APPLICANT(S) a) Name : MINIMAX MOBILE SERVICES GMBH & CO., KG. b) Nationality : GERMAN Company c) Address : MINIMAXSTRASSE 1, D-72574 BAD URACH GERMANY 3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : - The invention relates to a fire extinguisher for liquid extinguishing medium in accordance to the features of the first patent claim. The invention can be deployed at all those places, where fire extinguishers for liquid extinguishing medium are available and the extinguishing medium has to be provided with a supplementary extinguishing medium. While using liquid extinguishing medium often it is necessary to bring-in extinguishing medium additives. It is critical that extinguishing medium and extinguishing medium additives get well mixed up instantly at the beginning of the extinguishing and during the entire extinguishing process. There is a possibility in this case to bring-in the extinguishing medium additive in a separate container at the extinguisher and to guide the drive medium from a drive medium storage tank through this container. In other designs in the extinguisher itself a container is arranged, which is provided with a bursting foil, so that on impacting the extinguisher with the drive medium the container is destroyed and the extinguishing medium additive is brought-in in the extinguishing medium. In DE 940 77 53 Ul it is suggested, to arrange a drive medium feeding pipe at the extinguisher, which protrudes in the extinguishing medium filling, wherein at least one outlet opening is immersed in the extinguishing medium filling. On opening the fire extinguisher, the drive medium flows through the guide pipe and causes violent movements in the extinguishing medium. Through the rise in pressure the container for the extinguishing medium additive gets destroyed. The extinguishing medium additive instantly and during the entire extinguishing operation gets mixed up with extinguishing medium due to extremely strong movement of the same. However, not in every case it is of advantage, if the extinguishing medium additive is mixed with the extinguishing medium in suggested manner. From case to case it can also -2- be of advantage to add extinguishing medium additives continuously to the extinguishing process. From US 1 616 205 an infusion or transfusion system with auto-regulated through-flow volume of liquids to be infused or transfused is known, in which in the drop chamber a float ball is arranged, which closes a bottom opening in the infusion device, whereupon a signal to the operating personnel is sent, that the infusion liquid has been fully consumed. From DF 88 08758.1 Ul a dosing feeder for receiving and dosing a wash treatment liquid is known, in which a ball serves the purpose of closing the an opening. From DE 39 05 223 Ala portable fire extinguisher is known, which consists of a pressure tight, gas cylinder-like container with dome shaped top end, at which at least one screwed connection for fitting for operation, securing and extinguishing medium outlet has been provided and which has fixing elements on the side for hand grip, wall mounting and fire extinguisher locking. In this a floating ball serves the purpose of displaying, how much extinguishing medium is left in the inside of the container. All these solutions, however, do not facilitate bringing-in extinguishing medium additives continuously during the extinguishing process in a liquid extinguishing medium inside a fire extinguisher. It is, therefore, the task of the invention to develop a fire extinguisher, with which extinguishing medium additives are brought-in continuously during the extinguishing process in the liquid extinguishing medium. This task is resolved through a fire extinguisher according to the features of the first patent claim. -3- Sub-claims reflect advantageous designs of the invention. The Invention based solution provides that in a fire extinguisher for liquid extinguishing medium consisting of housing containing the extinguishing medium, extinguisher head with outlet opening and the drive medium storage tank for the extinguishing medium additive, to which an extinguishing medium additive tank has been arranged, which floats on the extinguishing medium filling and has a top and a bottom opening. The extinguishing medium will be normally water. On the additive extinguishing medium there is a floating ball arranged, diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the bottom opening of the extinguishing medium additive tank. In the readiness condition the bottom opening of the extinguishing medium additive tank is closed by means of a foil, so that the extinguishing medium additive cannot mix up with the extinguishing medium filling. On opening the fire extinguisher the drive medium flows through the guiding pipe. Due to the pressure rise in the space above the ball it is pressed in the extinguishing medium additive tank, which leads to the destruction of the foil, so that the extinguishing medium additive is discharged in the extinguishing medium. This process ends when the floating ball has reached the lower opening of the extinguishing medium additive tank. In the proportion the extinguishing water gets discharged duly mixed with the extinguishing medium additive from the fire extinguisher, whereby the fire extinguishing process occurs. It is of advantage if the extinguishing medium additive tank in has in its upper portion a pipeline for gas residue. According to a preferred design the drive medium guiding pipe is fitted at the extinguisher head. Hereby the assembly cost while assembling the extinguisher is considerably reduced. Especially all major components, particularly drive medium storage tank and extinguishing medium guiding pipe, are fitted on the extinguisher head. The container for the extinguishing medium additive arranged in the inside of -4- the extinguisher can be provided on the surface of the liquid extinguishing medium as a floating arrangement or can also be fitted on the extinguishing medium head. According to another preferred design, on the drive medium guide pipe one or more outlet openings can be arranged on the side seen with respect to the axis of the guiding pipe. Hereby the mixing can be further optimized. The invention is explained in more details below on the basis of two figures and a design example. The figures show: Figure 1: Fire extinguisher for liquid extinguishing medium and extinguishing medium additive tank in schematic representation. Figure 2: Extinguishing medium additive tank as detail of Figure 1. The invention based fire extinguisher has a housing 15, at which the extinguisher head 10 is arranged for example through sealing screw fitting. At the extinguisher head 10 the drive medium storage tank 11 is fitted. The container for dispensing of extinguishing medium additive Z, 1 floats on the surface of the extinguishing medium filling 9. At the extinguisher head 10 the drive medium guiding pipe 13 with side outlet openings 14 is arranged. The Figure 2 shows the detail Z from Figure 1. The extinguishing medium additive tank 1 with the extinguishing medium additive 2 has an upper opening 5 and a lower opening 4. Through the upper 5 the drive gas enters, for example CO2 6, which presses the floating ball 3 which in turn presses the extinguishing medium 2 downwards. Thereby, the foil 17 bursts, which closes the lower opening 4 of the -5- extinguishing medium additive tank 1. Since the diameter of the floating ball 3 is larger than the diameter of the lower opening 4, it closes the lower opening 4 of the extinguishing medium additive tank 1 after discharge of the extinguishing medium additive 2. Excessive drive gas 6 can escape through the piping 7 for drive gas the extinguishing medium additive tank 1 above the extinguishing medium additive 2.
