AN INFORMATION COMMUNICATION AND COMPUTATION SYSTEM

Abstract The present invention devices a system and method to build a universally distributed application in an organized way that engrosses supercomputing capabilities into the framework which form a computing grid comprising of disparate universally distributed computer systems enabling formation of communication & computation networks and an effective means for alternative ways to utilize presently unorganized internet framework. The distributed network comprises of multiple clients at specified level of operation in the network architecture that essentially follows Trusted Flexible Hierarchical Layer (TFHL) networking standards devised to establish alternative communication methodology to internet as well as social & enterprise communication framework. In an another important embodiment of the invention the distributed network communication is made possible by means of NetAlter Managers and same can be used to operate the network activities and computation in multiple ways like to peer, offline, online, smart device etc. The Manager helps manage the network operation and is the means to administrative functions and information management. The invention overcomes substantially all the present flaws in presently available Internet framework, peer to peer and grid computing.

4.31 As per claim 23 to 27 & 30, the NetAlter Service Subscription Manager maintains direct relationship with NetAlter so as to globally publish its content via NetAlter being laid to NetAlter"s desertion/approval. Also the NetAlter Service Subscription Manager has active interaction with NetAlter Service Module Distribution and Development Manager for new, free, trial module etc. as well as with NetAlter Service Provision & Distribution Manager for information available, alert services and for other auxiliary services.
4.32 As per claim 1 & 4, the NetAlter Service Module Publishing Manager (NSMP) being certified by NetAlter Service Module Development Managers (NSMD) maintains list of NSMDI, NSMD, NSP and NSS Managers to help manage the operations at both the ends of information supply chain wherein being certified by the publishers and has been conferred with control over network being targeted to foster information utilization till the node where information being consumed.
4.33 As per claim 1 & 4, the NetAlter Service & Service Module
Distribution Managers (NSD & NSMDI) are being certified by the
respective NetAlter Service Publishing Managers (NSPB & NSMP
respectively) wherein the NetAlter Service Distribution Manager
is instrumental at Distribution of the services at NetAlter
Service Subscription Managers" end and means for supply of
information products in terms of NetAlter Services to the
NetAlter Services Provision Managers and/or to the NetAlter
Service Subscription Managers along with Distribution of the
same by means of package key whereas the NetAlter Service
Module Distribution Manager are means for Distribution of
NetAlter Service Modules to the NetAlter Service Provision
Managers and/or to the NetAlter Service Subscription Managers
along with Distribution of the same by means of product key.
4.34 As per claim 1, all NetAlter Framework"s channel nodes at large

4.35 As per claim 1, the system & method followed in NetAlter framework ensure effective categorization and description of services that further extends to resolve number of problems related to discovery, invocation, interoperation, composition and execution monitoring of disparate services flows wherein searches and queries are based on properties and attributes of related entities.
4.36 The system & method as per claim 1 wherein the feasibility of data exchange and to maintain democratic information access & Distribution, every NetAlter Framework"s channel nodes are entitled to sign an agreement with NetAlter coordination and discovery server services for information sharing so as to enable interaction and communication between nodal members in as secure manner by attaining end to end automation for data exchange in fully encrypted format and all operation performed by Managers being monitored and kept under check by means of identity check by NetAlter.
4.37 As per claim l,The NetAlter Framework renders complete end
to end automation essentially means to manage the network
development life cycle (NDLC) refers to any sort of alteration in
the NetAlter network at any channel nodal member in an
unattended mode of operation and the said automated
operation being governed by the Distribution of product and
package key on the basis of predetermined criterions like
nature of agreement, associations, relationships, etc.
4.38 As per claim 1, the complete autonomic, functional and semantically intelligent operations are insured in an automated way in the system & method of NetAlter Framework which is instrumental at performance of certain essential functions deemed to carry out in unattended mode e.g. means for duplication detection, synchronizing of data, updates, upgrades, error reports, log reports, namespace resolving and building, system level connection parameters etc.
4.39 As per claim 38, system level connection parameter detection is being automated wherein alterations like change in servers and/or databases login name & password, and all other system

4.40 As per claim 37, the network development life cycle being automated for unattained and secured management of any sort of the procedural changes being carried out at two independent stages of operations defining NDLC at large namely development and management.
4.41 As per claim 37 & 40, the development stage of NDLC essentially refers to the development of service modules by certified NetAlter Service Module Development Manager (NSMD) being certified by the NetAlter wherein the module development independently means for initiation & running regulation of NetAlter framework and the same being updated, upgraded and/or newly developed by one or more NSMDs.
4.42 As per claim 37 & 40, the management stage of NDLC essentially refers to running maintenance of NetAlter wherein management functionalities refers to all sort management of all parameters related to all NetAlter channel nodes e.g. catalog & inventory maintained, changes and/or alterations management, security management, keys management, etc.
4.43 As per claim 1 & 10, the horizontal scalability carried out unidirectionally, bidirectionally, filtrations and in time bound manner essentially refers to major alterations in the network and/or domains like collaboration, merger, acquisition, division and shifting with relation to horizontal alteration into the networks being essentially NetAlter Service Provision Manager specific functionalities to perform the said operations by means of an instrument of product keys whose Distribution being controlled by NetAlter Service Module Development Managers.
4.44 As per claim 1 & 10, the vertical alterations carried out unidirectionally, bidirectionally, filtration and in time bound manner is being controlled by means of an instrument of product as well as package keys wherein all functional NetAlter nodal parties being NetAlter Service Provision Manager, NetAlter Service Subscription Manager and/or user of the same, the vertical scalability essentially refers to alterations in the networks domains, sub-domains and any further branchwise and/or nodal level changes in the intended areas of operations.
4.45 As per claim 1, the NetAlter Service Subscription Manager being provided with unlimited access opportunities in terms of multi feature product key whereas actual access of the same services is being controlled by the NetAlter Service Provision Managers by means of an instrument of package key.
4.46 As per claim 10, 20 & 24, a product key instrument can be rendered as passport product key wherein the single product key represents a multiple set of related service modules to form a bundle from multiple independent NetAlter Service Module Development Managers transacted syndicatively to respective NetAlter Service Module Development Managers.
4.47 As per claim 10 & 21, a package key instrument can be rendered as passport package key wherein the single package key represents a multiple set of services to form a bundle from multiple independent services from multiple NetAlter Service Provision Managers transacted syndicatively to respective NetAlter Service Provision Managers.
4.48 The NetAlter Framework as per claim 1 & 5 is the formation of highly organized distributed networks i.e. networks" network wherein all the connected nodes works in distributed environment in an organized manner and seek & keep tracking information in the distributedly on the module basis so as to add granularity in searching and matching by carrying out distributed searching & matching to carry out real time, active as well as back ground searching through distributed networks as well as through centralized NetAlter server.
4.49 The searching & matching method according to claim 48 employs, active distributed searching & matching being achieved by means of granular searching approach whereby depth based searching is carried out as per requirement of the user wherein user searches and/or matches through personal network as first granular level, searches and/or matches through distributed NetAlter Service Provision Managers as second granular level, and searches and/or matches through global NetAlter Auto-match Architecture (AMA) & search engine as third level of granularity.
4.50 The searching & matching method according to claim 48 & 49, searching & matching is carried out by means of already indexed data into the distributed systems wherein the same provides real time, reliable searches as searching & matching

4.51 The searching & matching method according to claim 48 insures secure searching and matching by means of identity maintenance of every connected channel node whereby searchers can always get to know about root source of the information thence.
4.52 The searching & matching method according to claim 48 to 51 wherein searching & matching being carried by means of advanced search wherein power searching with command based searching with instrument of multiple Boolean logic being incorporated to search the best possible result with highest possible relevance level by means of processing the keyword, range, and natural language queries in duly specified locations based on the modules wise semantic segregation and arrangement of the data contents to incorporate semantic ontology in faster way.
4.53 The searching & matching method according to claim 48, the searching and matching are optionally being carried out by means of Back ground search where in the searching & matching algorithm works as a auxiliary threads on the host computing platform being working in multithreading and multitasking environment over the distributed NetAlter network whereby conferring time scheduling capability for information resources as well as save back ground computing resources at large.
4.54 The searching & matching method according to claim 49 employs Auto Match Architecture (AMA) wherein matching is carried out at local, personal network, global as well as intended network unilaterally as well as bilaterally to match the queries, wherein unilateral AMA is the means to match the query in one direction only wherein queried criterions of searcher are essentially matched with the existing data in the network with desired granularity whereas bilateral AMA is the means to match the query in bi directions wherein queried criterions of searcher essentially matches its own data specification i.e. attributes identified on the network with the existing data specifications throughout the network with desired granularity.

4.55 The system & method as aforesaid claims the NetAlter Framework is end to end automated wherein system provides automated computational & communication platform in the digital media to attain paperless, simpler & time saving, customer centric, highly secured, piracy & virus proof and trustworthy operations by means of adoption of direct approach, monopoly deterrence, pilot launch facility, and interchangeable activity flexibility.
4.56 As per claim 1, the NetAlter framework works in distributed environment wherein large number of computers of wide ranging locations and often disparate natured computers are deemed to utilize computer processor time and/or unused storage for dynamically needy user by mean of demanding contributions of local computer system"s computing resources to carry out functionalities it has been conferred with whereby the distributed computing resources acts in distributed grid computing environment to form collectively distributed supercomputing platform.
4.57 As per claim 56, the computing resource offering dynamics are being accounted which forms the basis for computing resources utilization at large over the network so as to establish relation of per percentage contribution to reception of the same services in that regard.
4.58 As per claim 56, the distributed grid supercomputing being achieved by means of uniform applications running in distributedly layered manner wherein collective computing resources allocation by all connected channel node members in grid increases with increases in layer status (e.g. field, location, network, domain, sub-domain, entity and attribute) and the same being mapped with respect to usage at large e.g. there can be 100 nodes offering its resources at personal network layer in 10 different areas lets say 10% per area so at global level at any particular point of time total resource offering of the same user in the specified area will be accordingly be some fraction of contributed percentage.
4.59 As per claim 56, the distributed grid supercomputing logic works on multiple cluster formation wherein the distributed grid supercomputing architecture is partitioned on the basis of logical divisions in terms of field, location, network, domain, sub-domain, entity and attribute wherein such a partitioning is possible at least feasible granular level in the cluster with every

4.60 As per claim 56 to 59, the distributed grid supercomputing is essentially means for personal super computing wherein users are being conferred with supercomputing capabilities at its end.
4.61 As per claim 56 to 59, the said the distributed grid supercomputing methodology is completely automated in terms of information and/or data, computing, instrument and application and/or services bearing characteristics as to self-configuring, healing, optimizing & protecting, auto-accounting, secure, reliable, democratic, and scalable wherein computing resource utilization options in grid is rendered by different ways namely reservation, sponsoring, on demand, balancing, private, available and dynamic resources, etc.
4.62 The system and components of said NetAlter Framework as aforesaid claims, essentially acts as central repository of all the identity proofs and record of all activities being performed over any node in the said framework so as to establish NetAlter as a central organizing authority meant for monitoring & brokering of NetAlter services wherein carry out identification proof of channel node members, NetAlter Service Manager"s licensing catalogue, peer to peer coordination & discovery services, synchronization & updates, quality control & assurance of the same, resource offering inventory, reports & analysis, AMA & search engine management, user complaints, user feedbacks, action, supports, lock & unlock system, communication, data mart, consulting and security concerns at large.
4.63 As per claim 62, the NetAlter"s monitoring functionality is devised for peer to peer coordination & discovery services management wherein NetAlter monitor and maintains all attributes of every nodal channel member and helps identify the same by means of look up server referred to as NetAlter layered peer to peer distributed cluster wise supercomputing wherein discovery services are being offered by NetAlter for private & personal intended operation whereas the coordination services are being offered by NetAlter wherein the coordination of data being available at public access being traced by means of namespace derived there from.

4.65 As per claim 62, the NetAlter"s monitoring functionality is devised for synchronization & updates management wherein NetAlter monitor every piece of alteration over the NetAlterwide network by means of NetAlter layered distributed cluster wise supercomputing.
4.66 As per claim 62, the NetAlter"s monitoring functionality is devised for quality control & assurance of the same wherein NetAlter monitor and control quality standard defined by means of NetAlter factory standards and controls the same by means of supreme control of NetAlter.
4.67 As per claim 62, the NetAlter"s monitoring functionality is devised for manually & automatic locking & unlocking operation management wherein NetAlter monitor and control the activities being carried out in the network at large so as to can lock operation and/or disable Active Functionality of any connected node in the network similarly can unlock and/or enable the same thence.
4.68 As per claim 62, the NetAlter"s monitoring functionality is devised for ensuring security of operations wherein NetAlter monitor and control activities related to unauthorized & malicious contents, piracy as minimum as zero percent (0.00%) as the information container is uniform and being controlled to data with respect to file extensions transfer detection as well as by means of flagging of potential piracy prone data & file as per the requirement of the resource Provision having commercial value within it.
4.69 As per claim 62, the NetAlter system & method being proprietary in nature ensures security of user resources and NetAlter framework at large, the system is devised to have virus & spam proof operation with regard to data transfer, virus deterrence are maintained by means of execution of full featured application at host side wherein presentation, validation, and processing of data being carried at the host computing platform (client side computing) whereas the data

4.70 As per claim 62, the said NetAlter acts as a means to act as broker for services it offers by means of certification & identification of the information sources with reference to connected nodes and weight of the same wherein sectors and/or fields as well as locations are already been finely segregated to help that matter.
4.71 As per claim 1, the NetAlter framework is being based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), wherein the whole system & methods is being designed with reference to user at the centre of focus known as service specific communication framework, every service being offered dedicatedly by NetAlter Service Provision Manager in relation to specific area of interest to users.
4.72 As per claim 1, the NetAlter framework is federal, collaborative & syndicative and democratic communication framework wherein the system framework being logically obtained to represent global community in specific user respect whereby forming a communication network with NetAlter as a supreme governing authority and bestowing rights to collaborate, syndicate in a democratic way on the part of NetAlter Service Module Development Managers (NSMD) and NetAlter Service Provision Manager (NSP).

4.19 As per claim 17, the NetAlter Service Provision Manager (NSP) consist of active control functionalities comprising of NSMD List tracking and management of the same also keep track of NetAlter Service Publishing Manager (NSPB) and NetAlter Service Distribution Managers (NSD) of related & interested services, issue package keys to NetAlter service publishing Managers (NSPB) & NetAlter service Subscription Manager (NSS) , collaboration permission grant, multiple network or domain management in the grid with varied field specificity and location specificity, and keep in touch with NetAlter upgraded facilities in all regard to enjoy new versions of Managers, attach utilities and related upgrades and updates brought into the system by NetAlter also alters discrepancies and/or quality, standards devaluating the NetAlter framework.
