The fallowing specification particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : -

AN IMPROVED PILFER PROOF CONTAINER
The invention relates to an improved pilfer proof container. More particularly an improved pilfer proof container which is used for packaging solid and semi-solid or liquid substances avoiding pilferage of material or adulteration of contents therein for goodwill of the manufacturer.
The packaging of material in containers for supplying bulk material are provided are containers of varying dimensions. The problem arises for the storage of materials due to the property of the material themselves, heaviness of the material, difficulty in transporting the material, difficulty arises out of stacking of material.
During the transportation the materials are altered or adulterated by mixing the lower grade of material which ultimately tail upon the goodwill of the manufacturer & customers satisfaction. There are pilfer proof containers which are used for transporting solid, semi-solid or liquid substances. There they got their inherent problems apart from pilferage. Most of the pilfer proof packages are destructive in nature once the lid cut open cannot be reused therefore subsequent locking the container is difficult. The inventor has carried out lot of research over the matter and tried to overcome the aforesaid disadvantages of pilfer proof containers and come out with an

improved pilferproof container which is pilfer proof as well as
customer friendly where the lid can be used in a normal way for
the use of substance subsequently. The storage and stacking and
transporting the individual containers is easy and safe. At the
same time it is economic, light in weight.
The Drincipal abject of the invention is to provide an improved
pilfer proof container.
The another object of the invention is to provide an improved pilfer proof container which keeps double locking system apart from sealing the borders intrigally with the container.
The further object of the invention is to provide an improved pilfer proof container which is light in weight and can be used for a packaging of variety of substances.
Still further object of the invention is to give container which is easy to transport and consumer friendly.
Accordingly there is provided an improved pilfer proof container (i) consisting of lower portion for storage of material (2) and a lid portion (3) the said lower portion is provided with a plurality of ribs (4) at a space apart relationship at the outer circumference and with or without a means for carrying (5) the said container alongwith substance; the said lid portion having

inside ribs (6) with locking arrangement (7) and reinforcement (B) provided with or without O-ring (9) for the purpose of air tight; with or without a spout (18) for dispensing liquid substances characterised in that the lid when pressed fit an the lower part of the container the grooves in the lid fits into at least two rib portion of the container «nd automatically and seats over the subsequent ribs thereby giving a double locking Arrangement apart from wealing intrigally with the container it self is Achieved.
The invention will now be described with reference to Figureil to 3.
Figure 1 is a elevation of an improved pilfer proof container.
Figure 2 is a sectional view of the lid and the lower part of the container.
Figure 3 is a bottom view of the locking arrangement.
Referring to Figure i to 3 an improved pilfer proof container (1) consisting of a lower portion (2) which has outer ribs provided at its circumferencej a lid portion (3) having a plurality of ribs (4) with a spout (10) in case of liquid substance packaging the lower part of the container at its upper end is provided with carrying means (5); the lid portion provided with reinforcement

(8) and locking arrangement (7); the material of the container may be of any flexible material particularly of plastic for its versatile use as a packaging industry; the male female grooves
and ribs will match and make a double locking when press fit

which is Drincipal . sealed or molded by a thin sealing layers
which can be cut-open and subsequently the lid can be pulled out
and can be used subsequently without damaging the lid itself;
thereby pilferage will be protected and which ultimately can
supply a safe and unadulterated substances send from the
manufacturer to customer without any pilferage. The container may
contain a spout for dispensing of liquid substances which may or
may not be provided with the container depending upon the
substance to be transported. The container is very easily stacked
at any place having a good load carrying capacity the means for
carrying the container is also provided with reinforcement so
that the container remain in tact and had a longer life.
This is an embodiment of the invention. Several modifications are possible may be considered within the ambit and spirit of this invention. Since many modifications, variations and changes in detail may be made to the above described embodiments, it is intended that all matters described in the foregoing description as shown in the accompanying drawings be interpreted as illustrated and not in a limiting sense.
