Abstract | An oil heating and heat renycling type dyeing machine incudies a dyeing cylinder body, a water level tube in the dyeing cylinder body, and a fabrick inlet/outlet on the dyeing cylinder body. The dyeing cylinder body is connected to a filter and a dyeing liquid discharge valve through a pipe, and another end of the filter is interconnected to a material feed barrel and a water pump though a pipe, and a flange proveded for combining a water cooling exchanger and an oil heating exchanger is connected between the dyeing cylinder body and the water pump, such that heating and cooling can be conducted in different exchangers, and a dyeing liquid, a conducting oil or a cooling water can be separated safely from each other, and the water can be discharged from the water outlets of the exchangers with a shunt according to the water temperature. |
Full Text | I claim: 1. An oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine, comprising: a dyeing cylinder body; a water level pipe, installed in said dyeing cylinder body; a filter and a dyeing liquid discharge valve, separately coupled to said dyeing cylinder body through pipes; and a material feed barrel and a water pump, separately coupled to another end of said filter; characterized in that: a flange is connected between said dyeing cylinder body and said water pump for combing a water cooling exchanger and an oil heating exchanger or connecting a water cooling exchanger and an oil heating exchanger in series. 2. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claim 1, wherein said water cooling exchanger and said oil heating exchanger have the same structure and comprise a cylinder body, a plurality of heat receiving pipes arranged in different layers, an inlet and an outlet respectively disposed on both ends of a casing of said cylinder body, two sealed heads in the same shape disposed on both lateral sides in said cylinder body, and a space defined between said two sealed heads, and both ends of said heat receiving pipe are passed through said two sealed heads. 3. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claims 1 or 2, wherein said water cooling exchanger 8 installs a shunt device, and said shunt device comprises a pipeline connected to an inlet of said water cooling exchanger, a thermometer and a self-controlling valve installed on said pipeline, and another pipeline connected to said pipeline is situated between said thermometer and said self-controlling valve, and said other pipeline is situated higher than said pipeline and said self-controlling valve, and said thermometer is connected to a temperature controller connected to a path of said thermometer, and another side of said path of said temperature controller is coupled to said self-controlling valve, and another end of said other pipeline is coupled separately into a cold water recycling device and a hot water recycling device. 4. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claims 1 or 2, wherein said heat receiving pipe have both ends in a sealed form, when both ends of said heat receiving pipe are passed through said sealed heads. 5. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claims 1 or 2, wherein said cylinder body has a leaked liquid outlet disposed on a casing of said cylinder body and corresponding to the bottom of a chamber, and an end of said water cooling exchanger has a liquid inlet, and an end of said oil heating exchanger has a liquid outlet. 6. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claims 1 or 2, wherein said cylinder body has alternately arranged upper and lower baffles, and said baffles have an area smaller than the internal diameter of said cylinder body, and said heat receiving pipes arranged in different layers are passed through said corresponding baffles. 7. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claims 1 or 2, wherein said outlets disposed on said cylinder body of said water cooling exchanger are divided into a primary outlet and a secondary outlet, and said primary outlet is situated at the top of said cylinder body, and said secondary outlet is situated at the bottom of said cylinder body, and said secondary outlet has a diameter smaller than that of said primary outlet. 8. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claim 3, wherein said self-controlling valve is a solenoid valve, an electric valve or a pneumatic valve. 9. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claim 7, wherein said primary outlet is connected to a pipeline, and said secondary outlet is connected to another pipeline, and an end of said pipeline is connected to said other pipeline. 10. The oil heating and heat recycling dyeing machine of claims 1 or 2, wherein said heat receiving pipe is made of a circular pipe or a conducting metal pipe having a high heat transfer coefficient.
