The present invention relates to a combing machine with a detaching apparatus for detaching fiber tufts which are combed out by a combing apparatus and are delivered by a nipper unit and with a piecing apparatus (LW), which is provided downstream of the detaching apparatus at a certain distance, the detaching apparatus being formed by a pair of detaching rollers which are rotatably driven in the detaching direction in the detaching direction and can be loaded by a pressure roller, characterized in that the drive of the detaching cylinder is arranged or controlled towards the drive of the piecing roller in such a way that the circumferential speeds of the detaching rollers towards the piecing roller being higher or equal during the entire combing circle by the pressure roller on the piecing roller (W2, W22, W,23) and thus ensuring an uninterrupted discharge of the combed sliver fleece and with at least one (W2, W22, W23) to guide the fiber tuft which is detached and drawn by the detaching rollers. |
