Abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing non-grain-oriented electrical sheet, according to which a steel starting material, especially prerolled slabs heated to a reheat temperature < 1250 degree C and directly used cast strips or thin slabs, which contain (1n % by weight) C: < 0.06%, Si: 0.03-2.5% A1:< 0.4%; Mn:0.05 to 1.0%; S: < 0.02%,and possibly other alloy additions, the remainder being made up of iron and standard accompanying elements. The starting material is fed into a finishing roll stand at a run-in tempature of < 1100 degree C and hot-rolled to a hot-rolled strip having a thickness < 3.5 mm at a final rolling temparature (T ET)> 770 degree C.The hot-rolled strip is then reeled at a reeling temparature (T HT) which depends on the final rolling temparature, pickled and after pickling cold-rolled in several passes to a cold-rolled strip having a thickness of between 0.2 and 1 mm, with a maximum total deformation degree of 85%.The cold-rolled strip then undergoes a final treatment.The above method makes it possible to produce a wide range of high - quality non-grain-oriented electrical sheets with improved magnetic properties. |
