FIELD OF INVENTION:
This invention relates to controlling overflow of water from the water tank or any other type of storage of liquid nature such as milk, chemicals, petrol, etc., while the pump is in action.This Float switch is unique, for it is only of its kind for controlling the over flow without human contact and other external source of energy specifically electric current or solar energy, more particularly this invention relates to switch to control water level with the external source of energy as water or other liquids which flows to the tank.
OBJECT OF INVENTION:
This invention is to control and to avoid water overflow or electricity wastage and to control economy.
When the water is loaded in the overhead tank with the help of electric motors, there is always a possibility of fail to switch off the motors by the users even in case of float & limit switch motor which is a electronic controller where the switches are fixed inside the overhead tank and the more probability for damage of switch while cleaning the overhead tanks. The existing methods lead to various problems of wastage of water, damaging the switches. In my novelty the float switch can be fixed outside the overhead tanks or even it may be fixed in the water pipe line of the over head tanks and the arising of above said problem are having a less probability compared to the existing models and the wastage of water is controlled. Float switch is operated with rising of water as the only external source of energy.
For decades, water are loaded in the overhead tanks by electric motors where the human interruption is very much necessary.in the absence of human presence, the water can't be
uploaded in the over head tank which leads to wastage of water, electricity and loss of money and the precious time of human.
The inventor has made with great effort to provide a method that meets the requirement of the industries and domestic problem such as over flowing .damage to pump and replacements of spare parts at great level.
At the outset of the description that follows it is to be understood that ensuring description illustrate only the particular form of this invention. However such particular form is only a exemplary embodiment without intending to imply any limitation on the scope of the invention.
Accordingly the description is to be understood as an exemplary embodiment and reading of the invention is not to be taken restrictively.
The forgoing description outlined is rather broadly preferred and alternative future of the present invention, so that those skilled in the art may better understand the detailed description of the invention that follows.
Additional feature of the invention will be described hereinafter that form the subject of claims of the invention. Those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed consumption and specific embodiment as a basic for designing and modifying other structure for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention. Those skilled in the art should realize such equivalent consumption do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention in its broadest form.
As per the requirement the float switch can be manufactured /used / fixed.
Now the invention will be described in detail in the following description.
The nature of the invention and the manner in which the invention is to be performed are clearly described in the following description.
The diagram of the construction of the invention and the processing steps involved in constructing the said invention is shown in the diagram accompanying the specification.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
For manufacturing of float switch the following are the essential components specially designed moving contact with Silver points-1, moving contact base made of iron or any other alike materials -2, moving contact carrier ~3,semi tubular rivet-4, release spring-5, fixed contact base -6,designed terminal plate-7,relay base-8, two magnets in the fixed contact base-9, iron tipped float tube-10, cylindrical magnet-11 .bottom cap-12, sliding bush-13 and contact assembly-Hand other fixed body tube-15,relay cover -16,relay shieled-17,moving contact screw -18.
The above-mentioned parts are exclusively designed as shown in fig-1 for this particular float switch. Increasing & decreasing of water levels purely activate the float switch. It can be fitted either inside or outside the over head tank provided the top most point of the switch coincide with the top surface of the over head tank. When the water level rises by the pump, if tempt to lift the iron tipped float tube-10 but it is attracted by a cylindrical magnet-11 which is stably fitted inside the bottom cap-12 of float switch. To lift the float tube-10 it requires a force, more than the pulling force of the magnet -11 fitted inside the bottom cap-12 when the water level increases the lifting force also increasing at an optimum level of water, the lifting force exceed the magnetic force and the float tube-10 is suddenly thrown up. The float tube-10 moves up in a velocity and it hits the sliding bush-13 and lifts the contact assembly-14 making the contacts open to switch off the water pumps.
The contact assembly-14 is nothing but the assembly of moving contact with silver points-1 once the moving contact base made up of iron-2,moving contact carrier-3 placed in a semi
tubular rivet-4 with a release spring 5 which are inserted in a fixed contact base -6 with relay base-8 and a designed terminal plate-7 are placed in such a manner in the fixed contact base.
The moving contact assembly-14 is placed in the top to which the electricity is connected for power to motor. Another point is connected with the motor from the relay base.
In another mode when the water level falls down, the force below the float tube-10 is also reduce below the magnetic force. The float tube-10 is pulled down in a velocity and reaches the bottom most point at the same time the moving contact assembly also falls down by the gravitational force and at a distance the moving contact base made of iron -2 is pulled by two magnets-9 firmly kept inside the fixed contact base-6 to make a tight contact between the contact points to run the water pump. Thus the overflowing of water from the overhead tank is controlled with the external force of energy being water.
Simultaneously when the water increases or decreased in the water tank, the water inside the float switch will also increases or decreases, which will stimulate the float tube, accordingly the motor pumps will be switched on or off.
