Where in the high tension winding is devided into two section, primary and secondary and both are connected to the teaders, so as to supply single phase of less than 250 volts. On any one of the phase available, and thereby providing single phase of 250 volts or less to the consumer and prevent the misuse of existing single phase systeam. |
