Full Text	FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a drier for drying cardamom and like spices. BACKGROUND In the prior art the cultivators dries cardamom using either fire woods or electric dry chambers or natural light. The main disadvantage associated with the prior art is that cardamom looses its natural color and smell during the process of drying and as a result the cardamom looses its quality. Advantages and objects of the Invention The main object of the present invention is to provide a novel drier that obviates the disadvantages associated with the prior art. An other object of the present invention is to provide a drier, which is of lightweight construction, and the construction thereof is simple. Yet other object of the present invention is to provide a drier, which is portable. Still an other object of this invention is to provide high quality cardamom without loosing its natural colour and smell. Another object of this invention is to propose a process, which is very easy and can be performed by a person of ordinary skill in the art. The following description contains many specifics, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of the invention, but rather as an exemplification of one preferred embodiment thereof. Many other variations are possible. Accordingly the scope of the invention should not be limited to the embodiment illustrated, and the alterations and variations may be treated within the spirit and scope of this invention. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A drier for drying cardamom and like spices comprising a cabinet having plurality of doors provided on one side thereof, a heating chamber being provided at the bottom end of said cabinet for accommodating the heating means there in, heat diverging means being provided above said heating chamber, a plurality of removable trays being provided in the channels secured to the inner sides of the said cabinet, means being provided at the upper portion of said cabinet for facilitating the supply of hot air through out the cabinet. In accordance with this invention the drier for drying cardamom and like spices comprises a cabinet having plurality of doors on one side. A heating chamber being provided at the bottom end of the cabinet for accommodating the heating means. A separate door is provided for the heating chamber. Heating means comprises a gas stove, heating plate and the like having the means to control the temperature. A heat diverging means having perforated surface is placed above the heating chamber. Plurality of removable trays with perforated surface for holding cardamom and like spices for drying is placed above the heat expanding device. These treys are placed on the channels fixed inside the said cabinet. Means preferably, an exhaust fan for supplying hot air inside the cabinet is placed at the upper portion, preferably, on the upper end of the cabinet. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A drier for drying cardamom and like spices according to a preferred embodiment is herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings wherein; Fig.1 shows the isometric views of the drier Fig.2 shows the try Fig 3 shows the heat diverging means and Fig 4 shows the front view of the drier DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Referring to Fig.1 a drier comprises a cabinet (1) provided with a heating chamber (2) for placing heating means (3). The heating means can be a gas stove or a heating plate having regulators to control the temperature. A heat diverging means (4) having perforated surface is placed above the heating chamber. This heat diverging means (4) ensures the uniform distribution of heat to all sides of the cabinet (1). The heat diverging means is placed on the channels fixed inside the cabinet. Heat diverging means comprises a perforated plate for diverging heat uniformly inside said cabinet (Fig 3). Plurality of channels (5) being provided above the heat diverging means (4) for placing plurality of removable trays (see fig 2) with perforated surface for holding cardamom and like spices for drying. Means preferably an exhaust fan (6) for supplying hot air inside the cabinet is placed at the upper portion, preferably, on the top end of the cabinet. The exhaust fan 6) facilitates the quick supply of hot air from the lower portion of the cabinet to the upper portion. Cabinet has two doors (7 & 8) on the front side (see fig 4). During the operation of the drier treys are to be placed on the channels after filling the cardamom and like spices. After activating the heating means of the drier and the doors of the drier are to be closed. After a few minutes the fan of the drier is then connected to a power supply source by means of connecting wires. We claim: 1. A drier for drying cardamom and like species comprising : a cabinet having plurality of doors provided on one side thereof, a heating chamber being provided at the bottom end of said cabinet for accommodating the heating means therein, heat diverging means being provided above said heating chamber, a plurality of channels being provided above the heat diverging means, a plurality of removable trays being provided in the channels secured to the inner sides of the said cabinet, means being provided at the upper portion of said cabinet for facilitating the supply of hot air through out the cabinet. 2. A drier as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said heating means comprises a gas stove, heating plate and like having the means to control the temperature. 3. A drier as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said heat diverging means comprises a perforated plate for diverging heat uniformly inside said cabinet 4. A drier as claimed in claim 1(e) wherein said removable trays comprise perforated surface for holding cardamom and like spices for drying. 5. A drier substantially as herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a drier for drying cardamom and like spices.
BACKGROUND
In the prior art the cultivators dries cardamom using either fire woods or electric dry chambers or natural light.
The main disadvantage associated with the prior art is that cardamom looses its natural color and smell during the process of drying and as a result the cardamom looses its quality.
Advantages and objects of the Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a novel drier that obviates the disadvantages associated with the prior art.
An other object of the present invention is to provide a drier, which is of lightweight construction, and the construction thereof is simple.
Yet other object of the present invention is to provide a drier, which is portable.
Still an other object of this invention is to provide high quality cardamom without loosing its natural colour and smell.
Another object of this invention is to propose a process, which is very easy and can be performed by a person of ordinary skill in the art.

The following description contains many specifics, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of the invention, but rather as an exemplification of one preferred embodiment thereof. Many other variations are possible. Accordingly the scope of the invention should not be limited to the embodiment illustrated, and the alterations and variations may be treated within the spirit and scope of this invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
A drier for drying cardamom and like spices comprising a cabinet having plurality of doors provided on one side thereof, a heating chamber being provided at the bottom end of said cabinet for accommodating the heating means there in, heat diverging means being provided above said heating chamber, a plurality of removable trays being provided in the channels secured to the inner sides of the said cabinet, means being provided at the upper portion of said cabinet for facilitating the supply of hot air through out the cabinet.
In accordance with this invention the drier for drying cardamom and like spices comprises a cabinet having plurality of doors on one side. A heating chamber being provided at the bottom end of the cabinet for accommodating the heating means. A separate door is provided for the heating chamber. Heating means comprises a gas stove, heating plate and the like having the means to control the temperature. A heat diverging means having perforated surface is placed above the heating chamber. Plurality of removable trays with perforated surface for holding cardamom and like spices for drying is placed above the heat expanding device. These treys are placed on the channels fixed inside the said cabinet.

Means preferably, an exhaust fan for supplying hot air inside the cabinet is placed at the upper portion, preferably, on the upper end of the cabinet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Referring to Fig.1 a drier comprises a cabinet (1) provided with a heating chamber (2) for placing heating means (3). The heating means can be a gas stove or a heating plate having regulators to control the temperature. A heat diverging means (4) having perforated surface is placed above the heating chamber. This heat diverging means (4) ensures the uniform distribution of heat to all sides of the cabinet (1). The heat diverging means is placed on the channels fixed inside the cabinet. Heat diverging means comprises a perforated plate for diverging heat uniformly inside said cabinet (Fig 3). Plurality of channels (5) being provided above the heat diverging means (4) for placing plurality of removable trays (see fig 2) with

perforated surface for holding cardamom and like spices for drying. Means preferably an exhaust fan (6) for supplying hot air inside the cabinet is placed at the upper portion, preferably, on the top end of the cabinet. The exhaust fan 6) facilitates the quick supply of hot air from the lower portion of the cabinet to the upper portion. Cabinet has two doors (7 & 8) on the front side (see fig 4).
During the operation of the drier treys are to be placed on the channels after filling the cardamom and like spices. After activating the heating means of the drier and the doors of the drier are to be closed. After a few minutes the fan of the drier is then connected to a power supply source by means of connecting wires.

We claim:
1. A drier for drying cardamom and like species comprising :
a cabinet having plurality of doors provided on one side thereof, a heating chamber being provided at the bottom end of said cabinet for accommodating the heating means therein,
heat diverging means being provided above said heating chamber,
a plurality of channels being provided above the heat diverging means,
a plurality of removable trays being provided in the channels secured to the inner sides of the said cabinet,
means being provided at the upper portion of said cabinet for facilitating the supply of hot air through out the cabinet.
2. A drier as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said heating means comprises a gas stove, heating plate and like having the means to control the temperature.
3. A drier as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said heat diverging means comprises a perforated plate for diverging heat uniformly inside said cabinet

4. A drier as claimed in claim 1(e) wherein said removable trays
comprise perforated surface for holding cardamom and like spices
for drying.
5. A drier substantially as herein described and illustrated in the
accompanying drawings.
