Title of Invention

A NOVAL FUEL SAVER VESSEL

Abstract Abstract This invention of A FUEL SAVER VESSEL is for the cooking, industrial and any thermal application where vessel of which to be utilized as a container. As the vessel is the most frequently involved device associated with thermal application and used for enclosing water, food and any industrial things. The design of the conventional vessel is in such a way that consumption of fuel & time increases which proves expensive process to have finished thermal application like cooking, water heating etc. A FUEL SAVER VESSEL is a very good option to time, fuel & money consuming thermal process experienced by the conventional vessel. This device along with insulated ring, disc & insulated lid have such features so that it can be used globally as household & industrial thermal application.

The following specification particularly describes and ascertains the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed

This invention relates to A Fuel Saver Vessel. Vessels as a container used worldwide for cooking food & any thermal application are made of metal/nonmetal. Also people use vessels for making water of high temperature. There are many applications for which many industries use such vessels. Hence vessels as a container have wide application globally. Electricity, coal, L.P.G. etc. are such examples for producing heat and through which vessels gets heat and particular application can be attained. Consumption of fuel plays an important role when fire or flame related application referred. It is obvious that time is directly proportional to consumption of fuel and it means more fuel required for such time consuming thermal process during utilization of conventional vessel. Consequently, expenditure for above thermal application goes up. For thermal application like cooking, it takes more time by means of conventional vessel and therefore consumption of fuel say L.P.G. increases and consequently this process becomes very expensive. People who are financially

weakened cannot afford such money consuming process in which conventional vessels utilized. For these reasons conventional vessel has been proved a lot of time, money and fuel consuming device. As the fuel ts the most precious gift of the nature and to conserve it properly is the duty of each human being living on the earth. When industrial application in terms of thermal action is considered makes vast difference in terms of productivity since the fuel required for this purpose is in bulkiness and so use of conventional vessel is not efficient to get better productivity to save money, time and of course precious fuel. Industries cannot bare such devastating expenses to stay in the global competition. This is due to conventional design of vessel. Because of the conventional design of the vessel, flame is limited to the bottom of the conventional vessel and rest surface of the vessel takes more time to be hotter. As a result, more fuel consumes to retain hot the surrounding surface of the vessel.

To overcome above limitations experienced by conventional vessel a Fuel Saver Vessel is invented. It is designed in such a way that heat is not only limited to the bottom of the vessel but also surrounding surface of the internal vessel. It is done by preserving heat in the gap created by accommodating internal vessel inside the external vessel using supports. This arrangement of internal vessel and external vessel is designed in such a way that it makes a fuel saver vessel. Advantages of a fuel saver vessel for thermal application attains application gets completed in lesser time which enable to save the precious fuel. Hence cost of this thermal process reduces which helps to the end users as well as Industries. Consequently, productivity increases and therefore desired economical criteria in terms of maintaining the price of the finished goods/application can be attained to stay in the global competition. The present invention addresses the drawback of the Conventional Vessel and will be described with greater specific and clarity with reference to the following drawings.

is covered by insulated lid. Fig. 6 represents perspective view of a fuel saver
vessel. Fig. 7 represents top view of a fuel saver vessel. Fig. 8 represents insulated ring to enclose the top surface of
a fuel saver vessel. Fig. 9 represents perspective view of fuel saver vessel
of which top surface is covered by insulated ring. Fig.lO represents disc to accommodate a fuel saver vessel.

A novel fuel saver vessel consists of internal vessel 1, external insulated vessel 2 & insulated lid 4. Fig.l represents internal vessel 1 which is fixed on the supports 3 of the external insulated vessel 2 (Fig. 2) in such a way that arrangement of internal vessel 1 and external insulated vessel 2 produces gap 9 between them. This arrangement is made in such a way that certain numbers of small holes 7 are extended through the external insulated vessel 2 (Fig. 4). Also a layer can cover insulated surfaces. Hole 5 is extended through the bottom of the external insulated vessel 2. Fig. 3 represents insulated lid 4, which is kept on the novel fuel saver economical vessel 8. Food or water or any thing to be thermally processed which is kept inside the inner vessel 1. Vessel 8 gets heat by flame 6 generated by sparking/igniting the fuel. Ignition of fuel is made in such a way that flame 6 generated from it reaches to the hole 5 of the external insulated vessel 2. Bottom of the internal vessel gets heat by means of Flame 6. Consequently hot air passes gradually through gap 9 created between inner vessel 1 & external

6

insulated vessel 2 and comes out by small holes 7 (Fig. 4). This process goes on continually and it enables to retain the surface of internal vessel 1 and external insulated vessel 2 heated. During this process hot air existing in the gap 9 generates such temperature as to heat the entire inner vessel 1 which enable to heat the whole outer insulated vessel 2. As the surface of the outer insulated vessel 2 is insulated which will obviate the heat loss and hence certain temperature can be maintained. Also insulated ring 10 can be accommodate on the top of a fuel saver vessel 8 (Fig. 9). For accommodating vessel 8 on the disc 11, diameter of disc 11 is kept more than the diameter of hole 5 of vessel 8 (Fig. 10). Insulated ring 10 & disc 11 help to retain hot temperature inside the vessel when the consumption of fuel stops, which assists in cooking food using preserved heat. Further, this helps to increase the speed of the thermal process. So with low or medium flame, required temperature can be attained to have the finished thermal application with this fuel saver vessel at a desired time. Also this device can
