CHARCOAL PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF CHARCOAL WITHOUT AIR POLLUTION

Abstract A system and method for production of chaecoal from coconut shell dispensed with air pollution. The system provided with burning system within the periphery of the chimney to burn the gas that relased from the kiln. The gas with swmoke relesed from the kiln started burning when reachjes the burning the burning system continuously to release no pollutant to the environment.

TITLE

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to production of charcoal by using coconut shell. This charcoal plant is unique, for ft is only of its kind for producing charcoal without air pollution. More particularly this invention relates to charcoal production without affecting the environment i.e,. plants, animals or human beings.
OBJECT OF INVENTION:
This invention is to control and to avoid pollution and polluting the air, the ozone layers
during the production of charcoal.
NOVELTY:
When charcoal is produced the
environment get polluted leading !o various problems, !n my novelty the polluting smoke
is burnt and the environmental pollution is controlled.
SUMMARY:
For decades, the production of charcoal Is by way of using coconut sheil. while converting the coconut shell into charcoal, 2/3 of its weight goes out as the white fumes (smoke) and 1/3 of it weight obtained as charcoal. The smoke that comes out pollute the environment in large scale by way of deposition of smoke over the leaves, plants which contains oily ingredients while inhaling such smoke mixed in the air causes various breathing problems with the humans and animals.
The Inventor has made with great effort to provide a method which meets the requirements of the Industry and over come the problems associated in the prior art.
The prior art is nothing but, mixing the smoke directly in the air which pollutes the environment & atmosphere at great levels.
At the outset of the description that follows it is to be understood that ensuring the description Illustrate only the particular form of this invention. However, such particular

form is only a exemplary embodiment without intending to imply any limitation on the scope of the Invention. Accordingly the description is to be understood as an exemplary embodiment and reading of the invention is not intended to be taken restrictively.
The forgoing description outlined is rather broadly preferred and alternative feature of the present invention., so that those skilled in the art may better understand the detailed description of the invention that follows.
Additional feature of the invention will be described hereinafter that form the subject of claims of the invention. Those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed consumption and specific embodiment as a basic for designing and modifying other structure for caning out the same purposes of the present invention. Those skilled in the art should realize such equivalent consumption do not depart from the spirit & scope of the invention in its broadest form.
As per the requirement the charcoal plant can be constructed.
Now the invention will be described In detail in the following description. The nature of the invention and the manner in which the invention is to be performed are clearly described in the following description.
The diagram of the construction of the invention (charcoal plant) and the process in steps involved in constructing the said invention is shown in the diagram accompanying in the specification.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
For the production of charcoal from " coconut shell', a Klin-1, measuring around 16 Feet Length. 6 Feet breath, 7 Feet Depth. (The depth could be change according to the quantum of the production). A Klin should be in four numbers as shown in the figure.
The coconut shell - 2 are dumped in the Klin & it is burnt in such a way that it produces smoke continuously. The smoke that exist from this, is conveyed through 5 tubes - 3 as shown in the figure, at the upper surface below the ground and the other end all these five as one junction - 4 as shown in the figure.

And from this junction a separate big tube- 5 as shown in the figure is fitted a bigger path for exit of smoke Is made, it is controlled at a specific place movable M.S. Plate burner-6 by constructing a circular chimney-7. at a some height, where the smoke is burnt. The inner side of the Chlmney-8 as shown in thefigure, where the fire burnt Is built up with the fire bricks which could withstand excessive heat for burning the smoice, four L.P.G Gun-9 as shown in the figure is fitted & connected to the M.S.Piate burner-6 for burning the smolce, if the burner is Ignited the smolce burns and In a short while, the fire brick portion of chimney - ยง reaches its ignition states which facilitates the burning of the smoke, the fire is able to bum uninterruptedly as long as the smoke comes out from the Win. The L.P.G supply could be halted in 20 to 30 minutes. Thus the polluting smoke is burnt and the environmental pollution is controlled while production of the charcoal.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION
While production of the charcoal by way of prior art various complaint have been lodged with the revenue department and the pollution control department that the atmosphere is polluted with the smoke. In my novel "smoke burning process" the worker in the charcoal production unit and the public are spared from pollution and the ozone system and the environmental degradation are stalled.
There is no need for specific trained personnel to operate it, any one can make it function if this mechanism is put up.
This mechanism Is in operation for the past 4 years and there is no room for complaints from the public, revenue department, pollution control board or the Government regarding environmental degradation.







CLAIM:
1. A method of constructions/process of production of charcoal without air pollution, comprises the following steps
a) The charcoal plant
b) construction of the kiln
c) manner the 5 tubes connected to the klin and io the junction

d) the bigger path tube from junction connected to the chimney.
e) placement of the movable M.S.Plate burner
f) L.P.G. Gun connected to the burner
g) the Manner the inner Chimney constructed by using fire bricks
h) the process of burning the smoke inside the Chimney
i) the construction of the plant as shown in the figure.
