Abstract The present invention relates to Isoindolin -I-one substituted propionamide glucokinase activators which increase insulin secretion in the treatment of type II diabetes.

PRIOR ART
The science of HYDRAULIC is as old as ancient stream mill. The modern day FLUID TECHNOLOGY has immensely contributed forwards using the dynamics of hydraulic forces to perform Herculean tasks with relative ease and least possible fatigue to the operator.
A Hydraulic Jack or for that matter any device using hydraulic power in its simplest possible shape consists of five fundamental components.
1. The Hydraulic RESERVOIR storing the hydraulic oil.
2. PUMP, either of the integral or the remote control type, comprises of highly precision-engineered pump plunger, cylinder, suction and delivery valves, safety valves with conical or steel balls matched with micron tolerances.
3. The transmission of hydraulic oil from the reservoir by the pump through the valves to RAM & CYLINDER which converts the hydraulic pressure into a mechanical force is by means of a HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT.
4. All hydraulic cylinders consists of two basic elements-the outer housing is called the CYLINDER body and the inner sliding element is called the RAM (or piston or plunger) which actually converts the hydraulic pressure into mechanical force and transmits to the desired point for performing the function. The movement of RAM is always in line with cylinder under pressure.
5. Hydraulic oil is pumped into the cylinder and as more and more oil is forced into the cylinder pressure builds up and when enough oil is force into the cylinder the resultant pressure will cause the ram, plunger or piston to move and consequently lift, press, push, pull or bend any object as the case may be.

NOVELTY OF THE INVENTION

This invention of HYDRAULIC HEAD & TOE JACK WITH INTEGRAL PUMP which is used for lifting a load upto 10 ton on head or toe.
This Jack has a hydraulic lift of 230 mm (9.05 inches) as explained in diagram No. 4.
This has a closed height of 530 mm (20.87 inches) as explained in Diagram No. 3.
This Jack has a base size of 164 mm x 265 mm ( 6 ½ X 10 ½ inches) and toe size is 64 mm X 62.5 mm (2 ½ X 2.4 inches) with grooves. The maximum toe height in closed position is mm ( 2 inches) from ground as explained in Diagram No. 2.
This Jack has a plunger relief valve set at 11 ton capacity whereby it will start relieving the excess pressure back to tank in the event of overload.
This Jack can be operated in any orientation that is vertical, horizontal and upside down (inverted) position.
This Jack can be lifted to its full height within 58 strokes of the pump plunger. Positive stop is provided to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from coming out of the housing at maximum lift position. A replaceable saddle on the cylinder head is provided with grooves. The Cylinder is having gland sealing only, making it floating ram design. Oil inlet suction port is provided with filter.
The working pressure of the Jack at 10 ton load is 340 Kg/cm2. Maximum effort on the 900 mm long operating lever at 10 ton load is only 41 kg.
With all the above features the Jack weights only 50 Pounds.

CLAIMS
1. Use of high Tensile Aluminium components to achieve the minimum possible of Dead Weight upto 23 Kgs. (50 Lbs)
2. The head and Toe Jack, Capacity: 10 Ton can work in any position Vertically, Horizontally Or Upside Down (Inverted Position).
3. This Jack has a hydraulic lift of 230 mm (9.05 inches)
4. This Jack has a closed height of 530 mm (20.87 inches)
5. This Jack's Toe size is 64 mm x 62.5 mm (2 ½ X 2.4. inches) with grooves.
6. The maximum toe height in closed position is 51 mm (2 inches) from ground.
7. This Jack has a plunger relief valve set at 11 ton capacity whereby it will start relieving the excess pressure back to tank in the event of overload.
8. Positive stop is provided to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from
coming out of the housing at maximum lift position.
9. A replaceable saddle on the cylinder head is provided with grooves.
10.Cylinder is having gland sealing only, making it floating ram design.
11. Oil inlet suction port is provided with filter.
12. The working pressure of the Jack at 10 ton load is 340 kg/cm2
13. Maximum effort on the 900 mm long operating lever at 10 ton load is only 41 kg.
