The following specifications particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to a Cyclone Classifier, more particularly to a Cyclone Classifier for separation of 98% particles below 10 micron from the powder/ dust containing a minimum of 40% particles below 10 microns. BACKGROUND
In the conventional Dynamic Classifiers separation / classification is done with the help of moving classifier wheel. This system requires more capital investment and higher energy consumption. Moving parts result in more wear and tear. OBJECTIVE
The objective of the present invention is to obviate the above mentioned drawbacks in the conventional classifiers. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention of Cyclone classifier relates to a sharp separation of particles and to get a low cut particle diameter. The grade efficiency plots give a very steep distribution. The invention refers to cut particle size below 10 micron with a separation of 98% particles betow 10 microns from the powder/ dust containing 40% particles below 10 microns. The conventional cyclone classifier has one cylindrical and one conical part. The new novel cyclone classifier is developed with more than one cylindrical and one conical part with provision of inverted cone / vortex breaker and secondary air inlet for double dispersion of powder.
The Cyclone Classifier comprises of two cylindrical parts and two conical parts arranged one above the other such that the tapering end of one conical part faces downward and on the top of it one cylindrical part is fixed. Tapering end of the other conical part is fixed to the other end of the said cylindrical part. On top of this conical part other cylindrical part is fixed. An adjustable vortex breaker Cone is disposed in the bottom cylindrical part with the tapering end moveable in to the top conical part. An air inlet is tangentially fixed to the top portion of the top cylindrical part with an air outlet being fixed to the top of the said top cylindrical part. A secondary air inlet is tangentially fixed to the top portion of the bottom cylindrical part and a rotary air lock is attached to the bottom of the bottom conical part.
In an embodiment the top cylindrical part has the diameter of 725mm and ihe height of 870mm and the bottom cylindrical part has the diameter 680mm and the height of 580mm. The top conical part has the top diameter of 725mm, bottom diameter of 290mm and the height of 1550mm. The bottom conical part has the top diameter of 580mm, bottom diameter of 250mm and the height of 970mm. The adjustable vortex breaker cone has a diameter of 380mm and height of 190mm. The top air inlet is 580mmX190mm where as secondary air inlet is 100mmX70mm. The air outlet at the top is 365mm diameter and 700mm height.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
FIGURE 1 : Shows the top view of the Cyclone Classifier. FIGURE 2 : Shows the front sectional view of the Cyclone Classifier. DETAILED PESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In figure 2- front sectional view of the Cyclone Classifier (10) is shown. The top of conical part (3) with 725mm top diameter and 290mm bottom diameter of height 1550mm is attached to cylindrical part (1). The cylindrical part (1) has diameter of 725mm and height of 870mm. It has an outlet tube (7) of height 700mm and diameter 365mm. and inlet (6) of 580mmX190mm fixed to the side of cylindrical part (1). The bottom of conical part (3) is attached to the cylindrical part (2) having 580mm diameter and 580mm height A vortex breaker cone (5) of diameter 380mm and height of 190mm is arranged vertically in this cylindrical part (2). There is a provision for vertical adjustment of vortex breaker cone.
The upper part of the cylindrical part (2) is provided with a tangential Wet (8) of 100mmX7Gmm for secondary air. The cylindrical part (2) is attached to top of the conical part (4). The conical part (4) has top diameter of 580mm and bottom diameter of 250mm with a height of 970mm. The bottom of conical part (4) is attached to a rotary air lock (9).
The cylindrical parts and the conical parts are arranged one after one vertically either welded or with flange joints.
WORKING OF THE INVENTION
When the air containing powder enters tangentially the cylindrical part (1) through the inlet (6) the air containing powder takes a spiral movement moving downwards. In this process powder is thrown towards the wall and at vortex breaker cone (5) flow reversal takes place resulting in upwards spiral movement of air. At this point secondary air enters tangentially into cylindrical part (2) through secondary air inlet (8). This air forces finer particles to return upwards with the returning air. Remaining coarse particles fall below in the conical part (4) and are taken out through air lock valve (9). The fine powder moving upwards with return air leaves through out let (7). While the invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand it that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adopt the particular situation without departing from the essential scope thereof. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particutar embodiments disclosed as the best mode contemplated or carrying out this invention, but that the invention will include all the embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
