The following specifications particularly describes & ascertains the nature of this invention & the manner in which it is performed: The present invention relates to process for manufacturing of herbal food supplement (IQtone) for brain health disorders Brain health disorder is a serious problem from which brain can suffer. The problem is a long term disease and needs to be carefully treated. Conventionally, for tNs disease, no medicines or tonics are available in the market from any of the medical branches such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani etc. some of the products that are available in the market, are developed for memory disorders, and not for brain health disorders. However, the conventional methods described above have many disadvantages which are mentioned below :- These products donot completely cure the disorders, but they are used for temporary treatment. These formulations do not help improving memory, alertness, fatigue, or Impairment due to ageing, Alzheimer, and Parkinson, etc. The curing process is very slow and results are not satisfactory. The present invention "Process for manufacturing of herbal food supplement(Qtone) for brain health disorders" is developed with the principal objective of developing a new product which will eliminate ail the drawbacks of conventional methods and will provide a new and effective means of treating a brain health disorders. The product should be developed using useful herbs only. All the herbs should be thoroughly tested for toxic elements and their effectiveness. The formulation should be 100% safe fa human heaith. ii shouid not have any immediate a long term side effects, The formulation should provide long term curing from brain health disorders. It shouid be effective enough to have full control over the ojsease, The formulation that is to be developed should be suitable for children as well as eiders of all ages. It should contain anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant ingredients. It should be developed taking Into account, the natural synergic action for efficient job. Lagenaria Siceraria (MOLINA) STANDLEY (Cucurbitaceae) - SEED 12.0%. 3. Cacurbita pepo L (Cucurbitaceae) -SEED 16.0%, 4. Otruilus lanthus (THUNB) MATSUM & NAKAJ (Cucurbitaceae) SEED 15.0% 5. Trigoneila Foenum- graeeum L. (Fabaceae) - SEED, LEAF, SPROLUT 10.0%. 6. Apium Gravedens -SEED 06,0%, 7. Celastrus Pani culata SEED 08.0%. S. Aqeous extract celastrus panicuiata 02.0%. 9. As illustrated in Figure 1. siceraria the first item, which is Lagenaria siceraria fruit, is collected from farm when it is fully matured. Before using It, the fruit is cleaned with water and rinsed with chlorine water. Then, it is again rinsed with water, dried in vacuum drier and then it is crushed to form a powder. items 2,3,4,5,6,7.9 and 10 are obtainad from organic resources. Before use may are subjected to autaclaving dried in vacuum oven at 60o C and then crushed to form a powder. item no. 5, which is, Trigonells Foenumgracum L. is first spurted under aseptic condition dried in vacuum drier and powdered. Conventionally, for tNs disease, no medicines or tonics are available in the market from any of the medical branches such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani etc. some of the products that are available in the market, are developed for memory disorders, and not for brain health disorders.
However, the conventional methods described above have many disadvantages which are mentioned below :-

The manufacturing process Is as explained in the paragraphs that follow.
