A SYSTEM FOR THE PREPARATION OF A HIGH QUALITY GASOLINE THROUGH THE RECOMBINATION OF CATALYTIC HYDROCARBON AND ITS PROCESS

Abstract A system for recombining catalytic hydrocarbon to produce high quality gasoline comprises a distilling unit (1) and extraction systems (2-1, 2-2). Its characteristics are that a heavy gasoline line is disposed at the under part of the said distilling unit (1); a medium gasoline line is disposed at the middle part of the said distilling unit (1); the said medium gasoline line is linked to a medium gasoline extraction system (2-1); the upper part of said middle gasoline extraction system (2-1) is linked to a medium gasoline raffinate oil hydrogenation unit (3-1) by a line; the under part of the said medium gasoline extraction system (2-1) is linked to a medium gasoline aromatic hydrogenation unit (3-2) by a line; said middle gasoline aromatic hydrogenation unit (3-2) is linked to the light gasoline line at the upper part of said distilling unit (1) by a line; the said heavy gasoline line is linked to the heavy gasoline extraction system (2-2); the under part of the said heavy gasoline extraction system (2-2) is linked to the said medium gasoline aromatic hydrogenation unit (3-2); the upper part of the heavy gasoline extraction system (2-1) is linked to the medium gasoline raffinate oil hydrogenation unit (3-1) by a line. The character of the process for recombining a catalytic hydrocarbon to produce high quality gasoline is that the catalytic hydrocarbon is hydrogenated after being recombined, the catalyst and parameter for the hydrogenation are pertinent, the sulfur and olefin content of obtained blended gasoline is lower, and the cost is low.
