Title of the Invention A process of dyeing and processing a garment using Natural Fibers, Natural Dyes, Nano -Technology/Materials Science & Bio-Technology applications, Natural Anti-microbial agents with infused Color Energy and Crystal Power. Field of Invention: This invention relates to a process of preparing a garment with wellness properties using Natural Dyes (herbs with medicinal properties using Nanotechnology/Material Science applications) & processing them at all stages with Bio-Enzymes (i.e. pre-treatment and post-treatment) and not using any synthetic product at any stage & there after infusing color energy and crystal power on the principles of Color Therapy &SCrystal Therapy. Background of Invention: There has been a lot of development in the art of garment making. These days there is more emphasis on the use of synthetic fibers and synthetic dyes. However, fabrics made of natural fibers and dyes still rule the market. If we talk about the history of dyes, we have the earliest written record of use of dyestuff in China dates 2600 BC. But it was only in the 19th Century, to be precise in the year 1856 while trying to synthesize artificial quinine, 18-year old William Perkin, instead produced a murky residue and stumbled across the world's first aniline dye (synthetic dye) a color that became known as Mauve. Before this discovery all the dyes and paints were colored by roots, leaves, mullock or snails. As a result colors were inconsistent and unpredictably strong often fading or washing out. Perkin found a dye that would always produce a uniform shade and pointed out the way to other synthetic dyes. Ten years after the Perkin's discovery organic chemistry was perceived as been exciting, profitable and of great but on the contrary, the natural dyes were quickly replaced by the new synthetic dyes. Many natural fibers and natural dyes are known for their beneficial and therapeutic uses. The garments made of natural fibers & dyes are eco-friendly and beneficial for the health. The whole process of manufacturing this range of clothesline is different from the other clothes, which are marketed worldwide as the entire process is different from the conventional methods. The object of the present invention is to provide a process of preparing garments using natural fiber/ yarn/ fabric and natural dyes converted into micro/nano particle size using Nano Technology/Materials Science applications and processing them with bio-enzymes and natural ingredients at all stages. Another object of the present invention is to provide a process of preparing garments infusing color energy Scrystal power and using natural anti microbial agents. Meanings and Definitions: Color Therapy is one of the oldest gifts of the Mother Nature to the entire living beings on this earth and is also one of the most holistic energy with a scientific reason behind it, as every color light has its own frequency and wavelength. It is a known fact that light travels in waves. When a human body is exposed to a particular colored light, his/her emotions and bodily functions will be affected in some way or the other e.g. it has been found that when exposed to prolonged red light a person's blood pressure rises and the opposite will happen when exposed to blue light. Color Energy contains the energy of the sun, the life restoring force of nature. Color healing consists of certain molecular reactions that take place in the organs of a human body through different color rays. Thus the color energy aims to balance and enhance our body's energy centers/CHAKRAS by using the seven colors of the light spectrum, which helps to stimulate our bodies own healing process and has a profound effect on our mind, body and Soul. Every color of rainbow has a complimentary color as per the principles of color therapy. Crystal Energy is also known as Gemstone/Crystal Therapy. Gems or crystals are formed through the pressure of earth over million of years. The energy is absorbed in the structure of the stone itself and then reflected outward. • Crystals have their own AURA. When they come into contact with human body, they improve human body's aura, calming and healing it. • Crystals emit different vibrations; these subtle vibrations radiated by crystals, balances and reenergize the body's energy fields also known as CHAKRAS. • As crystals absorb all the negative energies from the environment around us thus saving our body from their negative effects. AURA: Aura is the electromagnetic field encircling the human body, which can now be seen through Kirlian Photography/Digital Aura Scan. It is a traditional term for the protective psychic and spiritual energy field that surrounds & penetrates the physical body. It encircles each of us as the Sun's rays encircle the Sun or the halo that surrounds the moon. It is the appearance of the Aura, which is either attractive or repulsive, which depends on one's physical health, mental attitudes & spiritual development. CHAKRA: Chakra is the Sanskrit word, which literally means "Spinning wheel". The chakras are energy vortices, swirling centers of vibrational energy. They are very powerful energy centers that interact with a whole array of energetic systems running through the body and beyond it to the external energy bodies. The charkas are part of the body's overall energy system. There are seven major charkas, which are powerhouses of energy, which work with the physical body to energize & to activate it. Each chakra is connected to one of the endocrine glands in the physical body. Five of these chakras are situated inline with the spine and the other two lie between the eyebrows and just above the crown of the head. If unbalanced, they affect the functioning of all the organs related to that gland. When the Chakra system is in balance; the physical body is able to correct itself and heal. Balance and harmony in the Chakras is vital to physical and emotional well-being. We are in a state of ill health when the Chakras are distorted or out of alignment. Color Energy and Crystal Power help in restoring the balance of Chakras. Summary of the Invention: To achieve the said objective the present invention relates to a process of dyeing and processing a garment comprising of: selecting a garment made of suitable natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric infusing color energy using particular colors on the principles of Color Therapy and incorporating the healing crystals in said garments to infuse crystal power characterized in that: (i) dyeing said garment with Natural Dyes extracted from herbs converted into micron/nano particle size and using bio enzymes; and (ii) treating said garment with natural anti-microbials converted into nano particles so as to obtain the desired fabric with infused color energy. The natural fiber or yarn is selected from organic cotton/ cotton, silk, wool, hemp, linen etc. The color energy is infused by selecting the colors of the fabric/garment on the principles of Color Therapy and by dyeing the fiber/yarn/ fabric/ garment with natural dyes. The raw material for preparing the natural dyes are obtained from various parts of plants including the roots, stem, bark, leaves, rind flowers and fruits. Some of the plants for preparing the dyes are Acacia catechu, Acacia Nilotica, Mallotus philippensis, Petrocarpus santanils, Punica garantum, Quercu infrctoria, Rheumemodi, Rubia cardifolia, Rumex maritmus, Terminalia chebula, Indigoferra tinctoria using conventional methods. The invention further relates to a process of preparing and dyeing a garment wherein dyeing comprises the steps of: a. scouring the natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric with bio-enzymes b. neutralizing the natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric if required c. dyeing the said natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric with the natural dyes extracted from natural herbs converted into micron/nano particle sizes d. processing said garment with bio-enzymes for bio-polishing the garment. The bio-enzymes used for the cotton scouring is catalase. The bio-enzymes used for the bio polishing of the natural fiber/ yarn/fabric/garment are cellulase on cellulose, lipase on lipids, and protease on protein based fibers. The crystal power is infused in the garment by incorporating pre-treated healing gemstones and crystals in the hidden pockets in the garment or through coatings. The natural anti-microbial used is Chitosan, Aloe vera and other natural antimicrobials. Detailed description: This invention relates to the process of preparing garments using Natural Dyes (converted into Micron/Nano particle size using (Nano Technology/Materials Science applications) with Medicinal properties and using Biotechnology i.e. Bio-Enzymes at every stage of processing, which are pre & post-treatment stages, no synthetic product is used for processing these garments at any stage. Color energy is infused on the principles of Color Therapy. Then these garmentsjare processed with natural Anti-microbials and at-last pre-treated healirig crystals are incorporatecfin these garments on th"e"principles~of 'color 'therapy & crystal therapy The most important features of this entire process are that it is based on only natural & holistic things such as natural fibers/ yarn/ fabrics, natural dyes, color energy, crystal power along with natural bacteria resistant and odor freeing substances. The natural fibers/ yarn/ fabrics are 100% natural and are taken from natural resources. Special care is taken during this process. The garments are colored using natural dyes. These dyes are obtained from the natural resources generally from the medicinal plants and many of them have been found to have anti-microbial properties by professors of I.I.T., New Delhi, India. Various parts of the plants are used in extraction of these dyes. These dyes are not only eco-friendly but also human friendly as they also help in improving the body aura (Resistance Power) and the also help in maintaining pH level of the skin. Color Energy Infusion The first and the foremost perquisite of any holistic therapy is maintaining the human body aura for that matter if one is using garments as a tool for Color Therapy, the garments used for such purpose must be in harmony with the human body, which means they have to be 100% natural/organic in nature otherwise they will not have desired results. Moreover, as per the principles of Color Therapy, it has to be a combination of two or more colors simultaneously, to get maximum benefit. For example in our garments, if we are targeting Crown Chakra the main color is violet and the complimentary color is yellow thus the garment for balancing crown chakra will be a combination of both these colors in the ratio of 2:1 or 50:50 but in that case the healing crystal used alongside will also be violet colored such as amethyst. The main color activates the chakra and the complimentary color balances the chakra. This process is called treatment of crystals. There are different ways and methods of treating crystals, which varies from therapy to therapy or therapist to therapist. There are two ways to infuse Crystal Power in our garments: 1. We have specially designed hidden pockets in the garments, where these \ pretreated healing crystals are kept to help the wearer of these garments to have maximum benefit and also to enable them to remove these crystals before every wash, to save these crystals from negative energies and other ' wear & tear at the time of washing. 2. Pretreated Healing Crystals are converted into very fine particles using Nano Technology/ Material Science applications. This fine powder coating is done on the garments using natural binding agents. In this case the garments are to be washed separately. Novelty. Inventive & Industrial Applicability The garments produced have excellent wellness properties. They help in curing almost every problem in conjunction with various forms of treatments available such as allopathic, ayurveda, homeopathy & all other holistic therapies. The garments produced are 100% natural, environment & human friendly. These natural dyes are used since ages with conventional wisdom but without using any technology or scientific method. 1. Because of this, the time consumed for dyeing is too long between few days to couple of months; the results were also not uniform. 2. As the particle size of Natural Dyes is much bigger than the Synthetic Dyes, with conventional methods of dyeing these could not penetrate in the yarns/fabrics/garments hence their color use to fade/bleed very fast. These factors made this entire process of dyeing with Natural Dyes very expensive, lengthy, and harsh and with lots of other qualitative limitations thus were not commercially viable. But with the help of our technology as we are using Nano- Technology & Bio-Technology applications, alongside computer aided scientific methods and latest machinery. > With the help of Nano-Technology / Materials Science we reduce the particle size of our dyeing ingredients/herbs to micron or nanometer level as per the desired application (for example, we need more fine particles to dye yarns in comparison to dye garments), these fine particles penetrate much more easily and in depth into deeper surfaces of fibers/yarns/fabrics/garments. For various eoatings, with different_application_s the desired particle__size is less than 100nm, which is pbossible only through this technology. > Bio enzymes are a gift of Bio Technology. o Pre treatment stage: They have very fine leveling properties, ensures sufficient fabric wet ability and adequate uniformity hence increases the dye liquor absorbance of the textiles, rapid kinetic behavior significantly reduces the treatment time of both bleaching and processing(dyeing), therefore energy consumption cost are saved, minimal consumption of water is required during washing process, increased environmental benefits from non-polluting process & as well as reductive products without sulphur or toxic substances, no degradation of the substrate fibers and dye-stuff. o Post treatment stage: Bio polishing is an environmentally friendly alternative these enzymes hydrolyses the micro fibrils protruding from the fabric surface, weaken and break them easily off the main fiber, there by yielding a fiber surface smoother than it was before. The appearance of the fabric changes, giving less fuzz & pilling, increased gloss/luster, better fabric hand and increased durable softness. The effect of bio polishing with enzymes is permanent since the enzyme acts on the fiber itself and there is no chemical coating, which may wash off during usage. Bio polishing provides better print definitions, color brightness, surface texture and drape ability especially with natural dyes. With the help of both these latest technological applications on our textile products, the results achieved have a much greater commercial viability as the products developed have all the good features of synthetic dyes such as economical, uniformity sheen, luster, fastness, range etc and eco-friendly & human-friendly properties of natural dyes. With our technology the total time consumed is not more than four hours for the entire process, whereas with the conventional method of dyeing with natural dyes it takes minimum a week to a couple of months and with synthetic dyes, the total processing time is between minimum eight to forty eight hours. Moreover, there is no other technology in the world to dye and process Organic Cotton Organically/Naturally at commercial level. This is the only technology in the world to dye and process not only Organic Cotton but all other Natural Fibers, Organically/Naturally. The residues or effluents from this technology, works as manure for the mother earth. DIFFERENT VALUE ADDITIONS ENVISAGED FROM THIS TECHNOLOGY USING NANO TECHNOLOGY & BIO TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS ON DIFFERENT TYPES of NATURAL YARNS/FABRICS/GARMENTS using NATURAL PRODUCTS ONLY. • Dyeing & Printing with Herbal dyes with medicinal properties. • Coatings of different Herbal Formulations. • Coatings of different Healing Crystals. • Nano Silver Coatings. • Micro encapsulation of different Aromas & Fragrances. • And many other such technology applications. claim: 1. A process of dyeing and processing a garment comprising of: selecting a garment made of suitable natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric infusing color energy using particular colors on the principles of Color Therapy and incorporating the healing crystals in said garments to infuse crystal power characterized in that: (iii) dyeing said garment with Natural Dyes extracted from herbs converted into micron/nano particle size and using bio enzymes; and (iv) treating said garment with natural anti-microbials converted into nano particles so as to obtain the desired fabric with infused color energy. 2. The process as claimed in claim 1 wherein the natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric used in step (i) is selected from organic cotton, silk, wool, hemp, linen, bamboo or soya. 3. The process as claimed in claim 1 wherein dyeing comprises the steps of: a. scouring the natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric with bio-enzymes b. neutralizing the natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric if required c. dyeing the said natural fiber/natural yarn/natural fabric with the natural dyes extracted from natural herbs converted into micron/nano particle sizes d. processing said garment with bio-enzymes for bio-polishing the garment. 4. The process as claimed in claim 3 wherein the scouring of the garment is carried out by using bio-enzymes. 5. The process as claimed in claim 3 wherein the bio-enzymes used for bio polishing are cellulase for cellulose, protease for protein, lipase for lipids based fibers. 6. The process as claimed in claim 1 wherein the natural anti microbials used in step (ii) of claim 1 is Chitosan or Aloe vera 7. The process as claimed in claim 1 wherein the crystal power is infused in the garment by placing the pre-treated healing gemstones / crystals in the specially made hidden pockets or through coatings. 8. The process of dyeing and preparing garment substantially as herein described with reference to foregoing examples.
