Full Text	ORIGINAL 460/MUM/2004 THE PATENT ACT, 1970 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION (SECTION 10) TITILE : A process of preparing a fat fast liquid solution containing EDTA acid and di sodium phosphate for use in milk fat testing digital electronic equipment, PRAKASH BABULAJIBHANDARI, 4, GAUTAM SWAMI FLATS, NR.NOWROJI, DAFNALE, SHAHIBAUG, AHMEDABAD -380004 The follwong specification particularly describes the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed This invention relate to solution for use in ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER. It helps in easy utilization, speedy and accurate measure of fat contents in the milk. The solution is also useful for long life of a machinery i.e. ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER. BACKGROUND: In the known areas for the purpose of measuring of fat contents in the milk through the instrument called ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER, solution used is in a Power Form. The power form of solution was containing parallel ingredients like E.D.T.A Dye Sodium and Soda Ash added with emulsyfier and antifoaming agent. The negative factors of the Power Form of Solution were 1) Uneasy utilization of the material in a ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER 2) Time consuming Process 30 Marginally inaccurate results. Apart from the above negative factors, the regular use of Power Form of Solution resulted in reduction of life of the instrument as the solution has no dissolubility in water, the 20 to 25% non dissoluble particle (which is not visible by eyes) gradually diminishes the life of the instrument due to congestion and blocking of the internal parts, which are very thin and delicate which obviously is difficult to clean up at the site, cost of maintenance of such electronic device is very high and the repairs of the spares are a time consuming process as well and it is not maintenance and replacement of the spares is too much expensive more particularly in the remote areas where such equipments are in use. OBJECT: The object of invention is to facilitate easy method of performance through a Electronic Milk Fat Tester and the optimum disposal of the solution for getting faster, better and accurate results. The invention also helps in obviating the above defects persisted in the earlier form of solution. The present invention is simple in construction, easy for operation and the invented item is available at the affordable price. DESCRIPTION : Thus according to this invention, 60% of solution (containing EDTA Acid+4% Di-Sodium Phosphate) is stirred so as to proportionately mix the solution and mixture is filtered by a normally known form of filtering process i.e. by using cloth filter. The filtered solution is added with by a 36% of Sodium Hydroxide and again the new combination is filtered by normal process. After the filtrations process the filtered remainants are mixed and stirred for at least 45 minutes by a mixing instrument called homonizer. The homonizer is an instrument containing a rod and a holed up bowl in the end. The stirred material so obtained again filtered, and of such filtered produce 5% monomer of polysorbet is mixed and such mixture is again stirred upto 45 min with the homonizer and filtered again and such refined material is kept for one week for reaction. The reacted material is again filtered again and thus the fat fast solution gets ready for use. The ready solution is then tested by P.H. meter before final exposure in the market with reading PH 10 to 11 for accuracy. Advantages : The waste coming out of the entire process can be brought in use for a bi product such as detergent soap by adding acid slurry and other chemical agent Now, the invention shall more clearly be described with reference to Figures as Shown in Figure No.1 to 6 of accompanying drawing. Figure No.1 shows the vessel containing E.D.T.A + D.S.P. stirred chemical solution with outlet pipe. Figure No. 2 shows the NaOH stirred solution in a separate vessel with outlet pipe. Both solutions from the respectively figured vessels passes on through the outlet over the filtered cloth tied to the vessel shown in Figure No. 3. The mixed filtered solution is again stirred and the stirred solution passes on through the outlet pipe over the filtered cloth tied to the vessel shown in Figure No.4. The solution that passes to the vessel shown at figure No.4 is added with Monomer of Polysorbate and the same is stirred upto 45 minutes by mobile homonizer. The solution extracted from the above process is stored in a vessel shown at figure No.5 for reaction, and the reacted chemical is then stored in a separate vessel shown at figure No. 6 and the stored chemical solution as shown in figure No.6 is a Fat Fast Solution i.e. A Liquid Solution for ruse in milk fat testing digital electronic equipment Being the final product derived from the above process. SUMMARY : The symmetrical ingredients like EDTA Dye Sodium as in the earlier form of product are taken up in a liquid form which are further added with by new ingredients like sodium hydroxide and after the normal process of stirlisation and Alteration, a new product in liquefied form is invented., so as to give fast and accurate result in fact testing of milk through the electronic device. This invention relate to solution for use in ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER. It helps in easy utilization, speedy and accurate measure of fat contents in the milk. The solution is also useful for long life of a machinery i.e. ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER.
BACKGROUND:
In the known areas for the purpose of measuring of fat contents in the milk through the instrument called ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER, solution used is in a Power Form. The power form of solution was containing parallel ingredients like E.D.T.A Dye Sodium and Soda Ash added with emulsyfier and antifoaming agent. The negative factors of the Power Form of Solution were 1) Uneasy utilization of the material in a ELECTRONIC MILK FAT TESTER 2) Time consuming Process 30 Marginally inaccurate results. Apart from the above negative factors, the regular use of Power Form of Solution resulted in reduction of life of the instrument as the solution has no dissolubility in water, the 20 to 25% non dissoluble particle (which is not visible by eyes) gradually diminishes the life of the instrument due to congestion and blocking of the internal parts, which are very thin and delicate which obviously is difficult to clean up at the site, cost of maintenance of such electronic device is very high and the repairs of the spares are a time consuming process as well and it is not maintenance and replacement of the spares is too much expensive more particularly in the remote areas where such equipments are in use.
OBJECT:

Thus according to this invention, 60% of solution (containing EDTA Acid+4% Di-Sodium Phosphate) is stirred so as to proportionately mix the solution and mixture is filtered by a normally known form of filtering process i.e. by using cloth filter.
The filtered solution is added with by a 36% of Sodium Hydroxide and again the new combination is filtered by normal process. The ready solution is then tested by P.H. meter before final exposure in the market with reading PH 10 to 11 for accuracy.

Figure No.1 shows the vessel containing E.D.T.A + D.S.P. stirred chemical solution with outlet pipe. Figure No. 2 shows the NaOH stirred solution in a separate vessel with outlet pipe. Both solutions from the respectively figured vessels passes on through the outlet over the filtered cloth tied to the vessel shown in Figure No. 3. The mixed filtered solution is again stirred and the stirred solution passes on through the outlet pipe over the filtered cloth tied to the vessel shown in Figure No.4. The solution that passes to the vessel shown at figure No.4 is added with Monomer of Polysorbate and the same is stirred upto 45 minutes by mobile homonizer. SUMMARY :
