This invention relates to the manufacture of room freshners which gives an exotic and pleasing fragrant aroma when lit. It can also be used as air purifier, in rituals both indoor and outdoor This invention relate to the process of manufacturing room freshner The following raw materials are required for manufacturing Room Freshners. a) Wood powders like sandal powder, sandal dust, balloon dust, waste saw dust, Jiggit. b) Charcoal Powder c) Natural herbs, roots, barks. d) Aromatic Chemicals (both natural and synthetic). Essential oils. Resins, Resinoids, Perfumes. e) Fumigating material Ike . f) Materials which alter the burning period like Honey. g) Specially close textured tissue paper or cellulose paper or any other suitable paper which aids burning. MANUFACTURING PROCESS a) Wood powders are mixed in the required proportion b) Aromatic chemicals are then added and mixed. c) The above admixture is stored till maturity. d) The matured mixture in small proportions is wrapped in cellulose paper in cylindrical, conical or cubical forms using machines. e) The product is dried to remove the moisture contents. Different combination of powders and chemicals can be used to obtain desirable fragrances. The length and diameter of the product can be varied as per the requirement. An additional non burning base can be provided. The cellulose paper can be coloured for aesthetic looks. Certain materials can be used in the mixture which gives colour to the smoke. ADVANTAGES: 1. Room Freshners can replace existing products like cones, drops, agarbathies, room freshners or any fumigating materials used for aromatic fragrance. It has various inherent advantages. The usage of scarce natural materials like Jiggit (Bark of natural resources. Bamboo used in agarbathies is completely eliminated which avoids deforestation. Aerosols used in room freshners which pollute the atmosphere is not used in this product. Hence it is totally environmental friendly and more compact than other products. 2. Room Freshners is technically superior to the existing products. Strict specifications can be adhered in the manufacturing process as it is mechanized and complete quality control is possible. It gives more natural fragrance due to less usage of non fragrant materials like bamboo or jagged. Due to complete mechanization it is commercially viable. It is cost advantageous to the user for the superior quality offered. 3. In the exports front, the product can perform very well, as it is more attractive in look, uniform, best in quality and cost effective. It can earn very good foreign exchange for the country. It will be preferred to other existing room freshners as there are no aerosols in the product. I Claim 1) A method of manufacturing room freshners comprising the following steps. a) mixing wood powders in required profession b) Adding Aromatic chemicals and then mixing the said admixture. c) Storing the said admixture till maturity d) Wrapping the said matured admixture in cellulose paper using known machines. e) Drying the room freshners to as to remove moisture content.
