Title of Invention

"SOUND TOY STICK."

Abstract The invention relates to a toy, in particular, to a sound toy stick which produces sound when a person blows air into it by her/his mouth. The sound toy stick comprises a hollow tube and a plug, the hollow tube having.a main body and two open ends, with the main body being provided with an opening near one end of the hollow tube and an outlet pore near the same end and opposing to said opening, wherein the plug is fixed in the hollow tube. When a person blows air into one end of the hollow tube by his/her mouth, air current will flow through the opening of the main body and the outlet pore opposing to said opening, and the hollow tube will sound. If the plug lies in different positions in the hollow tube, the sound toy stick can produce sounds of various tones. The invention has a simple structure, is convenient to produce and is useful. It can serve as a toy for children or a sound toy stick combined with food products for children.
Full Text Technical Field;
The invention relates to a sound toy stick, which produces sound when a person blows air into it by his/her mouth.
Background art;
There are many toys that can produce sound, such as flutes or other musical instruments, which produce sound by air blowing. However, these sound toys have many drawbacks, such as being less economic in manufacturing, bulky and expensive. Further, they are not suitable for children to play because playing such musical instruments requires music theoretical knowledge. Besides, these musical instruments can not form food products for children by combining with other products and do not meet the requirement of automatic production of candies.
The object and summary of the invention;
An object of the invention is to provide a sound toy stick, in particular, a sound toy stick having a plug which is fixed in the hollow tube and does not drop off therefrom.
To achieve the above object, the invention provides a sound toy stick comprising: a hollow tube and a plug, said hollow tube having body and two open ends, said main body being provided with an opening near one end of said hollow tube and an outlet pore near the same end and opposite to said opening characterized in that said plug is fixed in said hollow tube.
The main body can also be provided with an opening near the other end of the hollow tube.
When a person blows air into one end of the hollow tube by his/her mouth, air current will flow through the opening of the main body and the outlet pore opposing to said
opening, and the hollow tube will sound. If the plug lies in different positions in the hollow tube, the sound toy stick can produce sounds of various tones.
The sound toy stick can be combined with a candy and serves as a supporting stick of the candy. The candy can be fitted to the other end of the main body by penetrating into the opening near the same end. When eating the candy, a child can grasp one end of sound toy stick having the outlet pore and enjoy it. After eating it up, the child can play the toy stick as a sound toy.
The invention has a simple structure, is convenient to produce and is useful. It can serve as a toy for children or a sound toy stick combined with food products for children.
Description of figures
Figure 1 shows a schematic cross sectional view of the structure according to the present invention.
Figure 2 shows a schematic view of the structure according to the present invention.
Figure 3 shows a schematic view of the structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Mode of carrying out the invention
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment which is illustrated in the drawings.
Figures 1 and 2 show the schematic views of the structure of the sound toy stick. The sound toy stick includes a hollow tube 1 and a plug 5. Both ends of the hollow tube 1 are opened, and the hollow tube 1 is provided near one end of it with an opening 3 in it$ main body. An biitlet pore 4 lies in the main body near the same end and is opposed to the opening 3. The plug 5 is fixed in the hollow tube. The hollow tube can
be provided with an opening 2 near the other end. When the end of the hollow tube near the opening 3 is played by being blown air into it, air current will flow through the opening 3 of the main body and the outlet pore 4 opposing to said opening 3, and the hollow tube will produce sound. If the plug 5 lies in different positions in the hollow tube, air current is regulated in different ways and the sound toy stick can produce sounds of various tones.
Figure 3 shows a schematic view of the sound toy stick as a supporting stick of the candy according to an embodiment of the present invention. A candy 6 is fitted to the other end of the main body by penetrating into the opening 2. When eating the candy, a child can grasp one end of sound toy stick providing with the outlet pore 4 and enjoy the candy. After eating it up, the child can play the toy stick as a sound toy.

\We claim:
1. A sound toy stick comprising:

a hollow tube and a plug, said hollow tube having a n^afe body and two open ends, said main body being provided with an opening near one end of said hollow tube and an outlet pore near the same end and opposite to said opening characterized in that said plug is fixed hi said hollow tube.

2. A sound toy stick as claimed in claim 1 wherein the main body is
provided with an opening near the other end of said hollow tube.
3. A sound toy stick as claimed in claim 1 wherein said hollow tube
is fitted with a candy on the other end.
