AUTOMATIC SIDE STAND RELIEVER SYSTEM

Abstract An Automatic side stand reliever comprising base of electronics and digital format / using electro magnetic principle in two wheelers / modification of the mechanical components of our existing invention / to relieve the side stand by using accelerator in without gear vehicles / existing invention working on clutch action it may be modified by kicker action and accelerator. / To relieve the side stand by using the gear changing action like nutral to first gear. / To relieve the side stand by fixing of the electric motor nearest the side stand and it activated electrically by means of battery power. / Using the separate switch for activate the side stand relieving mechanism. / The side stand reliever is activated with ignition "ON" and "OFF" principle. I The side stand is operated by using the sensor. An Automatic side stand reliever claimed in above mentioned claim by using Electronics and Digitalized with Ignition "ON and OFF" principle. An improved an automatic side stand reliever substantially as herein described illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

1. TITLE OF INVENTION:
Automatic side stand reliever in two wheeler Motor Cycles.
2. HELD OF INVENTION:
This invention is relates the Automobiles field in two wheeler motor cycles.
3. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION:
In general, most of the uses to forget to release the side stand to motor cycles. Due to non-removable of the side stand the road accidents occurs while riding in hills, speed breakers and in turning. When this inventions is fixed with two-wheelers which can be avoid the road accidents. The main objective of this invention is to avoid the road accidents occurring due to non-removable of the side stand by the rider.
4. OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION:
Non-removable of side stand may cause the injuries and heavy accidents. So it provide unsafety for the rider. A major number of accidents could be avoided if the invention is put to a wider use. This invention cem be used for safety purpose in two-wheeler motor cycles. This mechanism is simple and economical to use.
5. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION :
Most of the users forget to release the Side stand before it starts moving. It leads to road accident or major injuries. By using this mechanism, we can disengage the side stand fi-om the ground automatically by means of usual clutch work, which avoids the accidents during riding in hills, speed breakers and in turning. This mechanism is very simple and easy to use and cost wise also very cheap and best. Hence there is no need to consider about the side stand.
This type of mechanism can be used for safety purpose in two-wheeler motor cycle. It's main function is to automatically relieve the side stand before starting the vehicle and moving. In a nutshell the rider need not worry about the side stand factor at all. Once this unit is fixed to the vehicle.

6. BRifeF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS ;
Components are involved
• Pin Locking mechanism
Pin locking mechanism is used to lock the side stand.
• Locking Pin
Locking pin is used to lock the side stand.
• Connecting Cables
Connecting wire is connected from the clutch lever to pin locking mechanism.
• Helical Spring or gaslift
It is used to activate the side stand.
• Bolt and nuts
Bolt and nuts are used to clamping the pinlocking mechanism and connecting cables.
7. DETAILED DESCRIPTION;
• While parking the vehicle the side stand is brought to the bottom most position and locked with pin locking mechanism.
• Lock is opened by means of clutch lever action manually.

• Due to pulling to clutch lever the slider lock is opened through cable line.
• When the upward motion of the slider pin is released from the lock and the stands goes to initial position by means of spring tension.
• The side stand mechanism is not released in rest position of the vehicle, because the
total weight of the vehicle is applied to the side stand and it will not release the side
stand due to the clutch operation.
