A GRINDING MACHINE FOR PASTE AND POWDER MAKING

Abstract A grinding / crushing machine which consi'sts only two uniform threaded cylinders in different dia.same rotation. The outer one is having a larger dia. Its inner side has threaded structure and smaller dia cylinder is inside the outer cylinder. The inside cylinder consist of threads on outer surface. Both the cylinders are uniformly rotated while in operation. The crushable materials are fed in between the threaded portion of the cylinders at entry section. Once its enters between the threads, its gets crushing action (shearing and tearing effect), one by one in sequential manner. This model has 100% pollution free operation. The two cylinders rotate in different axis due to contact of the cylinders only on one side.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The invention relates to crushing of soft material, such as sugar cane, oil seeds; pulverizing, of cement, wood, home appliance equipments, coal, rubber, plastics etc.. Single point crush is replaced with multipoint crush in this invention. Materials are fed into a path, with number of crushing action in a single rotation.
STATE OF THE ART:
The present methods of crushing technology for this purpose are classified as follows:
A. Ball and tube mills.
B. Conical and like mills.
C. Disc and like mills.(stone mills)
D. Edge runner and pans and like mills.
E. Grinding and breaking by percussion,
F. Impact pulversing.
G. Miscellaneous type of mills.
H, Roller mills other then sugar cane mills. I. Sugar cane mills.
The above machineries are having a single point crushing action, which may be constructed extemally or intemally. Present development are based on this technology for improvement on this structures

J. "Screw Press Extractor (Expeller) working on screw press principle" have a mounted common shaft with two worms and three tapered collars arranged in such a manner for efficient and proper extraction / Expulsion of the juice, a cage box is surrounded it to collect the juice.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The above methods of operations for recycling process (Except screw press extractor and disc type mills) require repeated feeding of the input materials (or) separate unit for feed (or) an additional unit for crush.
Moreover the output (crushed particles) is in heavily pressed condition. The deep technical concern, is that the particles undergo compression and Tearing effect.

DESCRIPTION:
Now the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawing sheet - 1.
The figure,1shows the arrangement of the two threaded different dia cylinders,
(a) is the larger Dia Cylinder which is positioned in outer with the thread inside and
(b) is the smaller Dia Cylinder is positioned inside in the larger Dia Cylinder with outer surface containing thread. The cylinders are made up of steel or very hard materials, depending on the nature of the feeding material or applications, (c) is the clearance for feeding the material to be crushed. Also 1 is Inlet 2 is Outlet section (it may change with reference to the direction of rotation). 3 is Uniform threads in all manners. 4 is Bearing. 5 is the power driven shaft to the cylinders. 6 is collar which is arrester of linear motion, x-x' is the larger dia cylinder axis, y-y' is the smaller dia cylinder axis, z - z' is the cross sectional view of the model.
Both the cylinders are meshed in threaded portion with minimum clearance for fine grinding operations.
For grinding operation ,both the cylinders are uniformally rotated. The materials are fed in to inlet section in between these threaded cylinder portion.
Inlet/input material gets first cmshing with very heavy pressure due to size of the material. Afterwards the crushing actions are uniform in sequential manner.
In second rotation, the first crushed particle goes to second crushing point. Then the second crushed particle goes third crushing point in third rotation. The first crushed particle comes to the second crushing point. These cycle/process/mechanism is happened up to the outlet of the cylinder.
The direction of the rotation of the cylinders may change the material flow inlet and outlet.
Material flow speed will be decided by the difference between the larger and smaller dia cylinders threaded surface speeds.



I CLAIM
1. A grinding machine for paste and powder making in wet and dry condition of soft materials comprising, of a grinding media consisting of two different dia threaded cylinders, wherein threads are arranged internally to carryout crushing action
2. A grinding machine for paste and powder making as claimed in claim 1, wherein the threads are constructed with uniform pitch and shape in both cyclinders.
3. A grinding machine for paste and powder making as claimed in claim 1 & 2, is constructed such that when both the cylinders are uniformally rotated, the relative velocity of threaded surface of the cylinders, make a material flow from one pitch/point to another consecutive point / pitch for further crushing action.
4. A grinding machine for paste and Powder making as claimed in claim 1 & 3, wherein the design is such that the direction of the rotation will decide the inlet section and outlet section.
5. The grinding machine for past and powder making substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawing sheet No.l.
