Abstract | ABSTRACT This invention relates to a process for preparing a cereal based dehydrated food. A soup is made by cooking a mixture of flour, binder, sugar, fat and whole or Iragmented dehulled cereal grains. The cooked soup is compressed, dried and flaked. The flakes can be rehydrated to have a heterogenous particulate structure. 35% to 70% by wt of the total weight of the mixture of whole or fragemented dehulled cereal grains are added. |
