Full Text FILED OF INVENTION PROGRESSIVE TILLER
The invention of Progressive Tiller is an invention of a novel type tiller. By which we shall get more tilling capacity than any other tiller. This cultivation is being done by the following Process
(I) The tiller tills the soil to the direction where soil gives less pressure i.e.
the tiller digs the soil towards backward direction.
(II) At the time of tilling its own weight creates downward pressure where
extra downward pressure is compulsory to ordinary tiller. For this the input
power requirement is reduced.
(III) At the time of tilling direct friction does not occur with the soil as the plough shears are rigidly connected with the outer edge of some wheels which set by the help of ball bearing for this the input power requirement is reduced.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION WITH REGARD TO
THE DRAWBACK OF ASSOCIATED WITH KNOWN ART
PROGRESSIVE TILLER
General normal tiller works against the fractional force of the earth. By this way the power requirement for cuitivated of land is high. On the contrary this new type of tiller work towards the friction as the tiller digs the soil towards direction. By this way the process is more efficient than that of other normal tiller because the input power requirement is less. More over in case of normal tiller driving wheel is required i.e. additional fractional Force between the wheel and the earth is again enhanced. On the other hand driving wheel for this new type of tiller is not required and by this way extra input power requirement for overcoming the factional force between the driving wheel and earth is eliminated. More over at the time of tilling its own weight creates downward pressure where extra downward pressure is compulsory to ordinary tiller. By this way input power requirement is also less.
SUMMARY OF INVNETION
PROGRESSIVE TILLER
The progressive tiller comprises of at least three wheels plurality of plough sheers, two shafts, four wheels for movement of the tiller from one place to another, seven
joining rods, a trolley, a ladder, a handle, a rod for applying force by the bullocks or
buffaloes, connector, two paddles, at least two numbers of pinion and an engine with

pulley and belt.
Characterized in that the digging can be done by its self weight and by the help of
frictional force in the backward direction.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWING
PROGRESSIVE TILLER
The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing of Figure - 1.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF INVENTION
PROGRESSIVE TILLER

Progressive tiller is particularly made to get more tilling capasity than any other normal tillers. Its productivity in comparison to other tiller is high i.e. less amount of digging force is required at the time of cultivation of land.
It comprises of at least three wheels for plough-shears (2, 3, 4) and a number of plough shears (14) which are rigidly connected with the outer edge of the wheels (2, 3,4) and two shafts (16, 20) by which the wheels for plough -shears-( 2, 3, 4) and wheels (15,19, 17, 18) for movement of the tiller from one place to another are rigidly connected. The tiller also comprises of seven joining rods (6) which join the two shafts (16, 20) and a trilly (v, 8) where seating arrangement of the driver is proposed and where extra load can be accommodated when comparatively hard earth required to the cultivated. It also comprises of fourwheels (15, 19, 17, 18) for the movement of the tiller from one place to another and a ladder (1) which is rigidly connected with the backward shaft (16). If necessary there will be an arrangement for raising the ladder upward position. It also comprises of a handle (5) by which the tiller may be turned to any direction an a rod (9) which is used for applying force by the bullocks, buffaloes etc. at the time of cultivation. It also comprises of a connector (8) which connects the rod (9) and the front rod of the joining rods (6). For better transmission of motion two paddles (12, 13) and at least two number of penion (11) arc also provided. Alternatively an engine (21) with pulley (22, 23) and belt (24) are also provided in absence of manual power.

I CLAIM
1. The progressive tiller comprises of at least three wheels (2,3,4), plurality of prough
sheers (14), two shafts (16,20), four wheels (15, 19,17,18) for movement of the
tiller from one place to another, seven joining rods (6), a trolly (7,10), a ladder (1),
a handle (5), a rod (9) for applying force by the bullocks or buffaloes, a connector
(8), two paddles (12. 13), at least two numbers of pinion (110 and an engine (21)
with pulleys (2, 23) and belt (24),
Characterized in that the digging can be done by its self weight and by the help of frictional force in the backward direction.
2. The progressive tiller as claimed in claim (1) wherein at the time of digging, the
wheels for movement (15, 19, 17, 18) do not touch the earth.
3. Progressive tiller substantially as herein described particularly with reference to the
accompanying drawing.
The progressive tiller is a novel type tiller. It comprises of at least three wheels (2, 3, 4), plurality of plough shares (14), two shafts (16, 20), four wheels
(15, 19, 17, 18) for movement of the tiller from one place to another,
seven joining rods (6), a trolley (7, 10), a ladder (1), a handle (5), a rod
(9) for applying force by the bullocks or buffaloes, a connector (8), two paddles (12, 13), at least two numbes of pinion (11) and an engine (21) with pulleys (22, 23) and belt (24).
