Title of Invention |
A BURNER RING FOR A GAS STOVE |
Abstract |
A burner ring for a gas stove is provided with an inner surface portion surrounding a central air passage, said inner surface portion being provided with a plurality of through-holes communicating with the gas inlet of said stove. The axes of the said through-holes have predetermined inclinations to the horizontal such that the flame at each of the said holes is focussed on a zone falling substantially within the area of the base of the vessel to be heated. A reflector surrounds the base of the inner surface portion for reflecting heat, bouncing off the base of the vessel, back to the base of the vessel. |
