Title of Invention | AN IMPROVED HANDLE STRIP OF PRESSURE COOKERS |
---|---|
Abstract | An improved handle strip of pressure cookers comprises bush threads that allow the aluminium rivet to be riveted from the bottom of the handle. This leads to smooth top surface and improvement in handling of cooker as the rivet, which gets warm will now not be in contact of users hand and there will be no chance of burning the fingers while handling the handle strip of pressure cooker. |
Full Text | Field of the Invention The invention relates to an improved handle strip of pressure cookers wherein the device consists of a handle with a smooth top surface which leads to proper handling as there is no metal (aluminium) rivet that can warm up and harm the user; bush threads on the bottom of the strip of handle causes the metal rivet to be placed at the bottom of strip thus leading to smooth top surface. Description of the Related Art In general, in the conventional cookers the handle strip has two holes. Aluminium is riveted into the holes and attached to handle by pressing the riveted aluminium. There is a defect in the conventional handle strip: a. It is difficult to handle the handle strip of the pressure cooker while cooking because as the aluminium riveted in the handle strip gets warmed up and one has the chances of burning the fingers while handling it. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To solve the above-described problems, it is an objective of the present invention to make the present invention more advantageous and technically sound than the conventional handle strip and the defect has been removed: a. In which the handle strip has smooth surface on the top of the strip i.e. without holes. b. No chances of burning the fingers while handling the handle strip of pressure cooker. The principal of the present invention is to produce a handle strip, which is safe in handling the handle strip. An improved handle strip of pressure cookers comprising of a handle strip which is made up of any insulating material preferably bakelite characterized in that the handle strip has two brass bush threads at the bottom that helps to screw from the bottom of the strip so that there is a smooth surface on the top of the handle strip. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The above objective and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the attached drawings in which reference numerals indicate corresponding parts in the figure. The invention is illustrated with the diagrams as follows Fig 1. Shows the sectional view of the handle strip Fig 2. Shows the bottom view of the handle strip DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Now, a device for improved handle strip for pressure cookers according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and according to the method will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. The Bakelite handle strip (1) is molded with brass bush threads (3) as shown in figure 1 and 2. The handle strip (1) is attached with the cooker handle by screwing the cooker handle to the bush threads (3) of the handle strip (1). Bush threads at the bottom of strip allow riveting from the bottom of strip. Thus making the strip's top smooth without any rivet to warm and user friendly. The material used for handle strip is not restricted to bakelite only it can be any non insulating plastic material and the mcial used for brass threads is also not restricted to brass metal. While this invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, il will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. We Claim: - 1 . An improved handle strip of pressure cookers comprising of a handle strip which is made up of any insulating material preferably bakelite characterized in that the handle strip has two brass bush threads at the bottom that helps to screw from the bottom of the strip so that there is a smooth surface on the top of the handle strip. 2. An improved handle strip of pressure cookers as claimed in claim 1 wherein there are no screws at the top of handle so that the top of the handle does not get warm. 3. An improved handle strip of pressure cookers substantially as described and illustrated in the specification. |
