Title of Invention

FULLY AUTOMATIC FLOUR MILL

Abstract The present invention is an "Absolute Mechanical Mechanism for Household Domestic Stoneless Fully Automatic Flour Mill' in which;- When motor starts the device turns on. This motor transmits 360 rpm through a pulley (7) to a shaft (4) by a V belt drive. The shaft, held by a shaft cover (3) and bearing (13), is attached to the pulley by a bolt (12). A gear screw (6) Is attached to the other end of the shaft. The shaft transmits 360 rpm to the gear screw, which in turn transmits 5.54 rpm to a gear wheel (5). Gear screw and shaft are held together by a pin (9). The body cover (2) holds shaft cover with two boits (11) and two washers (10). The assembly of gear wheel, main body (1) and body cover is held together by a spindle (8). The spindle is held with body cover by a bolt (14). Also 4 boits (12) assemble the body and body cover.

COMPLETE SPECIFICATION,
(Section 10: Rule 13)
"FULLY AUTOMATIC FLOUR MILL".
PATEL SACHIN KIRITBHAI (Indian National) having address at MycroFlne flour mills., "Happy Home", Dr. Yagnik Road, Gpp, Centra! Bank Of India, Rajkol, Gujarat.
The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention & the manner In which it is performed:

The present invention relates to "Absolute Mechanical Mechanism for Household Domestic Stoneless Fully Automatic Flour Mill".
Presently conventional domestic stoneless fuily automatic fiourmllls available in the market are electric or electromagnetic units which regulate the Input of grains.
However, these conventional domestic stoneless fully automatic fiourmiiis have certain disadvantages, some of which are mentioned below.
Secondly, there conventional domestic stoneless fully automatic fiourmiiis are very noisy,
Further, presently available domestic stoneiess fuily automatic fiourmiiis are expensive because of the electromagnetic units.
The present Invention "Absolute Mechanical Mechanism for Household Domestic Stoneiess Fuily Automatic Flour Miii" is developed with a goal to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional domestic stoneiess fully automatic fiourmiiis and provide a better alternative,
The objective of the present invention is to make the device less noisy and maintenance-free,
The present invention 'Absolute Mechanical Mechanism for Household Domestic Stoneiess Fully Automatic Flour Mill" wiii now be explained in detail with the help of figure 1 of accompanying drawing.

Figure 1 shows the assembled drawing of the present invention.
It illustrates main body (1), body cover (2), shaft cover (3), shaft (4), gear wheel (5), gear screw (6), pulley (7), spindle (8), pin (9), washer (10), hexagonal bolt 5/16" BSW (11), hexagonal bolt 1/4" BSW (12), bearing 6201 (13) and bolt 3/16" BSW (14).
The cycle of the mechanism is regulated by a motor - 1hp (horse power) 2880 rpm (rotation per minute) of AC (alternating current) drive. This motor transmits 360 rpm through a pulley to a shaft by a V belt drive (Size FHP 2230). The shaft is attached to the pulley by a bolt. The shaft is held by a shaft cover and bearing, A gear screw is attached to the other end of the shaft. The shaft transmits 360 rpm to the gear screw, which in turn transmits 5.54 rpm to gear wheel. Gear screw and shaft are held together by a pin. The body cover holds shaft cover with two bolts and two washers. The assembly of gear wheel, main body and body cover Is held together by a spindle. The spindle is held with body cover by a bolt. Also 4 bolts assemble the body and body cover. Since there is no grinding stone in this mill, it is called "Stoneless".
The present Invention 'Absolute Mechanical Mechanism for Household Domestic Stoneless Fully Automatic Flour Mill' has many advantages some of which are mentioned below.
The electromagnetic unit of conventional domestic stoneless fully automatic flourmills is replaced by a mechanical unit. Electronic circuit will only be responsible for ON and OFF purposes. Due to this, functional electromagnetic

unit gets eliminated along with electronic circuit which is used to operate electromagnetic unit for input of grains.
The present invention is less noisy compared to the conventional domestic stoneless fully automatic flourmllls.
Also, the present Invention is maintenance-free as compared to the conventional domestic stoneless fully automatic flourmllls; hence it is ideal for household or domestic use.
