Abstract The present invention of Side Stand Releaser used in two wheeler provides a means to indicate the person driving the vehicle about the side stand results in Number of accidents and sometimes seems to be Fatal. The Side Stand Releaser there by provide a inter lock for the Gear mechanism of the vehicle. Unless the side stand is released mechanically the vehicle cannot be functioned. This Side Stand Releaser can be fitted to any types of two wheelers Geared vehicles and the arrangement is such that it provides a interlock to the Gear mechanism preferably Gear lever. It is small in size, cheap, Easy to handle, Simple in mechanism, very low maintenance Kit and flexible to use in all two wheeler vehicles.

TITLE
FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention relates to the field of automobiles especially two wheeler Geared vehicles. This provides an interlock mechanism for the gear system of the vehicle, when side stand is not released.
PRIOR ART:
First of all I am debited to thanks God for helping me to invent this side stand releaser often we come across many Two-wheeler riders who runs their vehicles without releasing their side stand. Some of them met with accidents in a known fact to us either by witness or through news. We point out for others and some others remind us about the release of the side stand and this has become an usual habit, which may misdirect the followers as signal and again leaves a room for accidence. I was also reminded like this by one. Many had last their lives due to this and as I had been an eyewitness of an accident at mandarakuppam in neyveli, I was terrified in great agony. So, I approached the two-wheeler dealers to annex an instrument or to change the design to avoid this. But I did not get any reply-hence, I was aroused in my mind, why I can't find a solution for this and tried my best. Through I tried hard for several months all my efforts were in vain for the past four times. When I tried for the fifth time in my vehicle, I found I have succeeded. Once again I thank the almighty.
Two wheelers are essentially becoming a part of human life for their movement from one place to another. The two wheelers are being used by the people of all ages. To rest the vehicles in position the bikes are provided with a center stand and a side stand. More often because of moist surface, Rough surface, less space available for parking, Easy operation the side stands are used predominantly. This side stand is fitted additionally to solve the above purpose Many people are driving to wheelers without even knowing signals and symbols of road. There are lot of chances to forget to release the side stand. The side stand when not released back to position due to negligence, absence of mind, urgency etc. This side stand when not released may hit with the ground & may lead to imbalance of the vehicle, which may lead to accident & sometimes Fatal.
As a safety measurement, the side stand under usage should be alarmed to the person in order to effect this an electronic alarm was used.

This alarm is based on IR sensor, placed on side-stand and another IR Sensor, placed coaxially on the base of the engine whenever the side stand is released the sensor circuit closes & alarms gives a beep indication that the stand is in use.
The greatest disadvantage of this electronic sensor indicator is that it may fail, when the sensor is closed or blocked with soil. There also exists failure in electronic circuit of the system, failure to hear beep / alarm due to absence of mind, battery failure, and negligence. Hence there is a essential for the mechanical system to overcome the above said problems. The present invention to overcome the problem of indication of side stand in use. The present invention overcomes the above said disadvantage of electrical & electronic side-stand sensing device. The present invention provides a mechanical means of side-stand arrester & releaser system.
The system comprises of interlock mechanism to the gear System, preferably the gear lever. The side-stand releaser-block the gear lever movement for gear shifting unless the side-stand is released off.
The system comprises of
I. FUNCTIONING UNIT or GEAR LEVER LOCK UNIT or FIRST UNIT
and II. SIDE STAND LOCK & RELEASER (or) SECOND UNIT.
This invention comprises a mechanical system thereby overcomes the disadvantage of system failure due to power failure, clog in the sensor and other electrical failures.
The first unit of the bracket system is fixed with the foot rest pipe to any side by means of butt welding and the second unit bracket system is fixed to the side stand rod by means of butt welding. Now in a slightly modified arrangement the bracket is attached with a bolt for easy mounting and dismounting. Finally we can use both types of arrangements preferably bracket with bolt arrangement.
The special feature of the side stand releaser unit is small in size; it is cheap, simple and best technology, very less maintenance, fully mechanized device.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION:
The present invention of side stand releaser is designed for all geared to wheeler vehicles. I had first tested it in my own vehicle 4 stroke Hero Honda Splendor TN-31 M 4639 and found it working with grand success.
The main core of my invention is a rigid mechanical link is established in between gear sifting lever and the site stand by means of suitable linking mechanism which can be adjusted or altered wherever the situation demands. Hence I claim exclusive patent for the same.
The side-stands releaser to be used in all Geared two wheeler vehicles comprising function unit (or) first unit, and side-stand lock and releaser unit (or) second unit. The first unit consist of a piston with piston head provided with a rubber washer to block the gear lever, and a guide have a bore for piston movement on the top and an outside step for fastening the bracket, a square type bracket is fastened with the top of the guide & projection for seating step of the spring above bracket, guide protects to have a movement of the piston vertical, and place the piston inside of the guide bore along with piston return spring, the piston return spring placed in the guide (provided seating step on the above bracket), cold forged high tensile fasteners steel piston have fine threaded the bottom and a plate washer, and also a adjustment nut with a check nut to place the piston intact with the gear lever with a minimum clearance. Half of the fine threaded (cold forged high tensile fastener) bolt is attached to the bracket by welded, bracket with bolt arrangement consist of a pair of plate washer along with a spring washer & a standard nut with a check nut and to provide for rigid locking to place the unit in position, fit to the foot rest arm, the check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut.
The second unit consists of a (cold forged high tensile fastened) stem fully fine threaded, the stem with stem head provided to arrest the movement of the piston in first unit, an adjustment nut both plate washer in between bracket with bolt arrangement means of a square type bracket have drilled hole for placing the stem, a half of the fine threaded (cold forged high tensile fastener) bolt to the bracket by means of welding, it consist of a pair of plate washer along with a spring washer and a standard nut & a check nut provide for rigid locking to place the unit in position for fit to the side-stand, the check nut rigidly locking the standard nut below the bracket arrangement after the plate washer also a spring washer, a stem standard nut & a check nut to place the stem in position with the first unit have a minimum clearance.

In first method of fixing, the first and second unit is attached to foot arm and side-stand any respectively using a bracket arrangement (or) a bracket with bolted arrangement.
In second method of fixing, the first unit is attached to foot arm by bracket with bolted arrangement and the second unit is attached to side stand arm by welding as per the design consideration of side-stand to meet the system to be in coaxial arrangement.
In another method of fixing, the first unit is attached to foot arm by bracket arrangement and the second unit is attached to side-stand arm by extended bolt arrangement as per the design consideration of gear lever positioning to meet the system to be in coaxial arrangement.
The first unit is attached directly to the foot arm by means of either bracket or bracket with bolted arrangement is welded to the side of the guide.
The side stand releaser units may be attached on either side foot rest arm & side stand arm, based on the gear functioning. As an example for those vehicles which push the 1st gear lever in front side will have the first unit attached to front side of foot arm and vice versa.
The first unit as per invention is adjusted to place the piston in position with gear lever by a minimum clearance by placing the unit on the foot arm by bracket with bolted the unit or by attaching to a straight bracket on either side of foot arm (or) bracket to face angular (or) if this fails the unit is welded to the foot arm such that gear lever, the first unit & second unit are coaxial. First unit attachment means the length of the bolt may vary from 50mm to 130mm.
The second unit as per invention is placed in the side stand arm either by bracket with bolt arrangement in case of pipe; or by bracket arrangement in case of side stand pipe not in axis with the first unit; If both fails there it is welded to the side stand. The Second unit bracket with bolt length may vary from 50mm to 130mm.
The invention also explains the method of fixing such releaser. The method of fixing the side stand releaser is the vehicle comprising the first unit and second unit is attached by the bracket with bolt arrangement (or) bracket (or) bracket with extended bolt arrangement (or) welding arrangement.
Some of the vehicle wants to the extra bracket used in such arrangement may be square shaped (or) wood rough key model (half

moon) (or) rectangle which is welded to foot arm on any side of the foot arm according to the vehicle needed.
The welding is preferably butt welding, the bolt in such arrangement is usually fine threaded to have better fixation.
The above said invention is explained by means of the accomplished drawings therein.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The side stand used in Geared vehicle especially in two wheelers provides rest to the vehicle while parking. This side stand can be used even in smaller parking area, moist surface, rough surface etc. There by provide the balance of the vehicle by maintaining the centre of gravity to lie with in the axis of the vehicle.
The side stand in use to be returned off (or) placed in line with axis of movement before the vehicle is moved in order to have safe travel. So it is necessary to turn the side stand in line with the axis of movement. If they are not returned to original position it may hit the ground and affect balance of vehicle & the passenger traveling on it, which leads to accidents and sometimes fatal.
The present invention uses a mechanical system of interlock with the Gear system preferable to the Gear lever. The side stand releaser blocks the Gear lever movement unless the side stand is released off. The side stand releaser mainly consists of two units' viz. Functioning unit or first unit and second unit (or) lock and releaser unit.
First unit consist of
• Rubber Washer

• Piston return spring
• Guide
• Plate washer
• Adjustment Nut with Check Nut.
• Bracket with bolt arrangement.
• Plate Washers
• Spring Washer
• .Standard Nut
• Check Nut.

Rubber Washer: It is made from quality rubber. It is placed on the piston head by means of vulcanizing solution, at the time of gear shifting it gives a cushioning effect between the gear shift lever and the piston; it avoids wear and tear of gear shift lever.
PISTON: It is made-up of cold forged high tensile fastener with a piston head to arrest the movement of Gear shift lever. It runs along the entire length of the unit. It is fine threaded at the lower half of the piston for holding & adjusting the length of piston with a adjustment nut & a check nut.
PISTON RETURN SPRING: It helps the piston in position with the guide by means of tension. The spring may be having a clearance between the piston and piston return spring is 2mm. The piston is working up and down motion with the help of return spring; its length range may vary from 10mm to 50mm according to the different types of vehicles.
GUIDE: It is made up of Mild Steel. It has a bore for piston movement on the top and outside of the guide have step for fastening the bracket is top guide outer dia is 11mm, height 7mm, the guide is projected above the bracket is 1mm (for spring is sit on the step). The guide is protect the piston free from dust and particles and helps to the movement of the piston vertical only. It have a projection for seating of the spring above bracket, the length of the guide range may vary as noted in the specification SL NO: 203.
PLATE WASHER: It is made from Mild Steel. The plate washer is placed between the guide and the adjustment nut to prevent the damage of the nut & guide.
ADJUSTMENT NUT: It is made of cold forged high tensile fastener. It is hexagonal nut it helps the length of piston to be adjusted such that the piston head locks the Gear shift lever with a minimum clearance is 1mm.
CHECK NUT: It is made of cold forged high tensile fastener it is a hexagonal nut. It prevents the loosening of the adjustment nut by vibration (or) operation. The check nut is rigidly locking the adjustment nut.
BRACKET WITH BOLT ARRANGEMENT: A square type of bracket is used in unit I the bracket is fastened with top of the guide and a bolt is welded with the side of the bracket. The bracket is made of mild steel and the bolt is made of cold forged high tensile fasteners. It is fine threaded at lower half of the bolt. It consists of a pair of plate washer along with a spring washer. It has a standard nut and a check nut to provide for rigid mounting to place the unit in position, fit to the foot rest arm.

PLATE WASHERS: It is mild steel plate washers, which holds on both side of the foot rest arm. The plate washer helps proper flexible fixing to additional parts and the iron plate washers and spring washers are used in wherever needed.
SPRING WASHER: The high tensile spring washer (no. 12) is placed along with the plate washer is a bolt arrangement to give rigid tension on tightening of standard nut. It resists loosening due to jolting (or) vibration, thereby maintaining the tightness of the nut.
STANDARD NUT AND CHECK NUT: Both hexagonal fine threaded nuts are used in both unit I & II. It prevents the loosening of the standard nut by vibration or operation. The check nut is firmly locking the standard nut.
The second unit consists of
1. Stem with stem head
2. Adjustment nut
3. Plate Washers
4. Spring Washer.
5. Stem Standard Nut and Check Nut
6. Bracket with bolt arrangement.
7. Plate Washers.
8. Spring Washer.
9. Standard Nut and Check Nut.
STEM WITH STEM HEAD: The stem is provided with a stem head to arrest the motion of piston; the stem runs along the entire length and is fully fine thread. It is made from cold forged high tensile fasteners.
ADJUSTEMENT NUT: It helps the entire unit to place in its position and also positions the stem intact with the piston with a minimum clearance is 1mm. Both nuts are made from cold forged high tensile fastener. It is a hexagonal nut.
PLATE WASHERS: It is mild steel plate washers (No. 18). Both iron plate washers which holds on both side of the bracket with bolt arrangement the plate washers helps proper flexible fixing to additional parts.

SPRING WASHER: It is placed along with plate washer (no.20). It resists loosening due to jolting or vibrations thereby maintaining the tightness of the nut.
STEM STANDARD NUT AND CHECK NUT: Both hexagonal fine threaded nuts are used. It is made up of cold forged high tensile fastener. Standard nut is keeps the stem in position. The check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut.
BRACKET WITH BOLT ARRANGEMENT: The unit II is also have a bracket is fastened with the side stand by means of bolt and nuts arrangement. The Bracket with Bolt has two plate washers, one spring washer and a standard nut & a check nut. A bracket is made up of square iron flat and has a drilled hole for placing the stem unit. The bracket is welded with a bolt and it is made from cold forged high tensile fastener. Half of the bolt length is fine threaded.
PLATE WASHERS: Both iron plate washers (no.22) were better hold to both side of the side stand pipe. This washers helps proper position to additional parts.
SPRING WASHER: The spring washer (no.23) is placed along with the plate washer and it gives rigid tension on tightening of the standard nut. It resists loosening due to jolting or vibration, there by give better hold of the standard nut.
STANDARD NUT AND CHECK NUT: It is made up of forged high tensile fastener. Both are hexagonal nuts. It prevents the loosening of the standard nut by vibration or operation. The check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:
With reference to the figures 1 to 4, the piston (3) is provided with a piston head (2) above which a rubber washer (1) is placed over it to give cushioning effect to the Gear lever. The guide (7) helps to place piston in position. The guide (7) also provided with Bracket & bolt arrangement (6) to fix to the foot rest arm (or) on the bracket on the foot rest arm. The guide (7) is placed its position by the tension of the piston return spring (4) The piston return spring is placed in the spring seating step (5) provided in the guide (7).The Guide (7) is placed in position or its tension with the spring by an adjustment nut (9) A Check nut (10) lock and release due to jolting or vibration the check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut. The adjustment nut (9) is also fixed / intact using a plate washer (8) below the guide(7) the threaded bolted arrangement (15) is welded to the any one side of the guide i.e. bracket (6). The bracket with bolted arrangement unit consists of a pair of plate washer (11) along with a spring washer (12) to place the unit in position with the foot rest arm. It has a standard nut (13) and check nut is (14).The second unit has a stem (17) provided with a stem head (16). The entire length of the stem is fine threaded to give soft movement. The stem is placed its position with the side stand by a bracket with bolted arrangement (28) provided to fix the unit to the side stand. The stem height is adjusted by using the adjustment nut (18). The bracket (20) is guided by a two plate washer (19) on either side. The second unit is locked using a standard nut (22) and a check nut (23) provided with a spring washer (21) to give tight fitting. The bracket (20) attached with a full threaded stem (17). The bolt arrangement (28) is provided with a pair of plat washer (24) and a spring washer (25) the unit is locked up to the side stand by using a standard nut (26). The check nut (27) is rigidly locking the standard nut (26).

The unit having piston and stem may be varied with length based on the vehicle model selected. Also the unit may be fitted to the vehicle using bracket or welding or bracket with bolted arrangement. Here given below are few examples of the design.

The second unit consists of a (cold forged high tensile fastened) stem fully fine threaded, the stem with stem head provided to arrest the movement of the piston in first unit, an adjustment nut both plate washer in between bracket with bolt arrangement means of a square type bracket have drilled hole for placing the stem, a half of the fine threaded (cold forged high tensile fastener) bolt to the bracket by means of welding, it consist of a pair of plate washer along with a spring washer and a standard nut & a check nut provide for rigid locking to place the unit in position for fit to the side-stand, the check nut rigidly locking the standard nut below the bracket arrangement after the plate washer also a spring washer, a stem standard nut & a check nut to place the stem in position with the first unit have a minimum clearance.

In first method of fixing, the first and second unit is attached to foot arm and side-stand any respectively using a bracket arrangement (or) a bracket with bolted arrangement.
In second method of fixing, the first unit is attached to foot arm by bracket with bolted arrangement and the second unit is attached to side stand arm by welding as per the design consideration of side-stand to meet the system to be in coaxial arrangement.
In another method of fixing, the first unit is attached to foot arm by bracket arrangement and the second unit is attached to side-stand arm by extended bolt arrangement as per the design consideration of gear lever positioning to meet the system to be in coaxial arrangement.
The first unit is attached directly to the foot arm by means of either bracket or bracket with bolted arrangement is welded to the side of the guide.
The side stand releaser units may be attached on either side foot rest arm & side stand arm, based on the gear functioning. As an example for those vehicles which push the 1st gear lever in front side will have the first unit attached to front side of foot arm and vice versa.
The first unit as per invention is adjusted to place the piston in position with gear lever by a minimum clearance by placing the unit on the foot arm by bracket with bolted the unit or by attaching to a straight bracket on either side of foot arm (or) bracket to face angular (or) if this fails the unit is welded to the foot arm such that gear lever, the first unit & second unit are coaxial. First unit attachment means the length of the bolt may vary from 50mm to 130mm.
The second unit as per invention is placed in the side stand arm either by bracket with bolt arrangement in case of pipe; or by bracket arrangement in case of side stand pipe not in axis with the first unit; If both fails there it is welded to the side stand. The Second unit bracket with bolt length may vary from 50mm to 130mm.
The invention also explains the method of fixing such releaser. The method of fixing the side stand releaser is the vehicle comprising the first unit and second unit is attached by the bracket with bolt arrangement (or) bracket (or) bracket with extended bolt arrangement (or) welding arrangement.
Some of the vehicle wants to the extra bracket used in such arrangement may be square shaped (or) wood rough key model (half

moon) (or) rectangle which is welded to foot arm on any side of the foot arm according to the vehicle needed.
The welding is preferably butt welding, the bolt in such arrangement is usually fine threaded to have better fixation.
The above said invention is explained by means of the accomplished drawings therein.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The side stand used in Geared vehicle especially in two wheelers provides rest to the vehicle while parking. This side stand can be used even in smaller parking area, moist surface, rough surface etc. There by provide the balance of the vehicle by maintaining the centre of gravity to lie with in the axis of the vehicle.
The side stand in use to be returned off (or) placed in line with axis of movement before the vehicle is moved in order to have safe travel. So it is necessary to turn the side stand in line with the axis of movement. If they are not returned to original position it may hit the ground and affect balance of vehicle & the passenger traveling on it, which leads to accidents and sometimes fatal.
The present invention uses a mechanical system of interlock with the Gear system preferable to the Gear lever. The side stand releaser blocks the Gear lever movement unless the side stand is released off. The side stand releaser mainly consists of two units' viz. Functioning unit or first unit and second unit (or) lock and releaser unit.
First unit consist of
• Rubber Washer
• Piston
• Piston return spring
• Guide
• Plate washer
• Adjustment Nut with Check Nut.
• Bracket with bolt arrangement.
• Plate Washers
• Spring Washer
• .Standard Nut
• Check Nut.

Rubber Washer: It is made from quality rubber. It is placed on the piston head by means of vulcanizing solution, at the time of gear shifting it gives a cushioning effect between the gear shift lever and the piston; it avoids wear and tear of gear shift lever.
PISTON: It is made-up of cold forged high tensile fastener with a piston head to arrest the movement of Gear shift lever. It runs along the entire length of the unit. It is fine threaded at the lower half of the piston for holding & adjusting the length of piston with a adjustment nut & a check nut.
PISTON RETURN SPRING: It helps the piston in position with the guide by means of tension. The spring may be having a clearance between the piston and piston return spring is 2mm. The piston is working up and down motion with the help of return spring; its length range may vary from 10mm to 50mm according to the different types of vehicles.
GUIDE: It is made up of Mild Steel. It has a bore for piston movement on the top and outside of the guide have step for fastening the bracket is top guide outer dia is 11mm, height 7mm, the guide is projected above the bracket is 1mm (for spring is sit on the step). The guide is protect the piston free from dust and particles and helps to the movement of the piston vertical only. It have a projection for seating of the spring above bracket, the length of the guide range may vary as noted in the specification SL NO: 203.
PLATE WASHER: It is made from Mild Steel. The plate washer is placed between the guide and the adjustment nut to prevent the damage of the nut & guide.
ADJUSTMENT NUT: It is made of cold forged high tensile fastener. It is hexagonal nut it helps the length of piston to be adjusted such that the piston head locks the Gear shift lever with a minimum clearance is 1mm.
CHECK NUT: It is made of cold forged high tensile fastener it is a hexagonal nut. It prevents the loosening of the adjustment nut by vibration (or) operation. The check nut is rigidly locking the adjustment nut.
BRACKET WITH BOLT ARRANGEMENT: A square type of bracket is used in unit I the bracket is fastened with top of the guide and a bolt is welded with the side of the bracket. The bracket is made of mild steel and the bolt is made of cold forged high tensile fasteners. It is fine threaded at lower half of the bolt. It consists of a pair of plate washer along with a spring washer. It has a standard nut and a check nut to provide for rigid mounting to place the unit in position, fit to the foot rest arm.

PLATE WASHERS: It is mild steel plate washers, which holds on both side of the foot rest arm. The plate washer helps proper flexible fixing to additional parts and the iron plate washers and spring washers are used in wherever needed.
SPRING WASHER: The high tensile spring washer (no. 12) is placed along with the plate washer is a bolt arrangement to give rigid tension on tightening of standard nut. It resists loosening due to jolting (or) vibration, thereby maintaining the tightness of the nut.
STANDARD NUT AND CHECK NUT: Both hexagonal fine threaded nuts are used in both unit I & II. It prevents the loosening of the standard nut by vibration or operation. The check nut is firmly locking the standard nut.
The second unit consists of
1. Stem with stem head
2. Adjustment nut
3. Plate Washers
4. Spring Washer.
5. Stem Standard Nut and Check Nut
6. Bracket with bolt arrangement.
7. Plate Washers.
8. Spring Washer.
9. Standard Nut and Check Nut.
STEM WITH STEM HEAD: The stem is provided with a stem head to arrest the motion of piston; the stem runs along the entire length and is fully fine thread. It is made from cold forged high tensile fasteners.
ADJUSTEMENT NUT: It helps the entire unit to place in its position and also positions the stem intact with the piston with a minimum clearance is 1mm. Both nuts are made from cold forged high tensile fastener. It is a hexagonal nut.
PLATE WASHERS: It is mild steel plate washers (No. 18). Both iron plate washers which holds on both side of the bracket with bolt arrangement the plate washers helps proper flexible fixing to additional parts.

SPRING WASHER: It is placed along with plate washer (no.20). It resists loosening due to jolting or vibrations thereby maintaining the tightness of the nut.
STEM STANDARD NUT AND CHECK NUT: Both hexagonal fine threaded nuts are used. It is made up of cold forged high tensile fastener. Standard nut is keeps the stem in position. The check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut.
BRACKET WITH BOLT ARRANGEMENT: The unit II is also have a bracket is fastened with the side stand by means of bolt and nuts arrangement. The Bracket with Bolt has two plate washers, one spring washer and a standard nut & a check nut. A bracket is made up of square iron flat and has a drilled hole for placing the stem unit. The bracket is welded with a bolt and it is made from cold forged high tensile fastener. Half of the bolt length is fine threaded.
PLATE WASHERS: Both iron plate washers (no.22) were better hold to both side of the side stand pipe. This washers helps proper position to additional parts.
SPRING WASHER: The spring washer (no.23) is placed along with the plate washer and it gives rigid tension on tightening of the standard nut. It resists loosening due to jolting or vibration, there by give better hold of the standard nut.
STANDARD NUT AND CHECK NUT: It is made up of forged high tensile fastener. Both are hexagonal nuts. It prevents the loosening of the standard nut by vibration or operation. The check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:
With reference to the figures 1 to 4, the piston (3) is provided with a piston head (2) above which a rubber washer (1) is placed over it to give cushioning effect to the Gear lever. The guide (7) helps to place piston in position. The guide (7) also provided with Bracket & bolt arrangement (6) to fix to the foot rest arm (or) on the bracket on the foot rest arm. The guide (7) is placed its position by the tension of the piston return spring (4) The piston return spring is placed in the spring seating step (5) provided in the guide (7).The Guide (7) is placed in position or its tension with the spring by an adjustment nut (9) A Check nut (10) lock and release due to jolting or vibration the check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut. The adjustment nut (9) is also fixed / intact using a plate washer (8) below the guide(7) the threaded bolted arrangement (15) is welded to the any one side of the guide i.e. bracket (6). The bracket with bolted arrangement unit consists of a pair of plate washer (11) along with a spring washer (12) to place the unit in position with the foot rest arm. It has a standard nut (13) and check nut is (14).The second unit has a stem (17) provided with a stem head (16). The entire length of the stem is fine threaded to give soft movement. The stem is placed its position with the side stand by a bracket with bolted arrangement (28) provided to fix the unit to the side stand. The stem height is adjusted by using the adjustment nut (18). The bracket (20) is guided by a two plate washer (19) on either side. The second unit is locked using a standard nut (22) and a check nut (23) provided with a spring washer (21) to give tight fitting. The bracket (20) attached with a full threaded stem (17). The bolt arrangement (28) is provided with a pair of plat washer (24) and a spring washer (25) the unit is locked up to the side stand by using a standard nut (26). The check nut (27) is rigidly locking the standard nut (26).
The present invention can be best explained by the given example.

The present invention of side stand releaser is designed for 4 stoke Hero Honda Splendor and all geared two wheeler vehicles. The
units is manufactured with following dimensional specification is given in a separate sheet.

Claims
I claim:
1. The main core of my invention is a rigid mechanical link is established
in between gear sifting lever and the site stand by means of suitable linking
mechanism which can be adjusted or altered wherever the situation
demands, hence I claim exclusive patent for the same, the side-stands
releaser to be used in all Geared two-wheeler vehicles comprising function
unit (or) first unit, and side-stand lock and releaser unit (or) second unit.
The first unit consist of a piston with piston head provided with a rubber
washer to block the gear lever, and a guide have a bore for piston
movement on the top and an outside step for fastening the bracket, a
square type bracket is fastened with the top of the guide & projection for
seating step of the spring above bracket, guide protects to have a
movement of the piston vertical, and place the piston inside of the guide
bore along with piston return spring, the piston return spring placed in the
guide (provided seating step on the above bracket), cold forged high
tensile fasteners steel piston have fine threaded the bottom and a plate
washer, and also a adjustment nut with a check nut to place the piston
intact with the gear lever with a minimum clearance. Half of the fine
threaded (cold forged high tensile fastener) bolt is attached to the bracket
by welded, bracket with bolt arrangement consist of a pair of plate washer
along with a spring washer & a standard nut with a check nut and to
provide for rigid locking to place the unit in position, fit to the foot rest arm,
the check nut is rigidly locking the standard nut,
The second unit consists of a (cold forged high tensile fastened) stem fully fine threaded, the stem with stem head provided to arrest the movement of the piston in first unit, an adjustment nut both plate washer in between bracket with bolt arrangement means of a square type bracket have drilled hole for placing the stem, a half of the fine threaded (cold forged high tensile fastener) bolt to the bracket by means of welding, it consist of a pair of plate washer along with a spring washer and a standard nut & a check nut provide for rigid locking to place the unit in position for fit to the side-stand, the check nut rigidly locking the standard nut below the bracket arrangement after the plate washer also a spring washer, a stem standard nut & a check nut to place the stem in position with the first unit have a minimum clearance.
2. The side stand release as claimed in claiml, where the piston is
vertically positioned inside the guide bore for up and down movement and
the length of the piston in the first unit range may vary from 50mm to
130mm.

3. The side stand releaser as claimed in claiml, where in the spring is
the first unit is placed on the seating step of the guide provided the
necessary tension for positioning the piston and the length of the return
spring range may vary from 10mm to 50mm.
4. The side stand releaser as claimed in claim 1, where the guide is in the first unit is varied in the length such that it position the piston below the gear lever with minimum clearance and the guide length range may vary from 30mm to 80mm.
5. The side stand releaser as claimed in claiml, where in the first unit is attached to the foot arm and the second unit is attached to the side stand arm in both unit either using a bracket with bolt arrangement (or) bracket welded arrangement (or) extended bolt arrangement (or) welding arrangement (or) bolt arrangement
6. The side stand releaser as claimed in claim 5, where in the both unit
length of the bracket with bolt arrangement range may vary from 50mm to
130mm.
7. The side stand releaser as claimed in claiml, where in the stem, the
second unit is varied in the length such that which arrest in the motion of
the piston, the stem length range may vary from 40mm to 80mm.
8. The method of fixing the side stand releaser in the vehicle comprising
the first unit and the second unit is attached different types of bracket by
welding arrangement on the foot arm and side stand pipe (or) bracket with
bolt arrangement (or) bracket arrangement (or) extended bolt arrangement
(or) welding arrangement
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, where in the straight bracket (or)
angular bracket used in such arrangement is square shaped or wood
rough key shaped (half shape of the moon) (or) rectangular in geometry
and the bracket is welded to the foot arm on any one side and the second
unit is bolted (or) bracket with extended bolt (or) welded to the side stand
arm, the welding is butt welding.
