In an another important embodiment of the invention the distributed network communication is made possible by means of NetAlter Managers and same can be used to operate the network activities and computation in multiple ways like to peer, offline, online, smart device etc. The Manager helps manage the network operation and is the means to administrative functions and information management. The invention overcomes substantially all the present flaws in presently available Internet framework, peer to peer and grid computing.

4.11 The system as per claim 1, 4 & 5, wherein the master controller
NetAlter is means to devise standards essentially for module
development at three essentially interlinked data organizing
services that devises service modules standard, data structure

standard, and information service standard being maintained uniformly throughout the information framework.
4.12 The system as claimed in claim 1 & 4 wherein NetAlter Service Module Development Manager meant for development of Full features multi client enabled service modules like Offline, Online, & mobile, smart devices & embedded systems as per service modules standard, data structure standard, and information service standard via one or more authorized and certified expert NetAlter Service Module Development Manager in a given field or area wherein one or more NetAlter Service Module Development Managers combine together (collaborate) for development of one or more service modules fully or partially and exchange reusable module component libraries, Domain specific Service Modules being tailor-made, developed as per demands, request, situation so as to create new networks.
4.13 As per claim 12, the NetAlter Service Module Development Manager (NSMD) is means for the certification of NetAlter Service Module Publishing Manager (NSMP).
4.14 As per claim 12, the NetAlter Service Module Development Manager (NSMD) enjoys collaboration opportunities with other two or more than two related NSMD"s with prior permission from NetAlter.
4.15 As per claim 12, the NetAlter Service Module Development Manager (NSMD)s are conferred with every opportunity to merge (combine) two or more than two existing service module to form a single service module so as to upgrade existing module being subjected to service modules standards for better resource planning and utilization thereof.
4.16 As per claim 12, the NetAlter Service Module Development Manager (NSMD) is control means for ensuring Service Compatibility, Scalability, Interoperability, service Specialization, Standardization, domain specific ontology, semantically enabled service modules and duplicate development deterrence as per NetAlter Service Module Factory Standards.
4.17 The system as per claim 1 & 4 comprising NetAlter Service Provision Manager (NSP) acts essentially to formulate logical as well as physical grid framework in terms of development of Domains or Networks or Network Layers & Levels as per

Network Topology and Models by means of Network Factory Standards whereby attain Network Automation to manage life cycle of network, the NSP being responsible for delivery of package keys and weighted service data to NetAlter Subscription Manager (NSS) wherein NSP does maintain multiple relationship with other control instruments in the NetAlter TFHL model by means of information access and subsequent rights granted in the form of package keys, in the same relation the services are provided by means of service module developed by NSMDs the same being accessed by NSP in the form of product keys from the NSMD.
4.18 As per claim 17, NSP Manager is conferred with control functionalities, imparted to it in the form of Provision Active NetAlter Service Manager (NSM) being licensed from NetAlter by means of Manager"s product key.
4.19 As per claim 17, the NetAlter Service Provision Manager (NSP) consist of active control functionalities comprising of NSMD List tracking and management of the same also keep track of NetAlter Service Publishing Manager (NSPB) and NetAlter Service Distribution Managers (NSD) of related & interested services, issue package keys to NetAlter service publishing Managers (NSPB) & NetAlter service Subscription Manager (NSS) , collaboration permission grant, multiple network or domain management in the grid with varied field specificity and location specificity, and keep in touch with NetAlter upgraded facilities in all regard to enjoy new versions of Managers, attach utilities and related upgrades and updates brought into the system by NetAlter also alters discrepancies and/or quality, standards devaluating the NetAlter framework.

4.20 As per claim 17, the NetAlter Provision active functionality consist of NSMDs" List Tracking and Management carried out by means of download of required Service Modules, utilities, upgrades, updates and new versions from desired NSMDs and same being communicated via set protocols for requests of product keys as well as to carry out network or domain expansion demands in the grid wherein licensing of the same is carried out by NSMD and delivered to NSP, the product key is also put on request in case of collaboration is planned by all involved parties in the venture of distributed grid formation.
4.21 As per claim 17, the Provision active functionalities consists of tracking tool for NetAlter Service Publishing Managers (NSPB)
