HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR

Abstract This Invention A HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR is any-providing a fool-proof security system, which is a combine. the mortise lock as well as a security bar covering the width of the door, which seals the door from both the Further, it guards the door with metal anchors, which is resistant against physical attacks. It essentially consists of Plate and two Gear Plates, linked to two side bars connecting plates. When the pin cylinder key is actuated, applied on the gears, which in turn activate the side bars the connecting rods, consequent to which the side bars laterally in the opposite directions and enter the sockets in the door frames, by virtue of which the door is lock arrested in that particular position. The whole assern concealed with in a light weight aluminium top cover

This Invention 'HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR'
providing a durable double-bar lock that secures both the of the door and fixes the door firmly into the door guards the door with metal anchors, which is impact against physical attacks.
With the shocking instances of burglary and increasing day by day, the security at ones door step is because of the vulnerability. With the above in view, it necessary that a complete fool-proof security was concern, which lead to this invention "HIGH SECUR BAR". The essence of this Invention "HIGH SECUR BAR" has been drawn from our yester year system wooden log, which was drawn to the back of a door. In the log system, the wooden log was concealed in the wall, to be drawn over the door to be locked, which would into a cavity provided on the other wall, thereby ensurine the ends of the wooden logs were embedded in the would provide a very strong resistance against door-breas was the system used by our Kings in the Forts for the the main gate and was also used in treasuries.

With the passage of time, the wooden log syste slowly replaced by the mortise lock, as this could be easily has But the newly evolved mortise lock system had its own draw as access over the system was very easy, which has resulte number of burglaries taking place. This lead to the evolution 'HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR', wherein a high security does has been evolved. In this HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR earlier system of door bar as well as the mortise lock syster been combined in a suitable manner, the result of which provision of a robust bar, protecting the entire width of the which firmly locks on both the ends and acts as a solid bar against physical attacks. At the same time operating this SECURITY DOOR BAR' is easy, similar to those in mortis. Consequently, when the system is viewed from outside, it similar to a mortise lock and at the same time covering the width of the door from inside, by the security bar. The move of the security bar is by virtue of gear plates, which ensures that the friction between the sliding surfaces is les results in easy and free movement of the security bar, was. desirous for easy handling. Further, for the purpose of lock. Euro Pin Cylinder locking system has been adopted, as pincys have been found to be technically more adaptable to these
loks

This newly invented 'HIGH SECURITY DOOR
basically consists of the following parts, explained herein refersncs to the accompanying drawings:
1) BASE PLATE - "A"
2) TWO GEAR PLATES - "B' & "D"
3) SMALL CONNECTING PLATE - "C"
4) BIG CONNECTING PLATE - "E"
5) GEAR - "P"
6) BUSH - "G"
7) FREE GEAR - "H"
8) HOUSING WITH KEY - "I"
9) FIRST HOUSING TOP PLATE - "J'

10) SECOND HOUSING TOP PLATE - "K"
11) SMALLER SIDE BAR - "M"
12) BIGGER SIDE BAR -"L"
13) TOP COVER - "N"
In this 'HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR', two sockets on either of the door frames are provided into which the two side & L) slide in and lock the door from both the ends, providing a fool-proof security. To the base plate (A) it.

Gear Plates (B & D), which are inter-linked by means of (G), Gear (F) and Free Gear (H) in a manner that when open upon, the two side bars (M & L) connected to the gear through the Connecting Plates (C &. E) move in directions. Consequently, the side way lateral movement side gears is to ensure that they slide into the sockets on either sides of the door frames and thereby prove effective locking system, which fastens to the door fw either side, which is not possible in the conventional mechanism. An Euro Pin Cylinder locking system is used cylinders are found to be more technically adaptable to types of locks. Further, the gears and the gear plates easily moved by the help of the cylindrical tongue consequently exerts pressure for the lateral movemen side bars into the sockets. When the pin cylinder key is and turned, the tongue force is transferred to the which has an access over the Free Gear "H". As the activates the side bar linked through the connecting move in one direction, it also simultaneously actuates Gear MH", by virtue of which the other side bar linked the connecting rod moves in the opposite direction,

serving the purpose lateral movement of the side bars opposite directions, which enter the sockets provided on side of the door frames and arrest the movement of the from both the sides, which is the purpose of this Inventions Housing (I) and the Housing Top Plates (J & K) act as a go, insertion of the key for operating the 'HIGH SECURITY BAR', whereas the entire assembly is concealed will aluminium Top Cover (N).

1. A HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR, providing a durable do lock that curee both the sides of the door and fixes the firmly into the door frame and guards the door with anchors, essentially comprising of the following parts:
1) BASE PLATE - "tA"
2) TWO GEAR PLATES - "B' &"D"
3) SMALL CONNECTING PLATE - "C"
4) BIG CONNECTING PLATE -"E"
5) GEAR - "P
6) BUSH - "G"
7) FREE GEAR - "H"
8) HOUSING WITH KEY -" I"
9) FIRST HOUSING TOP PLATE - "J'

10) SECOND HOUSING TOP PLATE - "K"
11) SMALLER SIDE BAR - "M"
12) BIGGER SIDE BAR - "L'
13) TOP COVER - "N"
Wherein the Base Plate (A) carries two Gear Plates (B & to two Side Bars (M & L) through Connecting Plates (o) opposite direction lateral movement of the side bars fachta

the Gears (F) & (H); which enter the sockets provided on other side of the door frames as and when force is applied on the gears actuated by the pin cylinder key; the whole assembly connetes within a light weight aluminium Top Cover (N).
X) A HIGH SECURITY DOOR BAR, as enumerated above a substantially explained herein with reference to accompanying drawings.
