The Patent Act, 1970 (39 of 1970) (Section 10; Rule 13) "PORTABLE TOBACCO & LIME PASTE STORER CUM CHARGE PREPARATORY MR, AMOL MADMJKAR WAKODKAR (Indian National), having office at Ambika Nagar, AT. PO. Maikapur, Tah. Akoh, Dist. Akola-444 004, India. The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention & the manner in which it is performed: *b t\*r "rhe present invention relates to a product which is a "Portable Tobacco & Lime Paste Storer Jlum Charge Preparator". Portable Tobacco & Lime Paste Storer Cum Charge Preparator is a device which stores 35CC volume of dry tobacco of any brand and 05 CC volume of lime paste and also mixes the tobacco and lime paste uniformly. It is very handy and pocket size device made from plastic. "Portable Tobacco & Lime Paste Storer Cum Charge Preparator" is a device which stores 35CC Volume of dry tobacco of any brand and 05 CC Volume of lime paste and also mixes the tobacco and lime paste uniformly. It is very handy and pocket size device made from plastic. Generally this invented device stores tobacco and lime paste in modern style with regulation and charge preparation facility than the existing device which stores tobacco and lime paste in old style. There is no technical back up in existing device. However the conventional methods have many disadvantages over the present invention. Some of them are mentioned below :- In the conventional device tobacco is to be taken manually by opening cover on plan. In the existing device lime paste have to taken by opening the cover. Manually by means finger. In the existing device mixing of tobacco and lime to be made on palm open to atmosphere by means of fingers which causes irritation to skin of palm and dirtiness of palm. 2 |In existing device humidification of tobacco and dehydration of lime paste takes place while storage. There is pollution & nuisance while preparing the mixture of tobacco in conventional device. The present invention has its principal objection to develop a charge preparatory, which will overcome the drawbacks of existing device. The first objective of the present device is to stores tobacco and lime paste in modern style with regulation and charge preparation facility. The other objective is to facilitate to inject lime paste inside the chamber in required quantity just by pressing at press plate. The present device should reduces humidification of tobacco and dehydration of lime paste while storage and use. The other objective that it should be Environmental friendly, no pollution or nuisance while preparing the mixture of tobacco and lime paste as it takes place inside charge preparatory chamber. The newly developed device charges tobacco automatically inside the charge preparator chamber. Besides storage of dry tobacco and lime paste the device facilitates to prepare mixture of tobacco and lime paste in desired strength. It is very simple in operation. Light weight, handy and pocket sized. 3 |For making portable tobacco and lime paste storer cum charge prepartor plastic injection moulding machine of desired capacity is required. Raw materials for this device are plastic granuals of desired quality, synthetic rubber sheet of 0.5 mm thickness with high grade of elasticity and adhesive. DETAIL DESCRIPTION ; - Portable Tobacco & Lime Paste Storer Cum Charge Preparator has primarily three sections: One is the section of 35 CC Volume stores dry tobacco of any brand with sliding damper facility to charge dry tobacco in charge preparator chamber. It charges in charge preparation chamber by dual combination of technique i.e. shocks caused due to body movement and gravitational force. And it can be charged to meet immediate / frequent requirement just by shaking the device in hand.: Second is the section of 05CC volume lime paste store which is provided with such a cover which facilitates to supply desired quantity of lime paste to charge preparator just by pressing the cover. The cover is a subassembly of 0.5 mm thick rubber sheet adhere to frame and press plate. Third section called as charge preparator. It is provided with manual rotatable blades mounted on (inside) of hinged cover to mix tobacco and lime paste uniformly. Blades are rotated clockwise or counter clockwise by means of knob cum blade holder provided on outer side of cover. On achieving the desired mixture, it can be directly discharge on palm. 4 Entire process takes maximum 2 to 3 minutes. The present invention will now be explained in details with the help of Figure 1 and Figure 2 of accompanying drawings: Figure 1 shows the assembly of portable tobacco and lime paste storer cum charge preparator. Figure 2 shows the sub assembly in (5), (6) and (7). Figure 1 illustrates main body (1), Sliding damper (2), main body cover (3), main body"s sliding & self locking cover (4), rubber sheet A 0.5mm thickness (5), lime paste storage cover frame (6), press plate (7), charge preparator blade along with square coupling (8), charge preparator chamber"s hinged cover (9), blade holder cum rotating knob (10). Figure 2 illustrates 0.5mm thickness rubber sheet (5), Frame (6), press plate (7). All the above components are just injection moulded from plastic granuals of desired quality on plastic injection moulding machine of required capacity. Only rubber sheet and adhesive to be outsourced as its manufacturing is not in the scope of basic device as its manufacturing cost is negligible. Assembly of device: For constructing this device take main body (1), and put sliding damper (2) inside the slot of main body, paste the main body cover (3), on main body (1), by means of adhesive. Put main body"s sliding & self locking cover (4). Couple the blade (8), 5 and rotating knob (10), on the charge preparator cover (9), and hinge the assembly by means of hinge pin (11). Take a cut size of 0.5 mm thickness rubber sheet (5), and paste by means of adhesive upon frame (6). Now paste press plate (7), inside the frame (6), by means of adhesive slide fit subassembly of (5), (6), (7) on lime paste storer. At last check the entire assembly against accurancy and finishing and operation against any sort of fouling. Cost of device estimated Rs. 25/- per piece of finished assembly. Process of using the device : Load the tobacco in tobacco storage chamber and put the self locking sliding cover (4), keep close sliding damper (2). Load the lime paste in lime paste storage chamber and put the sliding cover (subassembly (5,6,7). Open the sliding damper (2), and charge the tobacco in charge preparator chamber by means of duel mechanism provided in device or just by shaking the device. Now open the charge prepartor chamber cover to ensure quantity of dry tobacco and then press at press plate provided upon lime paste storage to take required quantity of paste lime in charge preparator chamber. Close the charge preparator chamber cover and start rotating blades by means of knob clockwise/counterclockwise to mix tobacco and lime uniformly. -8 APR im Now open the charge preparator chambers cover and discharge the prepared charge an the palm. At last close the charge preparator chambers cover and keep open the sliding to get next charge of dry tobacco ready in charge preparator chamber. Entire process takes maximum 2 or 3 minute. This device which stores the dry tobacco of any brand i.e. 35 CC by volume and lime paste i.e. 05CC by volume. It charges dry tobacco i.e. 05 CC by volume in charge preparator chamber and facilitates to take required quantity of lime paste in charge preparator chamber. Ultimately it allows to prepare the mixture of desired strength. It mixes the dry tobacco and lime paste uniformly with no fine dust emissions in surroundings. Beside this it facilitates to charge tobacco automatically inside charge preparation chamber rather than to be taken manually by opening cover on plam. In this charge preparation it facilitates to inject lime paste inside the chamber in required quantity just by pressing at press, plate but in existing device lime paste have to taken by opening the cover manually by means of finger on palm which further remained stuck up to finger. I CLAIM : 1. A portable tobacco and lime paste store cum charge preparator comprising a main body, a sliding damper inside the said main body for discharging the tobacco, a main body cover, a sliding & self locking cover for the main body, a lime paste storer consisting a rubber sheet of 0.5mm thickness, lime paste storage cover frame, press plate for discharging the required lime, a charge preparatory provided with a rotatable blade mounted to a hinged cover from inside, the said blade is coupled to a rotating knob provided on outer side of the said hinged cover and a hinge pin to fix the said hinged cover to the main body. 2. The device as claimed in claim 1, where in 35 cc by volume dry tobacco is store and 0.5CC by Volume lime paste. 3. The device as claimed in claims 1 or 2, where in a charge preparator mixes the dry tobacco and lime paste already charged into the charge preparatory chamber just by clockwise and counter clockwise rotation of mixing blades by means of knob provided outside the cover. 4. A portable tobacco and lime paste store cum charge preparator substantially described as here in with reference to the figure 1 & figure 2 of accompanying drawing.
