided on a cyclinder head,to improve the construction in the related art that requires many troublesome fabrication in the related art that requires many troublesome fabrication steps as forming a camshaft bearing holding portion including two halves using the joint surface between separately fabricated members,such as a cylinde head or a cyclinder head cover,and to facilitate fabrication of the bearing holding portion and of camshaft mounting operation. A camshaft holder for rotatbly supporting the camshaft is fabricated seperately from the aforementioned cyclinder head or form the cylinder head cover,and secured together with a stud bolt passing through the cyclinder. |
