Unlike filter tipped cigarettes, mouth end of a plain cigarette manufactured in a conventional manner softens and restrict free flow of smoke through the mouth end while smoking. A method of producing cigarette according to the invention overcome this disadvantage and filterless cigarettes manufactured by this method do not soften at the mouth end while smoking. Accordingly the invention provides a method of producing filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property comprising the steps of: (i) making pre-cut rolls of tobacco having a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per lOgms; (ii) making pre-cut rolls stem of tobacco having smaller length than pre-cut rolls of tobacco made in step (i) and having a fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms; (iii) joining each of the pre-cut roll of tobacco having a fill value 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and the pre-cut roll stem of tobacco with smaller length and fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms using natural tipping paper provided with gum to obtain filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property. The invention also provides a filterless cigarette with substantial part having tobacco blend with a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and a mouth end having a tobacco blend with a fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms, said mouth end of the cigarette being joined with the remaining part of the cigarette with natural tipping paper. Cigarettes are manufactured with cut tobacco fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms. The invention provides a method of producing substantial part of the cigarette with cut tobacco with a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and the mouth end with cut roll stems of tobacco with fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms. The mouth end is joined with the remaining part of the cigarette by means of natural tipping paper with gum applied thereon. Filterless cigarettes manufactured by the method according to the invention improves tactile property of the plain cigarette which provides more satisfaction to the smoker. Standard ciagrette manufacturing machine can be used with re-designed gear box for attaching 11 mm mouth end cut roll stem tobacco rod with 48 mm pre-cut roll of tobacco rod for manufacturing such cigarettes. WE CLAIM ; 1. A method of producing filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property comprising the steps of: (i) making pre-cut rolls of tobacco having a fill value of 51 to 52 ccper 10 gms; (ii) making pre-cut rolls stem of tobacco having smaller length than pre-cut rolls of tobacco made in step (i) and having a fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms; (iii) joining each of the pre-cut roll of tobacco having a fill value 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and each of the pre-cut roll stem of tobacco with smaller length and fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms using natural tipping paper provided with gum to obtain filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property. 2. A filterless cigarette with improved tactile property produced by the method as claimed in claim 1, comprising substantial part having tobacco blend with a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and a mouth end having a tobacco blend with a fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms, said mouth end of the cigarette being joined with the remaining part of the cigarette with natural tipping paper. 3. The invention relates to a method of producing filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property and a filterless cigarette thereof.

Accordingly the invention provides a method of producing filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property comprising the steps of:
(i) making pre-cut rolls of tobacco having a fill value of 51 to 52 cc
per lOgms; (ii) making pre-cut rolls stem of tobacco having smaller length than
pre-cut rolls of tobacco made in step (i) and having a fill value
of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms;

(iii) joining each of the pre-cut roll of tobacco having a fill value 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and the pre-cut roll stem of tobacco with smaller length and fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms using natural tipping paper provided with gum to obtain filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property.
The invention also provides a filterless cigarette with substantial part having tobacco blend with a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and a mouth end having a tobacco blend with a fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms, said mouth end of the cigarette being joined with the remaining part of the cigarette with natural tipping paper.
Cigarettes are manufactured with cut tobacco fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms. The invention provides a method of producing substantial part of the cigarette with cut tobacco with a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and the mouth end with cut roll stems of tobacco with fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms. The mouth end is joined with the remaining part of the cigarette by means of natural tipping paper with gum applied thereon.

Filterless cigarettes manufactured by the method according to the invention improves tactile property of the plain cigarette which provides more satisfaction to the smoker. (iii) joining each of the pre-cut roll of tobacco having a fill value 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and each of the pre-cut roll stem of tobacco with smaller length and fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms using natural tipping paper provided with gum to obtain filterless cigarettes with improved tactile property.
2. A filterless cigarette with improved tactile property produced by the
method as claimed in claim 1, comprising substantial part having tobacco
blend with a fill value of 51 to 52 cc per 10 gms and a mouth end having a
tobacco blend with a fill value of 56 to 57 cc per 10 gms, said mouth end of

the cigarette being joined with the remaining part of the cigarette with natural tipping paper.
3. A method of producing filterless cigarette with improved tactile
property, substantially as hereinabove described.
