The at least one layer of fire retardant coating (4, 5, 6) is non-halogenated and comprises a fire retardant substance and an elastic binder material. The fire retardant substance comprises expandable graphite. The at least one layer of coating (4, 5, 6) has an elasticity greater than 20%. |
