Abstract | A process of manufacturing of substitute for tobacco made of BAEL leaves comprising steps of:-a) firstly the pluck the green leaves or small branches of BAEL tree; b)the plucked leaves are kept in sunlight for drying up to four to five days; c)the said dried leaves are then crushed by hand; d) .the said crushed BAEL leaves contain thin sticks of BAEL LEAVES which are separated from the said crushed BAEL leaves; e)the said crushed BAEL leaves are filtered by sieve means to separate thin sticks of BAEL; f) the said thin stick of BAEL leaves are cut in equal size; g)the said cut sticks of BAEL are sprinkled with mixture of water and the dust powder which is left while crushing the BAEL leaves; h)the said thin sticks of BAEL are mixed thoroughly with the crushed and filtered BAEL leaves; i) the said mixture is kept in the jute bag for at least one month; and j) the said blended mixture of step(i) after the end of the said period is a substitute for tobacco having the taste, smell and kick of tobacco. |
Full Text | FORM 2 THE PATENTS ACT, 1970 (39 of 1970) COMPLETE SPECIFICATION ( Section 10) A PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING OF SUBSITUTE FOR TOBBACCO MADE OF BAEL LEAVES SANJAY BHUJANGAPPAWALEKAR GHODA CHAP BIDI WORKS 744, TILAK ROAD,VAIJAPUR, DIST-AURANGABAD-42370) MAHARASTRA INDIA INDIAN THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION PARTICULARLY DESCRIBES AND ASCERTAINS THE NATURE OF THE INVENTION AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IT IS TO BE PERFORMED:- GRANTED ORIGINAL 1-7-2004 FIELD OF INVENTION This invention relates to a process of manufacturing substitute of tobacco made of BAEL leaves. It is a process of manufacturing of substitute made of herbal leaves. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION Tobacco is the main ingredient of bidi, cigarettes and gutaka, keni, chuning tobacco, cigar, chirut ,and chilam but it is very very harmful for the health of a person this is injurious to health due to nicotine in tobacco .tobacco causes so many diseases including cancer according to a survey about twenty lacks persons are using tobacco in different form . This invention is a substitute of tobacco. Which has no side effect and not harmful for persons who use it OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION The main objective of the invention is to give the substitute of tobacco which has no any harmful effect since it has no nicotine The further objective of the invention is to reduce the cost of manufacturing since ingredient is herbal compound and easily available in nature. The thin sticks of BAEL leaves are cut in equal size .the cut sticks of BAEL are sprinkled with mixture of water and the dust powder which is left while crushing the BAEL leaves, after this the thin sticks of BAEL are mixed thoroughly with the crushed and filtered BAEL leaves.
