The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.






The present invention relates to "A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS" plant, is used for preparing animal foods and the method for preparing them and more particularly concerned with animal foods of the type which comprise a food mixture containing rice bran, ground nut, Sal seed, Soya, Soya meal, wheat bran, gram bran, all types of de-oiled cake and all types of husks meal compressed in cylindrical shape beans or pellets. A compressed bean based composite, which is economical to store and transport.
The edible bean industry has been rapidly expanding in much area. This expansion of the industry has created a surplus of bean byproducts such as splits and chips, which are basically broken. It is well known that beans can provide a great deal of protein at very low cost and the quality and digestibility of beans can be improved by consuming them with cereal grains. In the conventional process animal foods are provided in mostly in powder and cake form. But for easy transport & storage manufactures are compressed food to make this food in chips and beans form. But due to manufacturing process when the beans are broken,it creates wastage and effect the production cost. But in this food beans the contains amount of the molasses are very less. If percentage contains of molasses is increased upto 20%, to get the high amount of energy, pellet beans are not made properly and it converted into the powder form and it creates wastage. Also when the percentage contains of the molasses if?

increased then in the moisture atmosphere, blades are freeze in this mixture so, when the mixing process is stared after a long time sometimes blades of the mixture is breakdown, which increased production cost. To reduce the production cost and wastage, present invention "A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTORING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS" is invented. The present invention will be described with greater specific and clarity with reference to following drawings:

A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR
MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS comprising intake screw conveyor (1) with plurality of screw links(3A), horizontal column (2), bearing bore (3), anchor block (4), belt (5), bucket (6), storage bin (7), gate valve (8A), vertical column (9), solid-liquid mixture tank (10), liquid storage tank (10A), molasses pipe(ll), pellet mill(12), way of pellet bin(13), belt conveyors(14), cooler or dryer(15) wherein bearing bore (3) is fitted into the intake screw conveyor(l) where anchor block(4) is provided to hold the rotor of conveyor horizontally; belt(5) is fitted at the vertical column(9) to carry the materials in powder form food mixture(lA) into the buckets(6), gate valve (8A) is provided between storage bin(7) and solid-liquid mixture tank(10); one end of the molasses pipe(ll) is fitted with the solid liquid

mixture tank(10) and the other end is fitted with the liquid storage tank(10A); way of pellet mill bin(13) is connected to mixture of solid-liquid mixture tank(10) and the pellet mill(12); one end of the belt conveyor(14) is fitted at the output down stage of the pellet mill and the other end of the belt conveyor(14) is fitted at the top of the cooler or dryer(15). The pitch distance of each link (3A) is 150mm. The bearing bore (3) diameter is 50mm and the size of the bearing is u.c.210 z.z., wherein the bearing housing is flange. The width of the belt (5) is 200mm. The number & size of buckets (6) can be increased. The liquid mixture tank(10A) is fitted above the solid- liquid mixture tank(10), wherein the molasses pipe(ll) is directly connected with solid-liquid mixture tank(10) and the solid-liquid mixture tank(10) is directly connected with pellet mill(12) through the way of pellet mill(13). The cylindrical shape die & fly wheel are fitted inside the pellet mill bin (12) wherein pellet mill(12) bore diameter is made as 120mm and the flywheel is provided with eleven grooves. The fins(16) are provided as the outside of the cooler or dryer(15) and diameter of the suction pipe for air cooler is increased upto 8 inch and the flap valve(17) is provided as the top of the dryer(15). The device further comprises suction blower (18) connected to cooler of dryer(15), wherein size of rotor form of suction blower (18) is increased from 18 inch to 22 inches and section diameter is increased from 6 inch to 7.75 inches and the shape of the blades of suction blower (18).And the separator (19) is provided at the output of the cooler or dryer(15).

In FIG. l the powder of various fine or rough materials form foods (1A) are laying on the ground level of horizontal column (2) which comprise a food mixture containing rice bran, ground nut, Sal seed, Soya, Soya meal, wheat bran, gram bran, rice bran, de-oiled rice bran, powder of any husk or husks themselves which laying onto the ground level of screw intake conveyor (1). The pitch distance of each screw links (3A) are 125mm to 150mm and metallurgy specifications is in the form of E.N. Steel grade 18, of rotor. Bearing bore (3) diameter is changed from 40 mm to 50 mm and bearing size is also changed from u.c. 208 to u.c. 210 z.z.. Bearing housing is changed from pedestal to Flange. Anchor block (4) is provided at equal distance along the length of screw. Introduced stainless steel liner in stationary body, so very lower degree of brake down and lower wear and tear is occurred. Then the width of belt (5) are increased from 175mm to 200mm and number of buckets (6) & their size are increased which reduce the use of H.P. from 2 H.P. to 1 H.P. so, the ultimate yield is lower cost or more economical operations or process. One storage bin (7) is directly connected above continuous mixture. One feeder with movable Gate Valve (8A) is introduce between bin and batch mixture. For different density of material and for better mixing process as per density of powder materials the mixing for heavy and lights material is mixed i.e. we can get through mixing entered into the solid-liquid mixture tank mixture (10). Molasses in directly entered though the molasses pipe (11) into this solid-liquid mixture tank (10) from the liquid storage tank (10A). Then this mixture is directly entered into the pellet mill bin (12) through the way of pellet bin (13) in the pellet mill (12) the cylindrical shape die is fitted for

cylindrical shape beans. At the output of this pellet mill (12), cylindrical beans are very hot and the cylindrical hot beans are comes at down stage of the pellet mill (12), In the pellet mill (12) shaft bore diameter is made as 120mm and flywheel is provided with eleven grooves. Eccentricity of central shaft is made as 20mm and outside diameter of press role cell can be utilized upto 180mm.
At this stage power is save upto 30 H.P. Then the output food beans are loaded on the inclined belt conveyors (14) form this down stage of the pellet mill (12), which saves the power 1 H.P. The concave belt is used as a inclined belt conveyors. The cooler or dryer (15) is fitted at the other end of the conveyor belt (14). The cylindrical shape beans are pass through the cooler or dryer (15) where the centrifugal exhaust of atmospheric air is provided to cool the beans. There are also fins (16) are provided for more or far better cooling areas and air suction pipe diameter is also increased upto 8 inches. Then the flap valve (16) is provided on the top of dryer (15) unit to provide higher volumetric efficiency. In the suction blower (18) size of rotor from is increased upto 24 inches and section diameter is increased upto 7.75 inches. The shapes of the blades are converted into the curved shape. Then it reduced speed or rpm of the blower (18). At the output of this cooler vibrator separator (19) is provided to septet animal food beans and broken partials material. At the down stage of the broken particles collector horizontal conveyor belt (14) is provided to load the broken material into the horizontal column (2) and at the down stage of the beans collector bags are putted to fill them (i.e. finished goods).

We Claim:
1. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS comprising intake screw conveyor (1) with plurality of screw links(3A), horizontal column (2), bearing bore (3), anchor block (4), belt (5), bucket (6), storage bin (7), gate valve (8A), vertical column (9), solid-liquid mixture tank (10), liquid storage tank (10A), molasses pipe(ll), pellet mill(12), way of pellet bin(13), belt conveyors(14), cooler or dryer(15) wherein
(a) bearing bore (3) is fitted into the intake screw conveyor(l) where anchor block(4) is provided to hold the rotor of conveyor horizontally;
(b)belt(5) is fitted at the vertical column(9) to carry the materials in powder form food mixture(lA) into the buckets(6),
(c) gate valve (8A) is provided between storage bin(7) and solid-liquid mixture tank(10);
(d)one end of the molasses pipe(ll) is fitted with the solid liquid mixture tank(10) and the other end is fitted with the liquid storage tank(10A);
(e)way of pellet mill bin(13) is connected to mixture of solid-liquid mixture tank(10) and the pellet mill(12);
(f) one end of the belt conveyor(14) is fitted at the output down stage of the pellet mill and the other end of the belt conveyor(14) is fitted at the top of the cooler or dryer(15).

2. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein pitch distance of each link (3A) is 150mm.
3. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein bearing bore (3) diameter is 50mm.
4. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein bearing size is u.c.210z.z..
5. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein bearing housing is flange.
6. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein width of the belt . (5) is 200mm.

9. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein molasses pipe(l 1) is directly connected with solid-liquid mixture tank(10).
10. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR
MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK
ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein solid-liquid
mixture tank(10) is directly connected with pellet mill(12) through the way of pellet mill(13).

ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein cylindrical shape die
& fly wheel are fitted inside the pellet mill bin (12).

12.A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 11 wherein pellet mill(12) bore diameter is made as 120mm and the flywheel is provided with eleven grooves.
13. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein fins(16) are provided a* the outside of the cooler or dryer(15).

ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein diameter of the suction pipe for air cooler is increased upto 8 inch.

ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein flap valve(17) is
provided at the top of the dryer(15).
16. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 further comprises suction

blower (18) connected to cooler or dryer(15), wherein size of rotor form of suction blower (18) is increased from 18 inch to 22 inches and section diameter is increased from 6 inch to 7.75 inches.
17. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein shape of the blades of suction blower (18) is curved.
18.A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS as claimed in claim 1 wherein separator (19) is provided at the output of the cooler, or dryer(15).
19. A DIFFERENTIATED MIXING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING NON-TRADITIONAL LIVE STOCK ANIMAL FEEDS substantially herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
