Abstract | There is disclosed a novel shock absorption unit for use in systems where the damages done to the contact surfaces due to sudden impact forces are to be eliminated or substantially reduced comprising a pair of sub-units, each sub-unit having an outer member housing a co-axially disposed inner member with annular spaces there between said annular spaces being provided with rubber pips to hold the said two members tightly in positions, in each said sub-unit, the two sub-units being operably connected to each other other and also adopted to be mounted to the system where needed. |
